TOP 10 BEST FREE AGENT OF 2014 1. Lebron James, Miami Heat, SF, 29, UFA: James could go wherever he wants – and he won't lack for suitors, including the Houston Rockets and Phoenix Suns. But the four-time MVP is expected to stay in Miami after four straight trips to the Nba Finals. 2. Carmelo Anthony, New York Knicks, SF, 30, UFA: Anthony has no frontrunner among the teams interested in signing him. While the Knicks are still in the mix, he is expected to visit Dallas, Houston, Chicago and the Lakers, a source said. 3. Dirk Nowitzki, Dallas Mavericks, PF, 36, UFA: Nowitzki said last week he will not leave the Mavs and will meet with owner Mark Cuban to come to a new contract agreement. 4. 2k14 game of my life. Alejandro Gomez chose the Miami Heat and I played as the Dallas Mavericks (of course) at half tie game at 42, Monte Ellis had 21 and Lebron had 18. Dallas goes up by 13points. Allen, James and Wade tie the game at 62 at the end of the 3rd. Miami goes down 8 with 2minutes left. James hits the game tying three to send it into OT. Heat take a 10 point lead in OT. Ellis goes of for 12 and ties the game to go into another OT. Second overtime Ellis still on fire, but Miami ties it with 14.6 left at 106. Ellis with the ball and 59 points. Pass to Vince Carter way behind ark over two defenders BANG! with 2.6 left. James last chance prayer off the mark. Dallas wins 109-106 F/2OT . Ellis had 59 points and James finished with 44 in a losing effort. Awesome game

Crazy to look at the standings now the playoffs have started the Miami Heat would be a 6th place team in the Western Conference and the Dallas Mavericks the 8th place team would be the sees in the Eastern Conference...Weak *** Conference, wish every team had a 3 game series against every other team in the NBA

Who ever really know me knows I care nothing about football or posting anything on fb like this. But I had to take this one to the world. Shawn Allen owner of the Seahawks just bought himself a NFL championship this year the same way Mark Cuban owner of the Dallas Mavericks of the NBA did when they played the Miami Heat in the NBA championship a couple of years ago. And I'm not going for any team that played tonight. But just like at the casino remember the house always win. And both Shawn Allen, Bill Gates partner in Microsoft and Mark Cuban and his Texas oil buddies got that money to call the shots. Yep I said it and what.. LOL

What's up with the crazy calls in the Cavaliers game today. The Dallas Mavericks are NOT the Miami Heat!

