A prime minister is the most senior minister of cabinet in the executive branch of government in a parliamentary system. /5

Sierra Leone’s top diplomat, Dr. Samura Kamara, arrived in Abu Dhabi, the official capital of the United Arab Emirates over the weekend for a two-day meeting at the Abu Dhabi Ascent, an international summit that opens today, Sunday, 4th May, 2014. The summit is a high-level Climate Change meeting attended by UN Secretary-General, Ban Ki-moon, former US Vice-President, Al Gore, former UK Prime Minister, Tony Blair, former President of Mexico Felipe Calderón, senior cabinet government ministers from different parts of the world, business and civil society leaders. Abu Dhabi Crown Prince of the UAE to Visit the ROK 1. Crown Prince Mohamed of Abu Dhabi of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will make an official visit to the Republic of Korea from February 26 through 28. 2. During his visit to the country, Crown Prince Mohamed will pay a courtesy call on President Park Geun-hye and attend the official dinner to be hosted by the President in his honor. The Crown Prince will also meet with Prime Minister Chung Hong-won, attend a signing ceremony of ROK-UAE agreements, and make a tour of the National Museum of Korea and leading medical facilities. 3. The ROK government welcomes the visit of Crown Prince Mohamed to the country, which is expected to serve as an opportunity to reaffirm the trust-based bilateral “strategic partnership” and to further advance and solidify close cooperative ties between the two countries.
Aspen Medical affiliate, the National Ambulance Company (NAC), has signed an exclusive contract to provide ambulance services in all but one of the seven emirates which make up the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Previously the NAC had provided these services only in Abu Dhabi. The expanded service commenced on Monday 23rd February and was formally launched by His Highness Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior.
UK Justice Minister and Member of Parliament, Shailesh Vara, has been Awarded the Pravasi Bharatiya Samman Award by the Government of India. The Award is the highest honour that can be conferred by the Indian Government on a person of Indian origin living outside of India. It was presented to Mr Vara by the Hon'ble President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee, at a ceremony in New Delhi on Thursday 9th January 2014. Mr Vara is the only person to receive the Award from the United Kingdom this year and, along with the other 12 recipients, he was also congratulated by the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Manmohan Singh. The other Awardees were from various countries including the United States of America, Australia, France, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. The British Prime Minister David Cameron began his three day visit to the United Arab Emirates with an appearance at one of Dubai’s largest trade shows, The Big 5. On Monday, David Cameron made his grand entrance to the World Trade Centre via Dubai Metro and before the official grand opening, the Prime Minister made his way around Hall 2 meeting and greeting some of the UK’s exporters and exhibitors.
A Cairo airport official says Hosni Mubarak's last prime minister who was defeated by an Islamist in the race for Egypt's new president has left the country for the United Arab Emirates.
