MY Take On Alan Padew Saying Wenger is the 2nd best Coach In the EPL and that he does not recognised Jose Mourinho as the best in the EPL, Good morning ladies and Gentlemen , the pundits , the critiques , the Fans , the followers and my fellow commentators of the Game , sincerely speaking , I don't see anything special in Alan Padew's Jibes than to compare it to normal comments make by coaches week in week out in their respective Pre- game conferences which to me is nothing but a Mind Game. The truth is that saying Wenger is the 2nd best Manager in the Legaue may be correct and right due to the fact that the Man is loyal to Arsenal Unlike Jose Mourinho who is busy Chasing Records of winning the League and Champions League trophies with various Club sides he Managed. Jose Mourinho has claimed Lionel Messi does not need to win the World Cup to be considered an all-time great. When asked if Messi should be considered a scapegoat for Argentina's defeat, Mourinho added: "Not at all. I think in the first half he had fantastic options." Mourinho instead laid the blame at the feet of Argentina manager Alejandro Sabella over his withdrawal of Ezequiel Lavezzi for Sergio Aguero at half-time. "I would like to know why Lavezzi stayed in the dressing room at half-time," Mourinho said. "Argentina had been playing with two lines of four, with Enzo Perez closing Philipp Lahm and Lavezzi doing the same on the other side. Because they were so compact Messi could walk while defending and then when he got the ball he had the energy to make the difference. "When Sabella brought Aguero on for Lavezzi, Argentina changed from a 4-4-2 to a 4-3-3 and they lost a lot of balance. Messi had to run much more after Lavezzi went off. Governance Africa: Football Yaya Toure scored a hat-trick as Manchester City responded to Chelsea's thrashing of Arsenal with a resounding win over 10-man Fulham. With Chelsea taking a temporary nine-point lead over City after thumping the Gunners 6-0 earlier on Saturday, it was imperative that Manuel Pellegrini's side kept pace with Jose Mourinho's league leaders. And they were inspired by their talismanic Ivorian midfielder, who scored twice from the penalty spot and hit a stunning third from 25 yards to take his season's total to 20 goals before Fernandinho and Martin Demichelis turned it into a rout late on. Yaya Toure's hat-trick is the seventh so far in the Premier League this season, but Manchester City's first in the league since April 2012. Toure received a standing ovation as he left the field in preparation for Tuesday's Manchester Derby at Old Trafford. And although the injured Sergio Aguero will miss that game, a return to goalscoring form is timely for Pellegrini's title chasers with Chelsea ...

Man City PLAN TO SIGN CHELSEA STRIKER.. Etihad Stadium boss Manuel Pellegrini is set to offload Bosnian forward Edin Dzeko and summer signing Stevan Jovetic, who has suffered with injuries all season, could be sacrificed as the Chilean looks to conduct a summer shake-up. Sergio Aguero and Alvaro Negredo will still act as Pellegrini's first choice strike-pairing but the Man City boss will look to supplement the pair with experienced Spaniard Torres. The 29 year old cost Chelsea £50m and has come nowhere near justifying the British transfer record outlay and is now something of a bit-part player under boss Jose Mourinho. Torres has started just 13 Premier League fixtures this term and his overall tally of 19 goals in 102 top tier appearances for the Blues is fairly woeful and one would imagine a Stamford Bridge exit is on the cards. However it seems more likely that the former Liverpool man would seek a move to a club that could offer him regular first team football and a move back to La Liga seems more li ...

Manchester City DRAWS AT NORWICH BRING THEM TO THIRD HAS JUST BEEN PUBLISHED VIA UNPLUGGED SPORTS Manuel Pellegrini's previously free-scoring side – who last month reached 100 goals in all competitions faster than any team in the Premier League era - have run into unforeseen problems in their last two outings, losing the Premier League's top spot to Chelsea in the process. A 1-0 loss at home to Jose Mourinho's side on Monday was compounded by another lacklustre display at Carrow Road – the absence of Brazilian midfielder Fernandinho due to a muscle strain once again keenly felt. VIEW FROM Carrow Road By Oli Platt An opportunity to go top of the Premier League table missed for Manchester City. We should all tip our hats to Jose Mourinho, he studied Manchester City and he worked out a way to beat them. Chelsea were brilliant, and they didn’t need to park the bus. They could have scored five. There were plenty of 10 out of 10 performances among the Chelsea players in their 1-0 victory. John Terry and Gary Cahill were imperious; Nemanja Matic showed Yaya Toure how it’s done; Willian was non-stop; Branislav Ivanovic was the match-winner. But only one man was 11 out of 10 and that was Eden Hazard. He was simply stunning –strength with technique and end product, and I would happily pay good money to watch the Belgian. His role in the winning goal was fantastic. He’s the kind of player you want to take your children to see just so they can say they saw him at his best. If people simply total up goals then Luis Suarez or Sergio Aguero or maybe Aaron Ramsey will win Player of the Year. But for me Eden Hazard has been the best player in the Premier League so far this season. He’s got everything ...

