Just when I thought I'd one day see a film with Tom Hardy,Gary Oldman,Eddie Redmayne and Daniel Day Lewis in it. Oh well.
Tom Hardy is such a versatile actor! What talent he has! I'd certainly put him in the same category as Gary Oldman. He's also a dog lover ☺️
The 2011 movie was w/John Hurt, Gary Oldman, & Tom Hardy. The British mini-series with Alec Guiness is far better.
Gary Oldman. Colin Forth. Tom Hardy. Benedict Cumberbatch. John Hurt. Mark Strong. What kind of cast is this? 😭❤️ this movie 😍
The 007 film I'd like to see: Nolan directs Tom Hardy as Bond in a 60's period piece w/ Gary Oldman as USSR villain.
Tinker, Sailor, Soldier, Spy. The movie. I remember Gary Oldman was there and maybe Tom Hardy. I'm almost sure if Tom Hardy was there
Tom Hardy, Christian Bale, Gary Oldman and Christopher Nolan on the set of 'The Dark Knight Rises' (2012).
And the cast was all star! Gary Oldman, Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman, Anne Hathaway, Christian Bale and Tom Hardy... Smh. 2004 Lakers. 😢
Tom Hardy's portrayal of Bane is just excellent not to mention the one and only Gary Oldman's portrayal of Jim Gordon were excellent

Waiting for this to get made into a movie starring Gary Oldman, Colin Firth, Mark Strong, Tom Hardy etc.
Ugh!!! I received a notification for a test screening on Thursday for a movie starring Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman, but I can't go since Iliana can't go (too young). And it's nice and close in Sherman Oaks.
FilmJuana Today we are introducing The Dark Knight IMDB Rating: 9/10 The Dark Knight Rises is a 2012 British-American epic superhero film directed by Christopher Nolan, who co-wrote the screenplay with his brother Jonathan Nolan and the story with David S. Goyer. Featuring the DC Comics character Batman, the film is the final installment in Nolan's Batman film trilogy, and it is the sequel to Batman Begins (2005) and The Dark Knight (2008). Christian Bale reprises the lead role of Bruce Wayne/Batman, with a returning cast of his allies: Michael Caine as Alfred Pennyworth, Gary Oldman as James Gordon, and Morgan Freeman as Lucius Fox. The film introduces Selina Kyle (Anne Hathaway), a sly, morally ambiguous cat burglar, and Bane (Tom Hardy), a mercenary bent on destroying Gotham City. Drawn back into action by new threats facing the city, an older Bruce Wayne is forced to come out of retirement and become Batman once again. Christopher Nolan was initially hesitant about returning to the series for a second ...

Director of the day: Christopher Nolan, born on July 30th 1970. He is in my mind one of the very best directors ever and I have loved all his films, but narrowed it down to 4 and only 1 Batman film. Insomnia (2002) Starring Al Pacino, Robin Williams and Hilary Swank. The Prestige (2006) starring Christian Bale, Hugh Jackman, Scarlett Johansson and Michael Caine. Nominated for 2 academy awards. The Dark Knight (2008) starring Christian Bale, Heath Ledger, Aaron Eckhard, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Morgan Freeman. Nominated for 8 academy awards and won 2 for sound editing and supporting actor (Ledger). Nominated for 8 academy awards and won 4 for Visual Effects, sound editing, sound mixing and cinematography. What are the M4's favorite films with this director.
Bradley Cooper was better in American Hustle. Liam Neeson, Heath Ledger, Tom Hardy, Michael Caine and Gary Oldman were better in Batman.
Child 44 needs to hurry up and come out, Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, Joel Kinnaman and Jason Clarke all in the same movie!
Movies to look out for in 2014: Animal Rescue - American feature film debut by Belgium's Michaël Roskam, who gave us the fantastic Bullhead. This will be another crime flick and it stars Tom Hardy, Noomi Rapace and the late great James Gandolfini. Birdman - A comedy from Alejandro González Iñárritu, the director who gave us Amores Perros and Biutiful. And it has a killer cast too. Boyhood - Richard Linklater's latest in which he followed a boy and his family for a period of 12 years. Calvary - The new comedy/drama from John Michael McDonagh with Brendan Gleeson. Previously they made The Guard together so they have my attention. Captain America - The Winter Soldier - Still riding on the fact that I really enjoyed The Avengers. And the first Captain America is probably my second favourite Marvel Studios flick. Child 44 - A crime procedural set in the Soviet Union of the 1950's. This one is on the list for the cast alone: Tom Hardy, Noomi Rapace, Joel Kinnaman, Gary Oldman, Jason Clarke, Vincent Cassell, ...
If were being honest here... Heath Ledger, Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman all outshined Christian Bale in the last 2 Dark Knight…

me too!.. 8) "'Child 44' (Date TBD) Directed by Daniel Espinosa, who helmed the underrated 2012 action flick Safe House and the excellent Swedish crime drama Easy Money, this film is set in the Stalin-era Soviet Union, and centers on a disgraced MGB agent (Tom Hardy) who is tasked with investigating a series of child murders, leading to a government conspiracy. The film also stars Gary Oldman, Joel Kinnaman, Noomi Rapace, Jason Clarke, Vincent Cassel, and Dev Patel."
If you've seen The Proposition and/or The Road then you have an idea of what director John Hillcoat is capable of and that's showing the more gritty side of human nature, the highs and the extreme lows and Lawless is no exception in comparison to his previous efforts. Shia LeBeouf, Tom Hardy, and Jason Clarke star as the Bondurant brothers, a trio of moonshiners caught up in the old ways of doing business by themselves and reaping the benefits. When the Virginia Commonwealth attorney shows up with his psychotic, slimy, and almost reptile-like Chicago deputy Charlie Rakes (played by the always incredible Guy Pearce), demanding a cut of their profits in exchange for his "protection", the brothers decline and in turn spark a feud that leads to several very bloody encounters. In the midst of this the brothers begin doing business with mob boss Floyd Banner (a small but memorable role played by Gary Oldman) and soon they're making large sums of money all the while avoiding the wrath of the law and the greed .. ...
Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman in Stalinist Russia, That worth watching!
