Sanni Sikiru Adebayo (PROFESSOR) was born in Ikorodu in 1938. He established the first Department of Chemical Engineering in black Africa and in Nigeria at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 1968. He was promoted to Professor in 1976. Thereafter, he established National Centre for Technology Management (NASETEM) in 1992 at Ife.
