Royal cover up: Police censor Jimmy Savile interview transcript PAEDOPHILE Jimmy Savile named the royal family in his bombshell interview with police but any mention of them was removed from the released transcripts. The papers from a 2009 police quiz were released last week following a seven-month battle by the Daily Star Sunday. But the 26 pages - which exposed the evil pervert as a bully and a liar - came with 96 redactions (crossings out). Today we can reveal the documents had been vetted by Buckingham Palace - and that the serial sex attacker's royal connections were removed. One reference Savile made about a cousin of the Queen was included in an internal police report released in January. But on Tuesday, when Surrey Police published the interview transcripts, there was no mention of her. Other references to royalty were also seemingly erased - and during our fight to obtain the records, police let slip Buckingham Palace's involvement. Tony Smith, the force's information access manager, made the ref ...

PLEASE CAN ALL HORSE OWNERS READ, WHO KNOWS WHO ELSE IT HAS HAPPENED TO AND THEY WILL NEVER FIND THEIR HORSES!! Hi all, I have been treated disgustingly by Surrey Police, They have still not informed me if it was my horse hit by a car! I have a few questions for them but I don't seem to be getting any where! I do not accept "it was dark" as an excuse to not call or a vet or have him checked for a micro chip, instead they called the meat man and he was taken straight away. Also Hawkins Slaughter did not check for a micro chip and we were told they get so many horses they would not know if it was him! 1. Why was he not checked for a micro chip? Why was a vet not called? I was told if he was a dog or cat they would have put in a box and taken to the vets….why is my boy any different from a family pet?! 2. Who decided they had the right to send him to slaughter and who signed the forms? 3. "it was dark" is not a good enough reason to not try and find his home or owner. 'Unprecedented' flooding in England More than 1,000 homes have been evacuated along the Thames after towns and villages including Wraysbury, Chertsey and Datchet were flooded. In Datchet, more than 1,700 properties were hit by a power cut on Tuesday evening. Scottish and Southern Energy said power had been restored to all residents by 00:30 GMT although a separate problem meant about 25 properties had temporarily lost power in the early hours. Chief Supt Matt Twist, of Surrey Police, said the flooding in the county was "unprecedented" and warned that a further 2,500 homes were at risk. An 85-year-old resident forced to leave her bungalow in one Surrey village spent the night at an evacuation centre. She told BBC Radio 4's Today programme it was a "terrible experience". "I want to go, I want to get out of it [community evacuation centre] really, because you can't live like this, can you? "I know everybody's in the same boat but I can't go back home." Further evacuations have been taking place in the Staine ...

According to Surrey Police, 410 tonnes of water is passing through Staines every second!
From BBC news, Chief Supt Matt Twist, of Surrey Police, said a "major incident" had been declared in the county and the flooding was "unprecedented". He said police had visited 2,000 homes in nearly 500 roads and that there were 44 road closures in place. So, that's an average of 4 homes per road in Surrey! Man, I hope these guys are ok in the floods and manage to take refuge in their holiday homes in Provence.
Another story for the - you couldn't make it up if you tried book. Someone from Surrey Police contacted me today regarding the nut job filming children at Heathside and apparently Child Protection is not a priority for them atm because apparently "there is flooding in the area"!? Believe me, I have been a victim of flooding and lost everything apart from what was on our backs, the police weren't there to help me, and on Xmas eve when I had to rescue my in-laws when they lost their house- sky news was there but no sign of the police there either. How dare she belittle my concern over my child's welfare with a deliberate "have you not seen the news lately" attitude. And also got a lecture of every school has this problem of congestion at home time - ER tell the friggin nut job that, NOT A MOTHER WHO HAS BEEN DOING SCHOOL RUNS FOR 14 YEARS! argh.
On the BBC news feed just now . • Surrey Police say they have been inundated with 999 calls There's a witty thing !!!
Robbery in Stoke Park A group of friends taking shelter from the rain were subjected to a robbery by a number of men in Stoke Park. The three men had met up to go skating in the park on Tuesday, 4 February and when it started to rain they went into a wooden shelter where they were approached by five men at around 3.25pm. The suspects came from the direction of Guildford College and arrived in two pairs and a lone offender. The first pair asked the trio for drugs and the victims replied they did not have any. The second pair verbally threatened the friends and the fifth suspect demanded the group empty their pockets. One of the victims said he did not have any property and was then struck over the head by the last offender. As a result of the incident, a 23-year-old man suffered a swollen and reddened eye and cheek. The suspects made off with tobacco, cash and a mobile phone. The suspects are described as white men, each wearing gloves and using slang when they spoke. The first suspect is described as 6ft ...

As the horse community we all assumed out horses were safe and can be returned if ever lost or stolen. Unfortunately this is not the case, my pony was sadly hit by a car and I was never informed even after calling Surrey Police 5 times and reporting him stolen. I then, as well of thousands of other well-wishers and supporters, spent 2 days searching for him, putting up posters and sharing on social networks. I found out by my vet calling around the local slaughter houses. He did not deserve to be thrown on a pile of horses and burnt without my permission. I would have had him cremated and brought home! All this hope and heart ache could have been avoided if a simple microchip scan had been done either by the police or the slaughter house. Millions of horse owners pay to have their horses chipped as it is a legal requirement to me it is a false security net and a money making scheme, where does the money go? I don't think it was spent on police equine training or on making scanning machines available world ...

