The Clinton Fiasco (1993 to present) Bill Clinton is another insider who is committed to pushing the globalist agenda aggressively. He was a student of Carroll Quigley at Georgetown, a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford and a graduate of Yale Law School. Congress passed the Crime Control Act of 1993.
