Thank you all for the likes and support...I never thought I'd be trying to lose weight...I was incredibly skinny for most of my life, and only weighed 150 pounds when I moved to Hawaii 27 years ago. Gained 100 lbs more here, (hey, it was only 3-4 pounds a year!) until a couple of weeks ago. Huge thanks to Doug, for being the pioneer and doing Weight Watchers last fall, and for nudging me to do it with him again...I would never just do this on my own! In the last two weeks, I've had duck leg confit (2X), spaghetti squash, steak (2X Chuck Eyes..my favorite, most flavorful steak) roast chicken, salmon, 2 Godiva truffles, oranges, bananas, sauteed baby spinach (2X), ice cream, ahi poke, lots of mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli, and cauliflower, all delicious. No butter, cream or cheese; no bread, and just a tiny bit of pasta (orzo), rice, and potatoes. A palpable improvement in energy, and one belt notch so far!
