Ward members: President Heller and Brother Eric Taylor have been working with the Milwaukee Bucks organization to set up a Mormon Night. This will take place on December 27th when the Buck will play the Atlanta Hawks. The Bucks have provided a discounted ticket rate and no fees to those who choose to attend. There are also $12 tickets available as well. here are several ways that members could turn this opportunity into a missionary activity. Inviting friends to attend with them, sharing the info via social media, etc. Jabari Parker, (a new member of the Bucks team) as you may know, is a member of the Church, who is currently attending the Singles Ward in the North Stake. His parents have also moved into the area from Chicago and are attending the Port Washington Branch. Please let me know if you have any questions. On my way to the Milwaukee Bucks vs Atlanta Hawks game with my sweetie Tysen. Oh, I forgot Herb Kohl sold The Milwaukee Bucks today.
Ok so our third bet is here for our $100 to $1000 challenge bet. Bet ~ Atlanta Hawks win vs Milwaukee Bucks. Stake ~ $149.86 @ $1.24 for a payout of $185.93 Milwaukee travel to Atlanta today to take on the Hawks who have improved recently despite not showing it in their wins column. The Hawks won the last meeting between these two sides 112 - 87 in Milwaukee in late January. Milwaukee are 5 - 25 on the road this season and also haven't troubled the Hawks in recent times in Atlanta dropping 11 of their past 12 games on the Hawks home court. Atlanta put in an admirable effort only days ago just falling short of the Clippers at L.A. by one point and then outlasting the Jazz in Utah as they lead from start to finish. The Hawks are a better side than their recent slump suggests and already looking alot more solid with Paul Millsap back in the power forward position. The Hawks were really exposed with Millsap out as they were already searching for balance with their big centre Al Horford being on the long term ...

There have been recent calls for the Washington Redskins to change their name because 'some people' think that there is a possibility that some Native Americans "might" be offended. How about the Atlanta Braves, the Cleveland Indians, Golden State Warriors, Kansas City Chiefs, Milwaukee Bucks, I find it interesting that the Vatican has kept silent concerning the New Orleans Saints, the New Jersey Devils and the Arizona and St. Louis Cardinals! And, what about the Atlanta Hawks? Aren't the military folks offended? I sure wouldn't want professional warriors angry. Let's not forget the Cincinnati Reds. I'll bet the Communists are rolling in their graves over that! I have a friend who is Tlingit. I wonder if she looses sleep over the Edmonton Eskimos? And, where the *** is PETA weighing in regarding the Ducks, Falcons, Hawks, Orioles, Ravens, Lions, Bruins, Panthers, Bobcats, Bears, Bulls, Cubs, Bengals, Broncos, more Lions, tigers, again the Panthers, Colts, Jaguars, Grizzlies, Dolphins, Timberwolves, Peli . ...

Mavs to ink Israeli point guard Gal Mekel to minimum Mark Deeks of ShamSports later confirmed the deal, and added that its length would be three seasons. The Mavs intend to sign Mekel, who played two seasons of NCAA basketball at Wichita State, to a multi-year deal at the league minimum, Stein said, once the league moratorium for new contracts is lifted on July 10. Mekel has played in Europe since the 2008-09 season, beginning with Maccabi Tel Aviv. Most recently though, he was with Maccabi Haifa, defeating the former squad for the Israeli Basketball Super League championship, 86-79 earlier in June. That feat, combined with averages of 13.3 points and 5.4 assists, helped him earn his second Super League MVP award, the first coming in 2011. He was previously named Super League Rising Star in 2009. A previous report by Stein said he had drawn attention from the Milwaukee Bucks, Toronto Raptors, Atlanta Hawks, Indiana Pacers and Memphis Grizzlies, before reaching an agreement with the Mavs. Given the minimum ...
Top 10 free agent Point guards: 1. Chris Paul, unrestricted, 28 yrs old, 4yr $62.5m: We can talk about Dwight Howard all we want, but if this was a truly open market without any restrictions, Chris Paul would be the prized possession in the free-agent class. He's the best point guard in the world and someone who commands the respect of players around the league. Unlikely he leaves the Los Angeles Clippers. 2. Brandon Jennings, restricted, 23 yrs old, rookie contract: It seems like Brandon Jennings has all of the talent, but does he have the mental makeup to be what teams need him to be? He wants to be in a big market with the spotlight on him, but what if the Milwaukee Bucks don't let him leave? Will he be a malcontent or will he try to make the best of it? 3. Jeff Teague, restricted, 25 yrs old, rookie contract: Jeff Teague is someone the Atlanta Hawks are likely to match, but since they're trying to carve out cap space for Dwight Howard and maybe one more player, if you get Teague's signature on a big o ...
Sportsradio 1250 WSSP - Milwaukee Basketball Insider Gery Woelfel is reporting the Milwaukee Bucks have a verbal agreement with Larry Drew to become the new Head Coach. Drew, 55, lead the Atlanta Hawks to the NBA post-season the last three years.
Even more NBA-Mike Budenholzer, after serving as an assistant with the San Antonio Spurs for 17 years, will be joining the Atlanta Hawks as their new Head Coach. Larry Drew's contract is due to expire on June 30 and he has been interviewing with the Milwaukee Bucks about their Head Coaching vacancy. Just a little surprised because there was no real formal announcement from the Hawks concerning Drew's future up to this point.