Surrey Police are carrying out enquiries to determine whether a horse killed after being struck by several vehicles on the A331 at Tongham on Wednesday (February 5) just after 9pm, belonged to a woman who reported her horse stolen the following day. The road was partially closed until just before 11pm, when the horse’s body was removed and taken away to be incinerated. A call was received on Friday (February 7), from a woman who had reported her horse stolen the previous day and believed that her horse was the one involved in the collision.

Second reply from Guildford Borough MP, Anne Milton, including a response from Dave Miller, Detective Chief Superintendent at Surrey Police. It is encouraging to see that my MP is at least willing and able to assist in this cause. Interesting to see the standard police response, the usual technique of towing the current political line from the Home Office and then adding plenty of filler about Youth Support Services and Youth Restorative Intervention and even mentions Talk to Frank in a bid to attempt to higlight a concern for young cannabis users. However Dave completely fails to address the issue of informed and educated adults who wish to consume cannabis responsibly. He also completely fails to address the current problems with the model of prohibition that currently exists in the UK and how that model contributes the majority of criminal activity to the cannabis market as it stands. Disgusting behaviour by a 'man' in Tesco gatwick car park tonight, we only told him on returning to his car that you shouldn't park in the mother and baby space without kids and he reversed at the car (which had 4 children under 5) in a threatening manor with an 18 month old baby boy behind the door he was attempting to ram, when we pulled out of his way as quickly as we could he reversed like an animal and then drove round my side of the car in an aggressive & reckless manor (i was the passenger) and rolled his window down and punched the mirror off our car! It's a real shame he couldn't drive off any quicker cause we got his number plate and a witness and it's now in the hands of surrey police! What a complete cHappy Xmas you bellend!

Police 'urged prosecutors not to pursue child sex abuse claims against Jimmy Savile after 2009 interview' Former DJ interviewed at Stoke Mandeville Hospital in October 2009 Nine days after interview police wrote to CPS saying Savile denied the claims and was prepared to sue the alleged victims if he was prosecuted After 41-minute interview under caution, Savile was allowed to walk free By WILLIAM TURVILL PUBLISHED: 09:53, 15 December 2013 | UPDATED: 10:00, 15 December 2013 0 View comments Police officers who interviewed Jimmy Savile in 2009 over child sex abuse allegations discouraged the Crown Prosecution Service from pursuing the case, it has emerged. The former BBC DJ, who died two years later, was interviewed under caution by Surrey Police at Stoke Mandeville Hospital after a woman claimed she had been abused as a girl at Duncroft Approved School for Girls in Staines in the 1970s. Surrey Police's Crime Prevention Design Advisor, John Eldridge, has issued the following advice: New vehicles can come with keyless entry, this is where the vehicle detects the ‘key’ is in close proximity to the car unlocking it and allowing the car to start. We have had some thefts reported from cars where there has been no apparent forced entry and the owner is sure that the vehicle was locked when they left it. Some of these cars have keyless entry systems and it appears that the owners have left their keys in their house but still close enough for the car to detected them and unlock. All vehicle makes are different and some I am aware have systems in place to prevent this being a security vulnerability, auto re-locking for example. That said its worth bearing in mind if your vehicle has this facility.

In this morning via email: Surrey Police publish report on its investigation of Jimmy Savile. Statement from Surrey Police Assistant Chief Constable Jerry Kirkby: "Prior to the Home Secretary's announcement of a review by Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary (HMIC) into all police contact with Jimmy Savile, Surrey Police has undertaken an internal review of its 2007 investigation. "This review is being published today in order to be clear and open about what action was taken, to avoid any inaccurate reports, and to share any lessons which can be learned. "Victims of historic abuse cases are often reluctant to speak out for fear of not being believed and I welcome acknowledgement by the Principle Legal Advisor in her report today that officers at Surrey Police took the allegations seriously. "It is important the actions taken by the investigation team are viewed in context. This should take into account what information was known about Jimmy Savile in 2007 and the necessary consideration given by pol ...
I don’t usually write endorsements, in fact as a rule when asked about them I just say no… because a campaign manager has to work with everyone and by endorsing someone you run the risk of making other work relationships difficult. Also for those who know me, they will know that I do not compliment lightly – another reason not to say anything. However, there is an exception to every rule, and Sarah-Jane is for me that exception.I didn’t expect much, if anything from Royal Holloway University CF when the election started – they were a brand new branch, mostly fresher’s and their Chairman; well as far as I could see she frankly had enough on her plate without coming out campaigning for Julie Iles in the Surrey Police & Crime Commissioner election.I was (very happily so) proved completely and utterly wrong in my expectation.Sarah-Jane is one of those rare souls, of which I’m also a fortunate member, who doesn’t seem to need to sleep – is self-motivated and organised enough to balance her wo ...