Lamar Odom had a successful career as a professional basketball player. Odom has played with the Miami Heat, Dallas Mavericks, Los Angeles Clippers and the Los Angeles Lakers, but is also well-known off the court for his marriage to reality TV star Khloe Kardashian.
Not only can a tattoo be a testament to yourself, it can also be a message to others. NBA star Jason Terry made such a message in 2011 when he had the NBA Championship Trophy tattooed on his arm, predicting a win for his Dallas Mavericks. The inked prophecy came true when the Mavs beat the Miami Heat in six games.
Tuesday, November 12 was a slow night in the NBA. Only four games were held, and every single one was decided by double-digit margins. Nevertheless, there were noteworthy feats. Here’s everything that you need to know about what transpired. 1. In a 2013 NBA playoffs rematch, the Miami Heat defeated the Milwaukee Bucks 118-95 to move to 5-3. Lebron James scored 33 points, while the Bucks starting lineup accumulated 35 collectively. 2. Michael Beasley scored 19 points on 8-of-12 shooting from the field in 20 minutes of play. It was the first time that Beasley had played at least 10 minutes in a game since re-joining the Heat this offseason. 3. Dirk Nowitzki and Monta Ellis both scored 19 points to lead the Dallas Mavericks to a 105-95 victory over the Washington Wizards. In the loss, Wizards small forward Trevor Ariza scored 27 points. He now has two games with at least 25 points in 2013-14 after doing it twice during the entire 2012-13 season. 4. Stephen Curry had 25 points, Andre Iguodala dished out 11 ...
John Michael`s a.k.a. The Ch1cken D1nner`s FREE SPORTS INFORMATION for the 2013-2014 NBA Southeast Division of the Eastern Conference: Miami Heat Preview: My Prediction 69-13 Division Champions/with david stern gone no 3peat When Lebron James and Chris Bosh decided to piggy back on Dwayne Wade`s back, who had already won a NBA title back in 2006, as a part of the whole 2010 decision, to take over the weakest division in the league the Southeast Division, there was no doubt they were going to win a championship, after being defeated by the Dallas Mavericks later that year, they turned to a proven winner (2001 NCAA Champion) and well respected professional who in my own personal opinion is one of the good guys in the league, Shane Battier, who at the time was a 11 year veteran, and in that series shot 61% from the field, 57% from downtown, and 71% from the charity stripe, scoring 58 points, along with 17 rebounds, 4 steals, and 2 assists, through 5 games, he was only averaging 4.8 points a game and 2.4 rebo ...
New York Knicks center Kurt Thomas born in Dallas, Texas. Thomas began his NBA career with the Miami Heat from 1995 to 1997. He then played for the Dallas Mavericks in the 97–98 season. New York Knicks (1998–2005) Thomas played seven seasons with the New York Knicks from 1998 to 2005, during which the team went to the playoffs four times, including two trips to the Eastern Conference Finals (1999 and 2000) and one trip to the Nba Finals (1999). Phoenix Suns (2005–2007) Thomas played two seasons with the Phoenix Suns from 2005 to 2007. Seattle Supersonics (2007–2008) On July 20, 2007, Thomas, along with the Suns' first-round draft choices in 2008 and 2010, was traded by the Suns to the Seattle Supersonics in exchange for a conditional second-round draft choice and an $8 million trade exception. San Antonio Spurs (2008–2009) Thomas was traded by the Sonics to the San Antonio Spurs on February 20, 2008, for Francisco Elson, Brent Barry, and a 2009 first round draft pick. Hate is too strong a word for Dallas Mavericks star Dirk Nowitzki's feelings about the Miami Heat -- but not by much.
Sorry everyone been in bed all day! So here are the latest rumors in the NBA: Miami Heat are in Hot pursuit of Greg Oden! Not wasting any time Pat Riley wants Oden! Cleveland Cavs: are prolly going to steal another pick away from a team in the Dallas Mavericks. Dallas has lowered it's ante to Shawn Marion and the 13th pick to the Cavs for the 19th pick... The only problem is that since the Cavs are still on a 55mil payroll til July they would have to include a player and really have non under contract they want to depart with. So it's believed that if the trade doesn't happen and Dallas can't get another trade team they will draft for the Cavs and Cavs will draft for them then trade will take place in July
On this day seven years ago, the Miami Heat won their first NBA Championship against the Dallas Mavericks
has always given the San Antonio Spurs a lot of criticism at times, but will admit that they are veteran players with upcoming talent still young. They deserve a 5th ring after the performance. The Miami Heat will once again choke to Texas like in 2011 against the Dallas Mavericks. Who will they fire first after losing this year? I expect coach Erik Spoelstra and Chris Bosh to be sent to the guillotine. Will Lebron James cry like a baby whenever he gets fouled? The only benefactor is referees in Miami deciding the outcome for these overpaid, arrogant all-star players. The talent in San Antonio was built and not bought...
Lebron James apparently doesn't believe that God was on his side in the Nba Finals. In the early-morning hours after James' Miami Heat lost the Nba Finals to the champion Dallas Mavericks, James...
Gregg Popovich is a student of Coach Larry Brown and Coach Don Nelson. Larry Brown was the coach of Detroit Pistons during in which they mincemeat the Los Angeles Lakers with lineups of Kobe Bryant, Shaquille O'Neal, Karl Malone, and Gary Payton. Don Nelson was named Coach of the Year for three (3) times! Gregg Popovich in his part won two Coach of the Year awards with the Spurs. If I were Miami Heat's President (Pat Riley), what will I do with my three COTY awards with three different teams? I will fire out Erik Spoelstra and direct the Miami Heat myself, if I were to go up against the Spurs in this ODD year of the millennium. Knowing that Popovich is a mismatch tactician who gained a degree from his mentors whom are mismatch strategists. Moreover, Popovich beat Don Nelson with Dallas Mavericks last NBA Semifinals Playoffs on 2003 and Larry Brown with Detroit Pistons last Nba Finals on 2005.
Close but No Cigar By: Travis Nicholas June 7, 2013 The 67th NBA Final started last night with what was promised to be an outright battle of two teams vastly different. The well-aged San Antonio Spurs who are a team built on veteran players and a veteran coach who play tough defense and smart offense and the Miami Heat who are built on stardom and skill. Both teams had their eye on one thing and that was striking first and winning game one. Then again the last two teams to win game one of the finals ended up losing the series, one of them being the Miami Heat when they lost the 2010-2011 Finals to the Dallas Mavericks. None of those things were on either teams mind last night though. San Antonio like good wine looks like they have gotten better with age. Tim Duncan is playing as well as he ever has and is shooting the best free throw percentage of his career and Tony parker after looking like he may be done earlier in the season has found some spark in his legs and in his shot. The Heat looked like well, ...
Is Lebron James the best ever or even in the top ten? Is the Miami Heat one of the best teams ever or even in the top twenty? I can think of ten players I would pick over him at this point. As for the team, the Bill Russell Celtics, the Larry Bird Celtics, the Jerry West and Wilt Lakers, the Magic Johnson Lakers, the Kobe and Shaq Lakers, the Willis Reed Knicks, and just about all of Michael Jordan's Bulls teams. Even Dirk Divinski's Dallas Mavericks who beat them two years ago were all better teams. Most of the player I would rate over Lebron are listed above, plus of course Kareem Abdul Jabbar.
Since 1980, every Nba Finals has involved at least one of the following teams: Boston Celtics, Chicago Bulls, Detroit Pistons, Dallas Mavericks, Houston Rockets, Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat, or San Antonio Spurs. Not calling it a conspiracy, just a fact
Tonight's NBA on TNT doubleheader is. BIG! At 8pm/et, the New York Knicks (winners of 8 straight) visit the Miami Heat... then at 10:30pm/et, the LA Lakers & Dallas Mavericks (both fighting to make the 2013 NBA Playoffs) tip off!
english: Dwyane Tyrone Wade, Jr. (born January 17, 1982) nicknamed Flash or D-Wade, is an American professional basketball player for the Miami Heat. Awarded 2006 Sportsman of the Year by Sports Illustrated, Wade has established himself as one of the most well-known and popular players in the league. He had the top selling jersey in the NBA for nearly two years, as he led the NBA in jersey sales from the 2005 NBA playoffs, until the mid-point of the 2006–07 season.[1] After entering the league as the fifth pick in the 2003 NBA Draft, Wade was named to the All-Rookie team and the All-Star team the following seven seasons. In his third season, Wade helped lead the Miami Heat to their first NBA Championship in franchise history. He was named the 2006 Nba Finals MVP as he helped lead the Heat to a 4–2 series win over the Dallas Mavericks. At the 2008 Summer Olympics, Wade led the United States Men's Basketball Team, commonly known as the "Redeem Team", in scoring, as they captured gold medal honors in Bei ...

