St Louis Moolah Shrine Circus Parade The 2013 circus season is kicked off with the 71st Annual Shrine Circus parade in historic Saint Charles. Come and enjoy the spectacular event on Saturday March 9th, 2013 at 12:00 Noon. Come watch the famous little cars of all colors; of course Moolah's famous little Yellow fleet will be there. Listen to bands of all types and interact with clowns of all shapes and sizes. Be amazed at the numerous colorful floats. Enjoy a fun-filled afternoon with your family and friends as we kick start the magic of the Shrine Circus. So bring the kids, the neighbors and even your Grandma to make this a great family outing. At precisely 12 Noon, the police will move out on the parade route, heading South on N. Riverside Drive ending at the parking area for the Lewis & Clark Boat House and Nature Center at Boonslick Road, followed by over 100 parade units from 2 states.