Chelsea refuse to give up the battle for Borussia Dortmund striker Robert Lewandowski. Lewandowski is expected to move to Bayern Munich at the end of the season. But El Confidencial says Chelsea and Real Madrid are preparing to test Dortmund's resolve in January. Indeed, the paper suggest that while Real Madrid consider Lewandowski a potentially cheaper alternative to Liverpool's Luis Suarez or Manchester City's Sergio Aguero they are not willing to match Chelsea in the matter. Jose Mourinho, on the other hand, senses a bargain and an opportunity to get one over on old rival Pep Guardiola - now at Bayern - and is prepared to tell Dortmund to name their price for Lewandowski in January - and meet the player's wage demands - to pull off an unlikely coup.

Stamford Bridge side want Etihad Stadium ace. Chelsea are reportedly ready to challenge Bayern Munich in the pursuit of Man City striker Sergio Aguero according to TuttoMercato. The West London side are being linked with a stunning 50m (£42m) bid for the in-form Argentine as Jose Mourinho looks to address his stuttering Stamford Bridge strike-force. Mourinho's current quartet of strikers, Demba Ba, Samuel Eto'o, Fernando Torres and Andre Schurrle have scored just three Premier League goals between them this year, indeed loaned out Belgian Romelu Lukaku has outscored them by managing five in five appearances for Everton. Pep Guardiola is apparently keen on bringing 25 year old Aguero to the Allianz Arena but Mourinho may have other ideas though one wonders if Man City would consider any offers for such a pivotal player, especially one who has only recently been tied down to a long term contract. The former Atletico Madrid man has been a massive success since making his £38m move to the Etihad Stadium bac ...
Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho admits he has been surprised by Fernando Torres since he returned to Stamford Bridge as the striker continued his revival with the winner against Manchester City. The 29-year-old, who scored twice in the midweek Champions League win against Schalke, took advantage of a defensive mix-up in injury time to give Chelsea a 2-1 win. Mourinho said: "I have had a big surprise with Fernando from day one with the way he works. He has worked so much from the first day." He added: "Sometimes I have put him on the bench, sometimes he has not been selected, sometimes I have left him at home - but every day he has been the same. He has worked very hard." Chelsea Player Ratings against ManCity Jose Mourinho's team climbed to second in the table after Fernando Torres seized upon Joe Hart's error to score a late winner, cancelling out Sergio Aguero's equaliser Petr Cech Was guilty of being far too causal for Aguero's rocket goal but made fine near-post saves from both the striker and Silva. Branislav Ivanovic Was combative, diligent and influential at set pieces in both boxes. Did get troubled by Silva's cunning but kept his head above water. Ashley Cole In his first start for three weeks, the England defender kept both Nasri and Navas quiet but offered little threat going forward. Gary Cahill Showed unquestioned commitment but struggled to cope with the movement and cunning of Aguero and Silva. Unable to close the angle for the equaliser. Fernando Torres snatched a late winner in a pulsating match at Stamford Bridge as Chelsea beat fellow title hopefuls Manchester City 2-1 to climb to second in the Premier League. Torres had earlier set up Andre Schurrle brilliantly to make it 1-0 to the Blues after 33 minutes, only for Sergio Aguero to power in a superb leveller in the 49th minute. Both sides had chances in an exciting finale but it looked like they would have to settle for a point apiece until Torres capitalised on a defensive mix-up between Matija Nastasic and Joe Hart to seal victory. Jose Mourinho kept faith with Torres up front following his two goals against Schalke and Chelsea began brightly as they looked to test a defence marshalled by Nastasic and debutant Martin Demichelis in the absence of injured captain Vincent Kompany. Fernando Torres's last-gasp winner sealed a 2-1 victory over Manchester City at Stamford Bridge, and though there were times when we lived dangerously, it was a thoroughly deserved three points for the Blues, and a result which takes us above Liverpool into second place, only two points behind leaders Arsenal. Andre Schurrle had broken the deadlock in the 32nd minute, scoring from close range after being teed up by Torres, who went close moments later himself with a stunning strike which crashed against the bar. Manuel Pellegrini's side equalised, however, three minutes into the second half when Sergio Aguero scored from the tightest of angles, and with the game seemingly heading for a draw, up popped Torres with the decisive strike, his third in a week, leaving Mourinho reflecting on a job well done. 'First of all ...