Fresh off their World Series-clinching victory over the Detroit Tigers, the San Francisco Giants celebrated in style in their hometown. At San Francisco’s Infusion Lounge, fans toasted the team’s second championship in three years with bottles of Armand de Brignac Champagne, including a massive 15L Nebuchadnezzar of our flagship Brut Gold cuvée. Star closer Sergio Romo performed the honors, uncorking the Nebuchadnezzar himself and raising a glass to the celebratory crowd. The Giants join a long and growing list of athletes and teams who have established Armand de Brignac as the “Champagne of Champions.“ NBA basketball’s Dallas Mavericks and Miami Heat, hockey’s Boston Bruins, the NFL’s New York Giants, and baseball’s New York Yankees have all made our Champagne their victory toast when celebrating their crowning achievements. Enjoy the images of Sergio Romo and the Gold Nebuchadnezzar!
The 2012-2013 NBA season is officially back in action kicking off with a pupuplatter of games the last two nights. The Eastern Conference Finals rematch kicked it off with the reloaded Miami Heat facing a Boston Celtics team that hopes it can find a fountain of youth again. The Heat continued their winning ways by beating the Celtics handily with the help of their new acquisition Ray Allen's 19 points off the bench. On the Western front the Los Angeles Lakers have dropped to 0-2 after losing to the Dallas Mavericks followed by the Portland Trailblazers. The lakes have four future hall of famers and it's only a matter of time until they click, although their lack of a bench is worrysome to their eventual playoff run. The Trailblazers Damian Lilliard showed why he was the 6th overall pick dropping 23 points and 11 assists, earning a starting role in his first NBA game as a pro. The passing of the torch occurred last night with Tim Duncan of the San Antonio Spurs meeting up against the top pick of the draft ...