A movie blog calling Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman "Bane and Commissioner Gordon" is infuriating. Sums up what's wrong with the movie industry
Lawless on one channel, Gangster Squad on the other. 30's or late 40's gangsters (not "gangstas", yo yo yo, shizzly dizzle), either way that's a lot o' Tommy-guns, ha ha. My initial dilemma was which one to watch... Sean Penn and Ryan Gosling or Gary Oldman and Tom Hardy? Bane and Commissioner Gordon/Sirius Black win. I've seen 'em both anyway XD
This week TYGA FM - "Soundscapes", with Martin Bennett will feature the soundtrack album for the 2012 western “Lawless”, featuring songs of the film’s original scores composed by Nick Cave and Warren Ellis. The two formed a band named The Bootleggers for this project, and the soundtrack also features collaborations with artists like Mark Lenegan, Ralph Stanley and Emmylou Harris. The album also includes a previously unreleased song by Willie Nelson. The film Lawless is a 2012 American crime drama directed by John Hillcoat. The screenplay by Nick Cave is based on the historical novel 'The Wettest County in the World' (2008) by Matt Bondurant. The film stars Shia Labeouf, Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, Mia Wasikowska, Jessica Chastain, Jason Clarke, and Guy Pearce. Lawless explores the actions of 3 brothers: Forrest, Howard & Jack Bondurant, who made & sold moonshine in Franklin County, Virginia, during Prohibition. The film was in development for about 3 years before it was produced. It screened at the 2012 ...
What happens when you put Gary Oldman, Guy Pearce and Tom Hardy in the same movie?
.now I understand, it's Gary Oldman, Tom Hardy, Shia Labeouf, Guy Pearce, Jessica Chastain and Mia Wasikowska all in one movie.
Lawless is such a good film, no idea why I've waited till now to see it! Great cast as well: Tom Hardy, Shia Labeouf & Gary Oldman!
Hehe nope, not that Lawless. Gary Oldman, Tom Hardy, Shia Lebouf, Guy Pearce and more. I reckon you'd like it.
no idea how i missed out on a movie about bootlegging with Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, and Guy Pearce, but i'll fix that now.
Tom Hardy, Morgan Freeman and Michael Caine are all great, and I love Anne Hathaway, but, as with the other two, Gary Oldman steals this.
Jason Clarke has joined Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman in the cast of the upcoming thriller 'Child 44'. Daniel Espinosa is directing.
Philip Seymour Hoffman Joins CHILD 44 Phillip Seymour Hoffman has just joined the production of "Child 44". The amazing roster already includes Gary Oldman, Noomi Rapace, Tom Hardy and Joel Kinnaman. Directed by Daniel Espinosa ("Safe House") the film is based on Tom Rob Smith's Soviet spy novel. The script was penned by Richard Price and Ridley Scott is producing with Michael Schaefer and Greg Shapiro. Here's the synopsis of the book: Stalin's Soviet Union is an official paradise, where citizens live free from crime and fear only one thing: the all-powerful state. Defending this system is idealistic security officer Leo Demidov, a war hero who believes in the iron fist of the law. But when a murderer starts to kill at will and Leo dares to investigate, the State's obedient servant finds himself demoted and exiled. Now, with only his wife at his side, Leo must fight to uncover shocking truths about a killer-and a country where "crime" doesn't exist.
Yourself, Tom Hardy, Noomi Rapace, Gary Oldman, Joel Kinnaman and now Phillip Seymour Hoffman on board for ? Wow!
Philip Seymour Hoffman has joined the amazing cast of the adaptation of 'Child 44'. He has been casted with Tom Hardy, Joel Kinnaman & Gary Oldman.
Congrats to cast in 1st feature CHILD 44 as Varlam, with Tom Hardy, Noomi Rapace, Gary Oldman & Paddy Constantine!!
The Dark Knight Rises: written by Christopher Nolan, Jonathan Nolan, and David S. Goyer; directed by Christopher Nolan; starring Christian Bale (Bruce Wayne/Batman), Tom Hardy (Bane), Michael Caine (Alfred), Gary Oldman (Commissioner Gordon), Anne Hathaway (Selina Kyle/The Cat), Marion Cotillard (Miranda), Joseph Gordon-Levitt (John Blake), and Morgan Freeman (Lucius Fox) (2012): I enjoyed seeing this again, this time on the small screen, but unlike The Dark Knight, The Dark Knight Rises doesn't become more understandable on TV. And by 'understandable,' I mean, 'What the *** was Nolan thinking with the godawful sound-mixing on this movie? Either Christopher Nolan is deaf or the sound mixing on The Dark Knight Rises was designed for some ideal, 100-channel speaker system that most homes and theatres don't have or Christopher Nolan was trying to make the action-movie equivalent of Robert Altman's McCabe and Mrs. Miller, with its purposefully muffled dialogue. Whatever. Add in the periodically incomprehe ...
Lawless Now I love me a good crime drama and this right here is a *** fine one. I also love its set in Prohibition. Now this might be because my love of Boardwalk Empire but I digress. Now I ain't ever read the book its based on but I imagine its a good read. John Hillcoat's direction here is fine. It works and some the shots used work perfectly and Nick Cave's screenplay is crackling with some fun dialogue and great violent action scenes but this movie does kinda seem to go on a bit for my taste and could've been slightly trimmed down. The score by Cave and Warren Ellis (not the comics writer) is spot on, as if the music choices here. Now I quite like Shia Labeouf here. He really seems to step up and bring his acting chops right to the forefront here and gives a good performance. Just a shame he's surround by Tom Hardy, Guy Pearce, Jessica Chastain, and Gary Oldman who give off better performances. Pearce and Hardy especially since they almost are the main characters really. Jason Clarke is good as well ...
I'd also love to work with Gary Oldman, Anthony Hopkins, Edward Norton, Tom Hardy, Ryan Gosling and Daniel Day-Lewis!
Actors' favourite actors: Tom Hardy on Gary Oldman; Natalie Portman on Meryl Streep; Will Smith on...Aishwarya Rai?!
I need paps to stop taking set pictures of Gary Oldman BFF Tom Hardy and that pit bull puppy before I explode from cuteness.
Yes! Ridley Scott to produce. Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman and Noomi Rapace to star. I expect an amazing movie.
It’s been officially confirmed that Gary Oldman will be in Child 44 with Tom Hardy, Noomi Rapace & Joel Kinnaman. Filming this summer. Yay!
"Leo Dicaprio, Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman and Christian Bale.greatest actors of all time!!!" So...what films have you been watching lately?
Gary Oldman, Mark Strong, John Hurt, Toby Jones, Colin Firth, Benedict Cumberbatch and Tom Hardy all in the same film, epic!
yesterday, I watched Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy DVD on the laptop. It's a good film, the script is very good - it's not obvious condensing the whole plot in a 2 hour film. Gary Oldman and Ciaran Hinds are good, Benedict Cumberbatch has a good role, John Hurt adds gravitas, Colin Firth is credible. I am not sure that Tom Hardy and Mark Strong were 100% right, the Soviets are depicted are bloodthirsty and that scene with the bathtub was more cruel than necessary. If you don't compare this film with the TV series, you will be pleasantly surprised. If you do, then you will miss the some of the original actors who play Esterhas, Allerline and Bland. The film is a British/French/German cooperation filmed in England, Hungary and Turkey.
