I'll be in the extreme minority with this one. (Nothing new) Mark David Chapman was denied parole for the 7th time. He was the one who shot John Lennon. He plead guilty to 2nd degree murder in 1981. He was sentenced to 20 years to life in prison. So he has been prison for 31 years. I'm not saying that what he did was right. It was horrible. The parole board consisted of Sally Thompson, Joseph Crangle, and Marc Coppola.