The winners will be announced on 7 January. Manchester United's Wayne Rooney, Britain's sole representative on the initial 23-man list, failed to make it through. His Old Trafford team-mate Robin van Persie also missed the cut, as did Manchester City trio Sergio Aguero, Mario Balotelli and Yaya Toure. After 50 goals last season in La Liga - including breaking Barcelona's 60-year-old goalscoring record with a hat-trick in a 5-3 win over Granada in March - Messi is expected to win Fifa's pla ...
Manchester City have been eliminated from the UEFA Champions League following a 1-1 draw at home to Real Madrid. City's slim hopes of qualification going into the game depended upon results elsewhere and the Premier League champions winning their remaining two fixtures. That looked unlikely when Karim Benzema took advantage of slack marking from Maicon to convert Angel Di Maria's right-wing cross inside 10 minutes. But City improved in the second half and the equaliser came from the penalty spot when Alvaro Arbeloa was adjudged to have pulled down Sergio Aguero in the box. Arbeloa was given a red card for a second bookable offence and Aguero got up to convert the spot-kick, setting things up for an exciting finale. There would be no fairy-tale turnaround for the home side though and they struggled to create another chance as Real held on to ensure their own passage into the last 16. Jose Mourinho's men had appeared in the mood to wrap things up quickly as they peppered the City goal early on and Sami Khed ...
Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho marked his 100th Champions League game with a 1-1 draw at Manchester City on Wednesday that sent his side into the last 16 at City's expense. City had to win to stand any chance of going through, so although Sergio Aguero's 73rd-minute penalty cancelled out Karim Benzema's early opener, the hosts went out in the group phase for a second successive season.

Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho has ruled out moving for Atletico Madrid striker Radamel Falcao. The pair share the same agent, Jorge Mendes, but Mourinho insists the move will not happen."Falcao is a key player of our rivals, as was Sergio Aguero, and there is a kind of non-aggression pact between Atletico and Madrid, therefore I think this is a kind of forbidden subject," Mourinho told A Bola.
Sergio Aguero has crushed any speculation he may leave Manchester City this summer, stating that he is happy at the club and that the Premier League champions are on a par with Real Madrid and Barcelona. The Argentinian forward, who scored the winner in City's 3-2 win over QPR which secured them the title, had been linked with a possible exit from Eastlands with Spanish champions Real reported to be interested in mounting a bid. His City team-mate Pablo Zabaleta recently said that the club's Argentine trio, which also includes Carlos Tevez, were all happy and Aguero has now confirmed his desire to remain and build on his achievements by ruling out any move. "I decide my future and if I say I stay, then I stay at Manchester City," Aguero told Argentine radio station Rock&Closs. "I want to continue here and I am happy." As if to emphasis his commitment to City when asked about the possibility of a move to a club such as Barcelona or Real Madrid in the future, Aguero responded: "City are on the same level as ...
Real Madrid are ready to test Manchester City's resolve for Sergio Aguero. The Sunday Mirror says Real boss Jose Mourinho now wants to bring him to the Bernabeu. City signed Aguero for £35 million a year ago from Real’s rivals Atletico Madrid. The Argentinian had been coveted by Real for some time – but Atletico were reluctant to deal directly with their bitter rivals from across the city. City manager Roberto Mancini wants to bolster rather than weaken his squad but if Aguero wanted to return to Spain it might prove to be difficult to hang on to the front man.
Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho denies reports ofoffering Gonzalo Higuain to Manchester City for Sergio Aguero. Mourinho insists the transfer talk is wide of the mark. "Last week I had signed for (Manchester) City, (Iker) Casillas was going to Schalke, Higuain to Malaga..." On the Higuain -Aguero story, he added: "The frontcover of (newspaper) AS is false. If you want me to comment on false front covers then forget it.