She is very popular at the moment, she's in a film i bought 'Lawless' with Gary Oldman,Tom Hardy,Guy Pearce.
For the non-fans of Shia, Tom Hardy, Jessica Chastain, Gary Oldman, Guy Pearce, and Noah Taylor should make up for Shia's presence
My list of the best english actors: Ian Mckellen, Christopher Lee, Orlando Bloom, Liam Neeson, Andrew Lincoln, Rowan Atkinson, Heath Ledger, Christian Bale, Simon Pegg, Alan Rickman, Michael Gambon, Stephen Fry, Hugh Laurie, Jude Law, Michael Cane, Ralph Fienne, Tom Hardy, Sean Conneroy, Gary Oldman and John Cleese. England might not do most things properly but by far we have the best movie actors of all time!
Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman & Pearce. Script by Nick Cave. Bloody ace with the emphasis on the bloody
A glass of wine and 'Lawless' Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman in 1 film..both total acting legends=happy me :)
To mark the release of the Tom Hardy, Shia Labeouf, Guy Pearce and Gary Oldman-starring Prohibition era crime dr...
Why haven't I watched Lawless yet? Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, Shia LeBuff and Guy Pearce are in it. My blood pressure is sky high!
Watching Lawless with Tom Hardy ( Church faint*) Shia Labeouf, Jessica Chastain, Gary Oldman, Guy Pearce its so good! !!
In 2005 the musician / writer Nick Cave combined with the director John Hillcoat to create THE PROPOSITION - the superlative Australian 'western'. They have teamed up once more, this time for the brilliant LAWLESS, a crime thriller set in rural Virginia in the early 1930s, adapted by Cave from the biographical novel by Matt Bondurant, the grandson of one of the main characters. Brothers Jack and Forrest Bondurant (Shia Labeouf and Tom Hardy) set up as bootleggers, but soon find themselves under threat from the authorities who want a cut of their profits in the form of 'security money'. A vicious turf war ensues as the brothers fight tooth and nail to retain their hard-won livelihood. The supporting cast includes Mia Wasikowska, Gary Oldman, Guy Pearce, Noah Taylor and Jessica Chastain. Many 2000AD fans were left somewhat disillusioned when in 1995 Sylvester Stallone stepped into the role of John Wagner's futuristic law enforcement office JUDGE DREDD. Thankfully, having the 2012 reboot, simply titled DREDD ...
Gary Oldman, Colin Firth, Ciarán Hinds, Tom Hardy, and John Hurt. I really just want to procreate with the cast of this movie.
How come Tom Hardy is the only name credited on the Lawless DVD advert? Are they forgetting that Gary Oldman is in that film?
How can a movie with Guy Pearce, Gary Oldman and Tom Hardy be bad? The answer is the movie Lawless. Talk about wasting an absurd amount of talent. How does Shia Labeouf get work?
Only woman to say this, "I am watching Lawless with Shia Labouf and Tom Hardy, and Guy Pearce, but I have a thing for Gary Oldman.
Lawless: Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, Guy Pearce, Shia LeBeouf...one of these things is not like the others
"The Dark Knight" Trilogy Christopher Nolan gave us the best "Batman" films. With the help of his "Batman" fanatic younger brother Jonathan Nolan, and with the help of screenwriter David S. Goyer these films were written to give us a darker more serious tone. We see our hero begin, fall, and rise. With such power house performances from Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, the late Heath Ledger, Tom Hardy, Liam Neeson, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and Morgan Freeman these films are great to watch over and over. Tim Burton almost completed a "Batman" trilogy but left before the third one was made. Joel Schumacher almost completed a trilogy but due to "Batman and Robin" being a box office bomb the third one was scrapped. As Nolan said "The only way to me that made sense was in a more realistic tone, and taking on the idea of symbolism. The take on the idea that [Bruce Wayne] would see himself as a symbol who would motivate the good of Gotham to actually start working on their own, so he would be a catalyst ...
Butter and Lawless Movie Reviews Butter Review This is a satirical piece bought to us in a heartfelt dark comedy. I personally enjoyed it. It wasn't my favorite movie of the year but it was entertaining. Jennifer Garner, Ty Burrell, Olivia Wilde, Hugh Jackman and Rob Courdry lead this cast in a very sick but accurate look into competitions and how some people are obsessed. I recommend it for a good time. 7.5/10 (Redbox) Lawless Review This is a split movie for most people. I actually liked it. The story was cool and I loved all the actors especially Guy Pierce. I wanted hime dead throughout the entire movie. The only complaint I have is they underused Gary Oldman. You never do that. He played a mobster and I would of liked to see his story flesh out more. This is a slow pace movie though. So if your looking for a pure action movie you won't find it here. Tom Hardy was good. I liked him. Like I said the story was cool about the brothers and the moonshine business I just wished Gary Oldman was in it more. I ...
THE Dark Knight Rises (2012) Director: Christopher Nolan Writers: Christopher Nolan; Jonathan Nolan; David S. Goyer (Story) Cast: Christian Bale; Michael Caine; Gary Oldman; Anne Hathaway; Tom Hardy; Joseph Gordon Levitt; Marion Cotillard; Morgan Freeman As I write this review it is impossible to view the finale to the story of Bruce Wayne and his crime-fighting alter-ego, Batman, as just a movie. The film arrived on a wave of massive hype, yet it still tries to outrun the long shadow of its phenomenal predecessor, The Dark Knight - a film that not only set a new bar for what a comic book movie could be, but also blew away critics, snagged two Oscars, and excited fans to the tune of a $1 billion worldwide box office. TDK also changed the course of the industry by launching the “full IMAX” trend in filmmaking, and even coerced the Oscars to expand its Best Picture category to include more nominees (after Nolan’s film was snubbed). In that sense, it’s almost impossible for The Dark Knight Rises to m ...
It has the best combination of actors... Michael Caine, Tom Hardy, Christian Bale, Morgan Freeman, Gary Oldman, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Anne
movieneon.com's top 10 films of 2012 (in no particular order) - Lawless Quite simply a AWESOME EPIC WESTERN that will stand the test of time, and be remembered along with the greats like Tombstone & Unforgiven - Gary Oldman, Tom Hardy, Guy Pearce ... even Shia ... all IMMENSE - This should be nominated for at least 4 Oscar next year: - BEST DIRECTOR (John Hillcoat) - BEST ADAPTED SCREENPLAY (Nick Cave) - BEST SUPPORTING ACTOR (Guy Pearce) - & Best Picture - The Opening scene with Gary Oldman shooting down the car with the Tommy Gun, and winking at Shia = one of the coolest moments in film history. Fact.
