The United Nations (UN) is an international organization whose stated aims are facilitating cooperation in international law, international security, economic development, social progress, human rights, and achievement of world peace. World Autism Awareness Day has been held every year since 9 September 1989. It was designated by the United Nations General Assembly resolution 62/139. World Autism Awareness Day, adopted on 18 December 2007, proposed by Representatives of the State Qatar, and supported by all member states. 1.3/5
