March 2013   Existing-home sales edged up in January, while a seller's market is developing and home prices continue to rise steadily above year-ago levels, according to the National Association of Realtors®. Sales rose in every region but the West, which is the region most constrained by limited inventory.   Lawrence Yun, NAR chief economist, said tight inventory is a major factor in the market. "Buyer traffic is continuing to pick up, while seller traffic is holding steady," he said. Larry was a biology major at the Caldwell school when he ran out of money and needed a part time job. He became a disc jockey at KCID. He later worked at KNEW/KJRB in Spokane in 1962-1963 and on to KJR in Seattle. But, his move to Chicago flung him into the “big time.” From 1967 to 2006, Larry Lujack was heard on WCFL, WLS, WUBT and WRLL. He was added into the National Radio Hall of Fame on November 6, 2004. On April 15, 2008, Larry Lujack was inducted into the National Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame during their annual convention in Las Vegas. He is now retired with his wife Jude near Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Four university students were murdered in cold blood, and National Association of Nigerian Students, NANS, cannot rise against this gruesome murder of their members!!!