This cast is as good as it gets; Gary Oldman, Tom Hardy, Mark Strong, Colin Firth, Ciaran Hinds, John Hurt.
Lawless was... Ok, I guess. Tom Hardy is a good lookin' man and Gary Oldman is a total bad-ask, so that made it better.
DVD Review: "Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy" This was a beautiful looking film. Each frame of the film looks like it was composed as its own photograph. The lighting is classy, the outfits feel like something out of the 70's, and (much like "Mad Men") everything old seems new again. Gary Oldman plays an old *** recently retired, but who's brought back to find a Russian mole deep in the heart of British intelligence. From there, we're presented with various twists and turns as the investigation progresses. Lots of fine acting, including a memorable performance by Tom Hardy as a rogue agent trying to clear his name. So this should be a great film, right? Well, not quite. It's an adaptation of a John Le Carre novel and, as many adaptations of novels tend to be, it feels as though they tried to cram too much in (a problem that "The Hunger Games" notably overcame). It moves along at a fairly brisk pace, covering several plot points at a time, and this can seem confusing. I don't think the details are confusing so . ...
Really?? It was good, Michael Caine and Gary Oldman were great as was Tom Hardy. But no where near as great as Dark Knight.
Gary Oldman en Tom Hardy hebben het gewonnen van Mark Wahlberg, Lawless it is!
watching written by Nick Cave, starring Tom Hardy, Guy Pearce and Gary Oldman. Ovaries: CALM DOWN ;D
How come no one ever told me about Lawless?! I mean Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, Guy Pearce, Jessica Chastain (& Shia Labeouf) in the same film!!
Along with Gary Oldman and Colin Firth, Tom Hardy was the only good thing about Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy
Tom Hardy as Sam Fisher. It works cuzza him being in Tinker Tailor Spy w/ Gary Oldman, so he's seen some badass acting espionage wise.
Things that Shia Labeouf has ruined in order of greatest tragedy from least to greatest: -Wallstreet (and probably what killed michael douglas) -I, Robot/Eagle eye (let's face it, they are the same movie but one has will smith) -Small time actor making it "big" -Dumb and Dumber (he was in the prequel) -Transformers -Michael Bay -A great idea for a gangster movie with Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman called Lawless -Stephen Spielberg -The Indiana Jones saga... ...which pushed George Lucas over the edge and made him sell Lucas Films, which if that ruins Star Wars, then Shia Labeouf also ruined Star Wars -Fast talking Jewish actor Comedy -Anything he has touched, is touching, or ever will touch In short, He is the single worst thing that has ever happened to movies.EVER!!! Thank you.
three Bondurant brothers run a bootlegging operation during the depression, up in the mountains of Franklin County, Virginia. Crooked Special Deputy Charles Rakes is after a share of the brothers’ profits. Compounding their troubles, the local competition is elbowing in on their activities. Forrest’s boisterous defiance and Cricket’s knack for moonshine production help the brothers gain a local monopoly. When Forrest is wounded as tension with Rakes escalates, Jack, initially the timid one, must prove his worth against gangster Floyd Banner’s mob, and we see him metamorphose into a cocky exhibitionist in his attempts to woo the off-limits preacher’s daughter, Bertha. genre: Drama, Aksi lakonan: Shia Labeouf, Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, Mia Wasikowska, Jessica Chastain & Guy Pearce...
Perfect casting for Star Wars: Episode VII. Joesph Gordon-Levitt as Luke Skywalker, Jennifer Lawrence as Princess Leia, Aaron Eckhart as Han Solo, Tom Hiddleston as Grand Moff Tarkin, Gary Oldman as Obi-Wan, and Tom Hardy as Darth Vader. I saw this line-up earlier and I thought it was perfect. What do you guys think?
Finally made time to watch Lawless last night. Completely better than I expected. I surprisingly like Shia Labeouf in it. I think Gary Oldman should have had a bigger part. And, as always, I love Tom Hardy.
Movie review: Lawless. Very rarely does a film that takes place in the 1930s gets made these days, and those days are few and far in betwixt. The last time such a movie was release was a couple years back with Mann's Public Enemy. This time, this true-life re-enactment focuses on three brothers in the deep southern states of America whose moonshine-distilling livelihood is a bane for corrupt and cruel 'lawmen'. If you're a policeman, be honest; being tricky is for the criminals. Chances are, you'll end up being like the cretins you despise deep in your heart. The movie may be slow but it is not bad, and it is surprising quite violent. It's incredible the damage one can do with a blade; I personally find knives more life-threatening than guns. Knives you never have to reload, and they are silent. Shia Labeouf, Tom Hardy, and Jason Clarke play the Bondurant brothers, and Gary Oldman is fantastic as ever despite the short screen time. Incidentally, this is Guy Pearce at his villainous best; he even has the h ...
"Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy" (2012). A story about spionage and conspiracy in British and Sovyet intelligent in the Cold War era. Played by Gary Oldman & Tom Hardy (Batman Dark Night Rises), Mark Strong (Robin Hood, Sherlock Holmes), Colin Firth (The King's Speech). A different portrayal about spionage movie because this film hardly contains hard physical actions. This might be boring for us whom usually watch spionage/intelligent movie like James Bond, The Bourne(s). "Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy" is slow, confusing, having a lot of jumping non-linear plot. From 2 hours film, until almost the first 1,5 hours we couldn't see which scenes and sequences is the past or present. Build by strong characters, this one is very smart art movie. Winning 17 awards (Imdb.com). Highly recommended for us who like a puzzling movie. I got the original DVD for Rp 15.000 at Gramedia Matraman :)
My thing for tom hardy: an article of sorts By Brittni s. Redding Oct. 27,2012 A johnny come latley, some may call me, when it comes to admiring such an actor as Tom Hardy. Good looks, great physique with an even greater talent to top it all off. Admitedly, i can say that i am ashamed i havent fallen under his, what i call "spell" sooner...(you see, i have a tendancy to wrap myself completly in actors, actresses, writers and so on, to the point where i develope "phases"...bruce willis, Helena Bonham Carter, michael keaton...and at one time even for tim curry. But, back to the main topic of my first (and possibly only) article i will only write,Tom Hardy. You caught my full attentionas the character of Bane, scaring the *** out of me with this performance and me LOVING every minute of it. I cannot recall the moment i first heard of you, but i knew of your name, witnessing but never truly focusing on your talent in any film i let float by me.( Bronson, Rocknrolla, and even Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy ( which ...
Lawless starring one of my favorite actors Shia Labeouf, Tom Hardy & Gary Oldman.
I just got done watching Lawless. I think Gary Oldman, Tom Hardy, & Guy Pierce are all on my top 10 favorite actors list. Don't ask me which order they are in.