Atlanta Hawks (30-23) at Milwaukee Bucks (26-27), 8:30 p.m. (ET) The Atlanta Hawks are in the thick of the Eastern Conference playoff race and will take their push to the road Saturday, when they open a six-game trek against the Milwaukee Bucks. The Hawks are sixth in the East standings and sit only 1 1/2 games off the fourth spot. They have won four of six overall and recorded a 122-108 victory versus the Sacramento Kings Friday night as Josh Smith scored 18 points and Jeff Teague posted 20 and 12 assists to lead... ~SportsMan
IT COULD HAPPEN, AND I THINK I'D LIKE OPTION 2B!! 2a. SF Shawn Marion, SG Dahntay Jones and SG Dominique Jones from Dallas Mavericks to Atlanta Hawks for SF Josh Smith 2b. SF Vince Carter and PG Darren Collison to Milwaukee Bucks for Brandon Jennings and Tobias Harris [+] Enlarge Gary Dineen/NBAE via Getty Images Pairing Jennings and Mayo could create Dallas' backcourt of the future.View this however you like -- as two separate trades or a two-part trade. Regardless, this is the course of action Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban could take to rebuild his team, and Head Coach Rick Carlisle will be the key. Having played under Carlisle, I can attest to the man's ability to get the most out of his players. He's among just four current coaches to have won an NBA title. That's elite company. Cuban struck out in free agency this past offseason, failing to acquire Deron Williams via free agency and Howard by trade. Would he have to overpay to bring Smith and Jennings to Dallas? Perhaps. While many industry insid ...

We have a total of nine games tonight guys and only one will be nationally televised. Why a Millsap-Gasol trade works It may take a blockbuster three-team deal, but Millsap makes a good fit in L.A. If Paul Millsap isn't trying to audition for a Hollywood role, he sure does look the part. We've heard all sorts of names connected to the Lakers in possible trade talks for Pau Gasol, including Toronto Raptors 7-footer Andrea Bargnani, Atlanta Hawks forward Josh Smith, Denver Nuggets forward Danilo Gallinari, Minnesota Timberwolves forward Derrick Williams and Milwaukee Bucks forward Ersan Ilyasova. But one name that should pop up more is Millsap, the Utah Jazz big man. There are a few reasons Millsap probably doesn't garner the attention of a player his caliber: 1) He plays in a small market; 2) he's stuck in a logjam of big men in Utah with varying degrees of upside and productivity; and 3) he doesn't have a flashy game (he dunks about once every three games). However, Millsap makes a lot of sense as a trade target for the madly inconsistent Lakers. For one, he's healthy, which is no small th ...

Dallas Mavericks assistant coach Terry Stotts has emerged as a candidate for the Portland Trail Blazers' Head Coaching vacancy, an NBA source confirmed Sunday to ESPNDallas.com.The Oregonian reported that Stotts, the Mavs' offensive coordinator, interviewed with new Portland general manager Neil Olshey on Tuesday and is likely to get a second interview.Stotts is one of several assistant coaches who have reportedly interviewed or been in contact with the Trail Blazers, including Golden State's Michael Malone, Chicago's Adrian Griffin, Phoenix's Elston Turner, Atlanta's Lester Connor, Indiana's Brian Shaw, Memphis' David Joerger, San Antonio's Mike Budenholzer, former New York assistant Phil Weber and ex-Orlando assistants Patrick Ewing and Steve Clifford.Stotts, 54, has a 114-168 record as a Head Coach, having spent parts of four seasons at the helm of the Atlanta Hawks and Milwaukee Bucks.
