Ebola: FG flays 22 countries for stigmatising Nigerians: The Federal Government has flayed the stigmatisation of Nigerians by South Africa and 21 other countries over the outbreak of the deadly Ebola virus disease that was eradicated recently. The Federal Government said the eradication of the virus prompted the World Health Organisation to give Nigeria a clean bill of health over the disease. It named the countries that stigmatised Nigerians as Bahrain, Côte d'Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea, Cameroon, Cuba, Gabon, China, Egypt and Hong Kong. Others are Kuwait, Qatar, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Zambia, Mauritania, São Tomé & Principle, United Arab Emirates, Ukraine, Namibia, Seychelles and South Sudan. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Amb. Aminu Wali, who protested the incident at a meeting with members of the Diplomatic Corps on Friday in Abuja, cautioned Heads of Mission for making what he called inflammatory and reckless statements against the Federal Government on matters bordering on domestic policies. Many individuals have worked in the United Arab Emirates for many years with just a standard tourist visa which lasts 30 days. Citizens coming from 33 named countries can get the visa free of charge such as those from the United States, Australia, Europe, Japan and Hong Kong. They can acquire the visa as soon as they reach the UAE border. The visa also includes a 10-day grace period so people can actually stay for 40 days total. Overstaying can lead to heavy fines.  Visa Run in UAE There is a regular way of extending your visa for another 30 days by paying about 50 rials and waiting in long lines. Others, however, prefer going for a visa run instead and save time. The process may be faster compared to other methods but requires some knowledge and research. 1. Preparing for the trip. The round trip from downtown Dubai is about 250 kilometers and will take just under 1 hour and 30 minutes if you’re traveling nonstop. Prepare your credit or ATM card, passport and pen. You will be heading for Hatta and wi ...

I see there has been a bit of confusion pertaining next year ICC T20 World Cup - fair enough confusion is part of cricket these days. I will try to simplify it now, The men's World Cup (By the way they run concurently with the ladies'), So the men's World Cup consists of 16 teams, get that one right - 16 teams. Automatic qualification for the Test playing nations- West Indies, India, Bangladesh, Australia, England, South Africa, Pakistan, Zimbabwe, Sri Lanka and New Zealand. Then there is the 6 teams from the associates that played the qualifiers (The final which is on today) - Ireland, Afganistan, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Nepal and United Arab Emirates. So in total we have 16 teams already qualified for the World Cup. So how it will work out... (The confusion part) There is the first round (Please note its not a qualifier to the World Cup, its already the World Cup). The 1st round will have the 2 'strongest' Test playing nations (Zimbabwe and Bangladesh) and the 6 associate teams that played qualifiers. B ...

something interesting about HSBC, and gold fixing. It was during the 1980’s US/Saudi-financed mujahadeen offensive on the Afghan people that Dubai – one of the emirates comprising the United Arab Emirates (UAE) – became a duty-free port and drug money laundry, serving much the same role as Hong Kong had for the Illuminati banksters during the Vietnam War. Where Hong Kong had financed CIA opium for arms swaps in the Golden Triangle, Dubai served the CIA smack for weapons trade in the Golden Crescent – an area which comprises parts of Iran, Afghanistan and Pakistan. Golden Crescent opium production eclipsed Golden Triangle production just as the CIA was springing into action in Afghanistan. While international banks in Dubai laundered the proceeds, Sharjah – another UAE emirate – housed a duty-free airport specializing in covert weapons shipments. [1] Gold is the currency of drug and weapons traffickers and Dubai is the favorite hub in the global bullion trade. The British Bank of the Middle Eas ...

Ten Countries for U.S. Dollar Counterfeiting, Fiscal Years 2000‑2005 In 1994, the JIST members first visited wholesale banknote distribution centers in Europe and Asia to *** the reception that a newly designed $100 note might meet by the banks and other institutions involved in distributing U.S. currency internationally. Next, the JIST representatives visited the two countries that were believed to have the largest holdings of U.S. currency, Argentina and Russia, as well as Belarus, a neighbor of Russia. Then, in September and October of 1995, JIST representatives visited the Middle East, a region that historically had been a significant importer of USD. The countries visited on this trip were Turkey, Egypt, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates. After the 1996 legislation, ICAP teams made three trips to Asia to study U.S. currency usage in eight countries: Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Korea, the Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. Now, this post on PolitialForum by Igor Antunov lead me to a few other interesting articles (which I will also post - they are from the BBC) gives some background about the situation with Iran which provided the impetus for this change of currency. . . . China is buying crude oil from Iran using its currency the yuan, an Iranian diplomat has said. Oil transactions are usually settled in dollars but US sanctions make it difficult for Iran to accept payments in the US currency. Iran is using the revenue to buy goods and services from China, Mohammed Reza Fayyad, Iran's ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, confirmed. China is the biggest buyer of Iranian crude oil exports. The country buys some $20bn-30bn of oil from Iran each year, but the US has been pressuring Beijing to join an international boycott of Iran over Tehran's nuclear programme. The Iranian ambassador's comments, reported by the Reuters news agency, confirmed a report in the Financial Times that claimed that Unipec - a subsidiary of the Chi ...
I'm on Alibaba looking at copper manufacturers, trying to find copper wire we can use for jewelry. It lists companies in China, Philippines, South Korea, South Africa, Liberia, Hong Kong, United Arab Emirates, India, Botswana, and Taiwan - all using ZAMBIAN COPPER. The whole world is using Zambian copper. Who has a vision to manufacture here? Why continue to export this nation's resources for little to nothing? Let's add value and not just talk about value addition.
Although I'll have been by early September to 17 countries in five continents — United States, Mexico, Bahamas, French Polynesia, China, Macau, Hong Kong, Nepal, Thailand, South Korea, Ireland, Britain, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Germany and Egypt — I dream that I'll one day travel to a slew of other nations: United Arab Emirates, Russia, France, Greece, Japan, India, Brazil and Kenya. First on my list is touring Dubai in the United Arab Emirates by next year. Already, I've been to China 13 times, giving me an in-depth glimpse of the world's second-largest economy that's also the home to my ancestors. Now I want to explore other regions of the world, everywhere from the Middle East and Africa, to Latin America and Europe. My trip to Ireland in September marks the start of my rekindled desire to travel the world over. My inspiration for such an ambitious undertaking has been my Taiwanese-immigrant parents, whose travels have taken them to these countries and territories, in addition to nearly all of ...