I liked a video 'Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy' Tom Hardy: "Gary Oldman is my hero"
Lawless: Tom Hardy is badass in a grandpa cardi, Guy Pearce's lack of eyebrows is terrifying, needs more Gary Oldman shooting things.
Last chance to catch at tonight! Don't miss Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman and Shia Labeouf in this epic gangster tale!
Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy - really good. Gary Oldman's great and worth it to see Benedict Cumberbatch punch Tom Hardy in the face.
Movie weekend. Friday night German Expressionist silent films at LACMA, Robert Weine's "The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari" and Paul Leni's "Waxworks." Both with accompaniment by organist Robert Israel. What an awesome treat. I loved the fantastic and creative set design of the genre. Such eye candy! And the live music was the icing on the cake. Speaking of eye candy, saw Lawless tonight. The overriding draw was a stellar cast that included, Tom Hardy, Guy Pierce and Gary Oldman with uh...Shia Labeouf, I guess thrown in there for the kiddies. He wasn't nearly as stomach-churningly repugnant as I thought he'd be. Inspired by a true story the screenplay was written by Nick Cave. Overall an entertaining enough movie. :o]
Christian Bale, Michael Cane, Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman are all British. Batman is just kinda American so there's something there.
Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman are too much boss for me to handle.
Check out Tom Hardy & Shia Labeouf in their new movie Lawless - in Australian cinemas October 11!
About to watch LAWLESS. That film with Shia Labeouf and Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman and Jessica Chastain and Guy Pierce and Mia Wasikowska.
Gary Oldman appears in most at 6, Tom Hardy at 5, Daniel Craig at 4 and Robert Downey Jnr at 3 with Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
Some movies are nominated for all these awards, and reviews call it things like “brilliant” and “masterful”, but when I watch them I think I must be missing something. Case in point – Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy…it was nominated for best screenplay last year but the first half of the movie is Gary Oldman walking into and out of buildings with creepy music in the background and he and his colleagues staring suspiciously at each other. Tom Hardy had to come in and rescue the film with his handsomeness.
Anyone seen Lawless here with Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman?
Went to the O2 Centre Finchley last night to watch one of best films I've seen this year, Lawless. Excellent performances from Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman!!
Went and seen Lawless Friday night. Amazing film. very very well written and then acted out perfect. Tom Hardy takes it home again. Inense and very old school type of film. The soundtrack is beautiful and the shots catch you off gaurd and capture your attention. Gary Oldman of course sells a great small but important part. Guy Peirce Brings a great and relentless Antagonist. To be honest it may be the best movie you could go see this year. in my opinion. I am thinking about srting my own awards to give these people that truly do what that job calls for.
Off to see Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman being awesome in "Lawless"
Lawless. Based on a true story, with a screenplay written by Aussie singer Nick Cave, Lawless is a slightly more traditional prohibition-era gangster film when compared to other contemporary films (eg: Public Enemies) but with a slight air of slickness to help it go down well, all the same. The story lacks considerable shape and neccesary tension but it's still a fairly strong effort. Also of note, considering the Tennessee setting, it's odd to see well-known actors from Canada (Shia LeBoeuf), the UK (Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman) and Australia (Guy Pearce, Mia Wasiowska) but it still gels okay.
I saw the best movie yesterday " Lawless" with Shia LeB. Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman, was in the show alone at Newport Levy.
Gary Oldman, Shia LaBœuf and Tom Hardy in the same film, hiya.
nnnrgh *Tom Hardy's grunt* Completely agree with the ridiculous under usage of Gary Oldman. Again cud have been a greatfilm
Dear Tom Hardy, Please come visit Northwest Missouri State and hunt down Helen Strotman so she will be a happy person once again. Once you find said Helen, hug her, squeeze her, kiss her, slap her, something just to make her smile. Then after doing this, report back to me so I know that the next time Helen says she wishes Tom Hardy was here I can remind her that she's already met you and needs to find a new celebrity crush such as Gary Oldman.
Lawless is a bloody great film, I really recommend it! Tom Hardy is brilliant but a shame there wasn't more of Gary Oldman. Amazing story line.
Gary Oldman was seriously underused in Lawless...oh and Tom Hardy looks well hard in a cardigan
Lawless was a great Drama/Suspense/Thriller movie with its funny moments. Tom Hardy (Forrest Bondurant) was an immortal beast in the movie. His character really had my cousins and I dying of laughter too. Shia Labeouf (Jack Bondurant) did a great performance, as usual. Jason Clarke (Howard Bondurant) was just a straight up monster. Other than that, I loved seeing my nikka Gary Oldman (Floyd Banner) as a boss in the movie. He was amazing in The Dark Knight Trilogy, The Harry Potter Series, and now in Lawless.
I liked a video from Lawless Official Trailer [HD]: Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman and Shia LeBeouf
Just seen what a fantastic film. Tom Hardy is flawless, Gary Oldman well, legend! Loved it.
It's got Gary Oldman and Tom Hardy so it shouldn't be terrible.
Gary Oldman and Tom Hardy on the same screen. Holy Majolie, Lawless!
Lawless is pretty awesome, brutal, but awesome. I liked it better than The Master... I feel like I "should" like The Master more given Joaquin's AMAZING performance, but Lawless was just more entertaining. and with Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, and Guy Pearce how can you go wrong?
Daniel Craig, Bill Nighy, Gary Oldman, Stephen Fry, Ian Mckellen, Alan Rickman, Liam Neeson, Tom Hardy and so many more... Britain has the best male actors in the world.
Going to see at the flicks later. Tom Hardy, Guy Pearce and Gary Oldman? Yes please!
Lawless: Tom Hardy's dialed right down to an expressionless, mumbling lump. Gary Oldman, Jessica Chastain are v.good, but in thowaway parts.
Saw Lawless tonight. loved it, makes me want to drink some moonshine, shoot a tommy gun with Gary Oldman and makeout with Tom Hardy... TMI?
not yet, but i wanna real bad anything Tom Hardy or Gary Oldman are in I have to see in theaters
Tom Hardy & Gary Oldman, the young and the old of British acting genius. Shia Labeouf has redeemed himself for Trans ...
Lawless was friggin' awesome! Tom Hardy, Shia LeBeouf, Gary Oldman and Guy Pearce all rolled in to one film?! Awesome.
"Lawless" 3.5 stars; only due to underutilization of Gary Oldman. Otherwise, enjoyed watching Tom Hardy's lips.
Three things to say about Lawless, Gary Oldman = BAWS!, Tom Hardy = Even more BAWS then he already was!
Well lawless was unreal i am in love with Tom Hardy would of liked Gary Oldman in it more!
Why would I go out? When I can stay in and watch the geniuses Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman in Lawless, been buzzing for this film!
