Congratulations to former Chapter President Zachary D. Slagowski (Utah '14), who was recently selected by the General Fraternity to serve as a 2013 Peer Mentor at the Fraternity's "Kleberg Emerging Leaders Institute" this August on the campus of Miami University. Over 500 Phis from chapters across North America are expected to be in Oxford this summer for the Institute. Phi Delta Theta's Peer Mentor program focuses on improving the leadership and life skills of some of the Fraternity's top undergraduate leaders. Peer Mentors will be paired with an alumnus faculty member and help facilitate the curriculum within their respective conference chapter. The Peer Mentors also participate in specialized educational sessions during the course of the Institute. These special sessions focus on their own leadership development as well as providing them with an opportunity to become more familiar with Phi Delta Theta as a living organization. Way to make us proud Zach.