If you like character crime thrillers you really can't go wrong with "Lawless" - fantastic ensemble cast...Tom Hardy, Guy Pearce, Shia Labeouf & Gary Oldman. Well acted & riveting!
Well "Lawless" wasn't too bad a movie. Gonna give it 3 1/2 Stars outta 5.Good acting by Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman.
Tom Hardy: ”Gary Oldman is my hero. When I went to drama school everybody used to quote him and his films […]…
Aw. Tom Hardy's love for Gary Oldman is so adorbs.
Lawless was an excellent movie! Shia Labeouf and Tom Hardy played their roles to perfection. Guy Pearce played the bad guy role very well, I hated his character. I was a little upset that Gary Oldman wasn't in it as much though. I recommend everyone go see it.
Up next today is which has guns, booze, Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, Jessica Chastain, Shia Labeouf, Guy Pearce and so much more. 8.00.
Have you seen Lawless yet? Tom Hardy & Gary Oldman are freaking awesome in it! You gotta see it!
beautiful cinematography with Gary Oldman & Tom Hardy in a vintage spy flick? You bite your tongues!
Reading Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy,where the Tom Hardy character is trolling Gary Oldman's char. Why wasn't this in the film??
Lawless a big film Gary Oldman n Tom hardy say no more !
Took a break from jewelry making and finally got to see Lawless.I need more Nick Cave in my life, Tom Hardy is terribly attractive, and Gary Oldman! Also, the necklace is finished now ;)
Where's the LaBoeuf? In "Lawless", that's where. Along with Tom Hardy, again with an odd accent, although we can see his face now, and his TDKR costar Gary Oldman, and the up and coming (or mayhap already come) Jessica Chastain, and the sweet young Mía Wasikowska.
Directed by Christopher Nolan. With Christian Bale, Gary Oldman, Tom Hardy. Eight years on, a new terrorist leader, Bane, overwhelms Gotham's finest, and the Dark Knight resurfaces to protect a city that has branded him an enemy. Visit IMDb for Photos, Showtimes, Cast, Crew, Reviews, Plot Summ...
I really want to sue whomever decided Shia Lebouf was a movie star. How in the *** did he get billed higher than Tom Hardy, Guy Pierce, and Gary Oldman in this Lawless movie?
I thought it was really good but it was a bit slow at points. Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman were on top form though xx
Go watch Lawless. Tom Hardy, Guy Pearce, Gary Oldman, Jessica Chastain... one of the best casts of the year and one of the best films.
couldn't help but recite TDKR quotes whenever Tom Hardy or Gary Oldman were on scene though
just when I thought my Tom Hardy crush couldn't get any bigger.. I saw him as the invincible Forrest Bondurant in Lawless.. holy frijoles! Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman and Guy Pearce.. so frakking amazing!
Just seen Lawless a cast with Gary Oldman and Tom Hardy cannot be beaten!
Gonna go check out Lawless a little later.. got some great actors in it (Gary Oldman, Guy Pearce, Tom Hardy).. written by Nick Cave and directed by John Hillcoat.. if its even half as good as 2006's The Proposition I'll be happy. Too bad Shia Lebouf is in it.
Just saw Lawless, was really good. Shia Labeouf surprised me by actually demonstrating acting abilities. Tom Hardy is always pure awesome and Guy Pearce made for a great villain. The movie was absolutely brutal in places. The only disappointment was that Gary Oldman was only in it for 5 Minutes. Still its a solid recommendation
Went to see "Lawless" at the theater while the power was out the other night. It was definitely good. It started off pretty brilliant, and by the end I was a tad disappointed, but it was still a good film that is well worth taking the time to go see. The plot was very good, very entertaining, but the true strength of this film was in its characters, the dialogue they engaged in, and the actors who played them. Gary Oldman was absolutely great in his role, as he always is, but the role itself was terrible. It was completely gratuitous and served no purpose in the film; just a reason to get a fairly well known outlaw from history into the film (the movie is based on a true story). Otherwise, all the characters in the film were great. Let's start with Tom Hardy. This guy is a beast. Between this film, his recent appearance as Bane is "The Dark Knight Rises", and his role in "Inception", he has shown an incredible amount of diversity. To go from his accent in "Inception" (don't remember; British, was it?) to ...
'Lawless' is a very well done and entertaining movie based on a true story of the 'moonshiners' in the 20's and 30's. Lots of action, great story, good actors doing a fabulous understated performance. Tom Hardy plays the taciturn leader of the three brothers in a completely believable way. Also in the film with showy parts: Gary Oldman and Guy Pearce. I loved it, go see it, no deep meaning, but satisfying nontheless.
Going to see Lawless tonight. Gary Oldman & Tom Hardy, what could go wrong? Ah yes, Shia Labeouf.
"Lawless" was pretty good. Shia was great as always as were Tom Hardy, Jason Clarke, and Gary Oldman.
The marketing had me at "Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman as 20s gangsters". I don't care if it's a GD musical.
Its 'HUGE' to have more than 1 movie u're in be in the box office top 10 at the same time. Gary Oldman and Tom Hardy do.
Tom Hardy mumbled throughout but it kind of worked! Gary Oldman was barely in it! I can only think of about 3 scenes he was in!
Lawless was awesome. Tom Hardy was awesome in it. Wish they would've shown Gary Oldman in it more.
Now Lawless was great. Tom Hardy, Jessica Chastain, and Shia were great. Shia wasnt a fast talkin kid like always he was a mistakes making scared guy which is different for him. They shoulda had more Gary Oldman though. But the movie belongs to Guy Pierce!!
Lawless is gonna be one kick *** movie. Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, And Guy Pearce in one movie.
Need to see so I can get my Tom Hardy fix wit woo ;) I also love Shia LeBeouf and Gary Oldman and Guy Pearce are fantastic
had to follow this guy! he has Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman in his bio :)
Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman the most effortlessly cool men in hollywood
Wouldn't mind seeing that new film with Gary Oldman and Tom Hardy!
I wanna watch Lawless so badly. I love Tom Hardy. And Gary Oldman is just wicked omg

I'm designing some t-shirts because they're only like $6 on the vistaprint website and one of them may or may not be Tom Hardy & Gary Oldman... I'll let you guys decide for yourselves.
Lawless was awesome, Gary Oldman is almost the most badass guy but Tom Hardy snatches that away, id see it again :D
Seriously, where is Gary Oldman's Oscar? Tom Hardy better not get one before he does!!
so it looks awesome and it has Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman in it. Gangster movies are the daddy
Just saw a poster for 'Lawless', starring Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, Guy Pearce and Shia Laboeuf. It's like a 'spot the terrible actor' competition that almost no effort has gone into. Like a game of Where's Wally where Wally is in the middle of a desert, or a Spot the Ball competition with two teams standing around the centre circle.
today. Getting my Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman film-fix for the week.
So the film Lawless stars Tom Hardy, Guy Pierce, Gary Oldman and.Shia Labeouf? mate at least the robots made your acting look passable
can do NO wrong in my eyes. I got to see Gary Oldman AND Tom Hardy. was amazing! Tom, I love you!!!
I've also decided that with 3 movies together in under a year, Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman are the new Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter.
I MUST SEE LAWLESS! Tom Hardy, Shia Leboeuf, Guy Pearce and Gary Oldman. It's like all my dreams come true in one film.
Lawless is the ultimate "but" movie. Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, Jessica Chastain, Guy Pearce, Mia Wasikowska...but Shia Labeouf
Eee boyfriend is taking me to see Lawless tomorrow. Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman, well this should be fun =P
Thinking of watching "Lawless" tonight. Should be a good one with Shia Lebeouf, Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman & Guy Pearce:
Gary Oldman, Colin Firth, Tom Hardy all in Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy. I can't contain my excitement.
Just saw "Lawless" ( thanks Verizon for still no internet) what am amazing cast!!! Jessica Chastain, Tom Hardy, Guy Pierce, Gary Oldman and Shia La Bouef. Total warm up for the new season of Boardwalk Empire. I liked the bloody film, alot. I personally will see anything Tom Hardy is ever in. Ever.
Shia Lebouf was solid. Tom Hardy was good. Guy Pierce sounded German (really took you out of the time) and there was too little Gary Oldman
is out this weekend. Tom Hardy & Gary Oldman working together again for the 3rd time... Its bound to be brilliant.
looks so badass. Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, Guy Pierce! Not gonna mention the pleb that spoils it. You know who you are, Shia Labeouf.
Tom Hardy is the perfect man. Gary Oldman will be the godfather of the kids.
Saw a preview for Lawless on Sunday morning. If you're a fan of mob movies, it's no Casino, let alone Goodfellas, but it is well worth a look. In fact it's got more in common with that Dillinger thing that Depp did a couple of years back, being set in prohibition era rather than the 50's. So Bugsy Malone without the songs, pedal cars, pubescents and custard guns then. But set in rural USA, not Cheecargy. Anyway, Shia Le Beef manages to be not too annoying in this; Tom Hardy is awesome (again) and the marvelous Gary Oldman disappointingly turns out to be only cameoing, with nearly all his scenes shoved in the trailer. Guy Peirce makes a good detestable villain, and Jessica Chastain is as excellent as she was in The Help as the woman who can't help falling for a bad boy.
Gary Oldman, Tom Hardy, and Guy Pearce in the same movie? Uuunnnf
you need to go check out "lawless" when you get the chance homie. Tom Hardy, Guy Pearce, Gary Oldman. Director of The Road
Tom Hardy, Shia LeBoeuf and Gary Oldman in one film? Whoah.
Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman and Shia Labeouf.. Yeh so i need to see Lawless
First film preview before breakfast, then it's much anticipated screening with Guy Pearce, Tom Hardy & Gary Oldman
So excited to watch "Lawless". What a cast; Gary Oldman, Tom Hardy, Guy Pearce and Shia Le Beouf. Totally my type of film.
As soon as I saw Gary Oldman and Tom Hardy in the trailer for Lawless, I thought it looked like a good film. Then S ...
Lawless. B- grade. Shia is annoying. Tom Hardy is brilliant and steals the show. In limited minutes Gary Oldman shows why he is the master.
the amazing thing: Guy Pearce, Gary Oldman, and Tom Hardy are all British playing parts with Heavy Southern American Accents
"lawless" is a great Mark Strong But game. Tom Hardy, Guy Pearce, with Mia Wasikovska and Gary Oldman. BUT Shia Lebeouf
The film 'Lawless' looks like it has a good cast with Guy Pearce, Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman. So why did they need Shia LaDouche?!!
Looking forward to that Lawless flick with Tom Hardy & Gary Oldman. Hoping to check out The Possession too. You see Total Recall?
not sure. Think it already is. Looks amazing, it's him, Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman and more. It's a 20s/30s gangster movie
Lawless was decently good. Mostly because of Tom Hardy, Shia Lebeouf, and Gary Oldman.
Lawless was Shia Labeouf and Guy Pierce unwelcomingly tagging along with Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman. Worst club ever.
Gary Oldman and Tom Hardy in a movie together?
This Guy Pearce, Gary Oldman, Tom Hardy flick looks pretty good. What? None of them are starring you say? Then who is? Ok, nevermind.
Lawless: are the combined talents of Nick Cave, Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman and Guy Pearce enough to make me watch another Shia Labeouf movie?
was too much fun. Great cast, and standout performances by Tom Hardy, Guy Pearce, Shia, Chastain, and my personal fave Gary Oldman
So, I really liked Lawless. Even though it got 'eh' reviews. It was an all star cast and I was even impressed by Shia Labeouf in some scenes (suprisingly). I do believe he was one of the only Ameicans in the movie and he failed horribly at a southern accent. That honor went to (the british) Tom Hardy who stole the show as well. He gave us the humor while intimidating everyone on screen and in the theater. I swear this man can do no wrong, he acting is great but, just the looks he gives is- shiver, no words. Guy Pearce was what a villan is suppose to be. I purely hated him and had no remorse for his character. Remember Judge Doom from Who Framed Rodger Rabbit? Yeah, that was him. Gary Oldman, I wanted more of him! Oh so much more but he was badass in the screne time he had. This movie had violence but not gore. I cringed a few times but I also continued eating my corn dog nuggets. Plot: Good but predictable. But that wouldn't stop me from seeing it again. Overall: 8 and a half stars. Not the best movie of ...
Shia Labeouf and Tom Hardy are the stars of this weekend's Prohibition drama Lawless, and we don't have anything against either of them -- but we're just as intrigued by the involvement of a certain Mr. Gary Oldman, whose (by most accounts too-brief) appearance adds another chapter to one of Hollywo...
can't wait for this one. Three of my favorite actors, Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, Guy Pierce.
has anyone seen the billboards for the move Lawless? that castlist is AMAZING! Gary Oldman, Tom Hardy, Shia LeBeouf and Guy Pierce?
Lawless is not the shoot-em up flick the trailers would have you believe. It is a frighteningly violent and tense film that really picks and chooses it's moments. Constant threat and unrest pace the story of the Bondurant brothers and their moonshine business. Shia Labeouf once again shows that he is every bit as good as he wants to be as he holds his own against very strong performances from Jessica Chastain, Tom Hardy (who continues his streak of brutal and emotional characters...i wanna see a tag match between Forrest Bondurant/His character from Warrior vs. Bane/his character from this means war), Gary Oldman (who returns to a badass bady guy role after far too long) but the one who steals the show is Guy Pearce who flat out brings it as a sadistic special deputy out to shut down the Bondurant Boys. The film is methodical and at times cringingly brutal as it continues to tighten the rope leading up to the grandiose finale, it certainly earns its moments. The film isn't perfect story-wise as it seems t ...
‘LAWLESS’ Shia Labeouf, Tom Hardy. A band of 1930s bootlegging brothers’ go to war against corrupted and brutally determined lawmen. No glory or humor in this very tough and gritty story with several scenes that make the shooting of “Bonnie and Clyde” look like a turkey shoot. Liked the depression era scenery, cars and gangster style story telling that is well cast along with Guy Pearce, Jessie Chastain and Gary Oldman. Based on a true story and worthy of 3 stars
Guy Pearce stole the show in Lawless. One of the most cynical performances I have seen in a long time. Proved once again why he is one of my if not my favorite actor. He never disappoints. Shia Labeouf, Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman for how much he was in it gave great performances as well. Lawless was a great way to start the "Oscar" season. Defiantly worth your price of admission.
Had a good time watching Lawless(with Tom Hardy, Shia Lebeouf, Gary Oldman and Guy Pearce...really good movie..I definitely recommend it) and eating @ Chili's with my friend Chris Odom(Blake). Thanks again Blake..it was good seeing you and hanging out.
Just got back from seeing the movie Lawless and here's what I thought about it! I actually really liked this movie Lawless because it's dark, it's violent and it's very dramatic which are things that I like in movies. I do gotta say though this movie is not the best movie of the summer by no means, but it's still a great movie to finish up the summer. The story in this movie really got my interest right when the movie started, I gotta say Shia Labeouf may have played a weak role in this movie but he sure narrated pretty well, he set the whole tone of the movie right when it began which I did like, but right when his character came into place and he started acted I kind of lost interest in him. But luckily Tom Hardy plays his older brother Forrest and man oh man is he great in this movie, Tom Hardy pretty much dominates the whole film. His acting was just top notch, you can really see that role was just made for Tom Hardy. The co-stars weren't half bad in the movie as well, like Jessica Chastain plays a pr ...

Truly hyped for lawless, can't go wrong with Tom Hardy, Guy Pearce and Gary Oldman.
Is it weird that of all the attractive men in "Lawless" (Tom Hardy, Shia Labeouf) Gary Oldman is the reason why I want to see it?
Lawless with Gary Oldman, Shia Labeouf, Tom Hardy, Guy Pearce, Mia Wasikowska, and Jessica Chastain... yay or nay?
is it really poop?! Got Gary Oldman and Tom Hardy ain't it?
Lawless looks like a good film, Gary Oldman and Tom Hardy starring, no doubt Shia Labeouf will be adding pre-pubescent screams throughout..
Gary Oldman, Tom Hardy, Shia Labeouf, and Mia Wasikowska--I DEFINITELY want to see this--looks good . . . comes out this week too . . .
Last night (Saturday) I attended an advance screening of the factual prohibition era mountain moonshiner drama "LAWLESS" at Alamo South with "Midnight Run" song writer/performer Willie Nelson and novelist Matt Bondurant in attendance. Both gave opening remarks before the feature with Bondurant having an extensive Q & A afterward while Willie played at a nearby outdoor Bar BQ joint. The gritty motion picture adapted by Nick Cave for the screen from the family novel was based on the lawless adventures of Matt's grandfather Jack and great uncles played to perfection by Shia Labeouf, Tom Hardy, & Jason Clarke. The wonderful ensemble cast also included an intense Guy Pearce & always perfect Gary Oldman as well as the lovely understated beauties Jessica Chastain, & Mia Wasikowska. A real life drama of rural backwoods clan-ish family life in the Virginia mountains 90 years ago director John Hillcoat has crafted a hard edged yet beautiful film that paints a great window into a bygone era of American country life ...
I know like oh my god! lawless has so many good actors Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman and Guy Pearce!
Wanna go watch Lawless. It looks good and has Tom Hardy,Gary Oldman and Shia Labouf (however you spell his name)
Must watch Tom Hardy, Shia Labeouf, Gary Oldman & Guy Pearce. Gotta be good. Still can't believe I saw Tom!
Wow, just saw a trailer for Lawless. Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, Shia Labeouf and Guy Pearce. Plus The Heavy soundtracked it.

I'm pretty sure it's just to watch a movie cool enough to have Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman and Guy Pearce.
Tom Hardy wins modeling contest in 1998 -- VIDEO
Gary Oldman and Tom Hardy in another film together? Tickets booked.
Photo: Gary Oldman and Tom Hardy being adorable at the TDKR premiere in NY.
don't forget Shia LeBeouf, Tom Hardy an Gary Oldman! I'm keen!
Here's a clip from Lawless! Starring Shia Labeouf, Tom Hardy & Gary Oldman, and written by Nick Cave, the film...
want to see lawless with Tom Hardy & Gary Oldman & Shia Labeouf looks awesome love old gangster flicks "It's all right. Jack, It is not the violence that sets men apart. It is the distance that he is prepared to go. Jack, look at me. We are survivors. We control the fear. But without the fear, we are all as good as dead." love this line from tom hardy in the trailer i know its long but had to post it
Back in 1998, Inception star Tom Hardy was just a sprightly 20-year-old with an admiration for Gary Oldman and distaste for football. He was also the winner of The Big Breakfast's modeling contest, as you'll learn from this gem of a clip.
Lawless is a decent movie targeted to entertain the mature audience with a True Grit setting. It is based on a true story but still contains a few unrealistic outcomes. This movie is a huge step up for the actor Shia Labeouf (besides Transformers) playing an arrogant coward who eventually gains courage and dumb-blind pride. One thing that this movie has that I haven't seen in awhile is intensifying scenes which were later wiped away by the comedy. This movie failed in deciding where to go next with its sluggish start-up. If you do plan on seeing this R-rated movie, remember its for the grown folks but has an outstanding cast: Shia Labeouf (all three Transformers), Tom Hardy (Bane in the Dark Knight Rises), Gary Oldman (Commissioner Gordan in Dark Knight Rises), Guy Pearce (main character from Memento), Mia Wasikowska (Alice in Alice in Wonderland), Dane DeHaan (main character on Chronicle). Overall it was a decent movie.
The premiere is tonight at the historic with Tom Hardy, Shia Labeouf & Gary Oldman!
So...um...like...where is Tom Hardy? *** is Gary Oldman? :-/ unacceptable.
Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman are amazing as usual!!!
Christian Bale, oscar please? He was amazing as always and Tom Hardy as bane- WOWza he was hennnch too! And of course Gary oldman! :')
Really want to see Lawless when it comes out. Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman. It will be like the Dark Knight except it's a Western..