Since his rise to fame as a high school phenom, Lebron James was dubbed "The Chosen One" but had yet to live up to the nickname. Following a series of early playoff exits with the Cleveland Cavaliers, several critics wondered if James would be able to carry a team to an NBA Championship. After joining the Miami Heat with Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh, Lebron James became the most hated man in the NBA as analysts, players and fans believed that James was choosing the easy road to a championship. Viewers worldwide relished in his shortcomings as the Miami Heat fell short of winning an NBA Title against the Dallas Mavericks in 2011. James dedicated his offseason to growing both on and off the court, allowing his game to speak for itself and learning the lesson that everything in life is earned, not given. One year later, Lebron James has silenced the critics by winning his third NBA MVP award in four years and becoming an NBA champion.
Mavs intro vs the Miami Heat at game 3 of the 2011 Nba Finals
I decided today that since the Miami Heat won the championship last year I won't be buying any more championship hats of the teams that keep LeBron from getting a ring. Because of that there wasn't a reason to hold onto my Dallas Mavericks championship hat. So, if anyone wants it I have it up on eBay starting bid $4.99 & buy it now is $20.
There's nothing like winning a championship in a town known for partying (and corruption and narcotics, but mostly partying). Just ask the Dallas Mavericks: Miami's never met an excuse for revelry it didn't immediately accept.

Heat turns focus to Marcus Camby and Rashard Lewis while Ray Allen decides By Shandel Richardson / Sun Sentinel (MCT) Friday, July 6, 2012 - Added 18 hours ago E-mail Print (0) Comments Text size Share FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - As the Miami Heat await a decision from Ray Allen, they have already looked into a possible backup plan. The Heat are scheduled to meet with Rockets center Marcus Camby on Saturday, according to the Houston Chronicle. The paper, citing an anonymous source, said Camby also plans to visit the New York Knicks. The Dallas Mavericks and San Antonio Spurs are also reportedly on his list. Camby’s future in Houston depends largely on Chicago Bulls forward Omer Asik, who the Rockets recently offered a three-year, $25-million deal. He can sign the contract July 11, but the Bulls will then have three days to match the offer because Asik is a restricted free agent.

I believe that THE BIGGEST BUTTHOLE is Dan Gilbert, the Owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers. 2 Summers ago, he said that the Cavs would win a Championship before LeBron would. THAT BIG DUMMY LIED, HE'S A LIAR! Last Summer the Dallas Mavericks won the 2011 NBA Championship, this Summer in the 2012 Nba Finals, it was the Miami Heat. And who was on the Miami Heat weraring it was Lebron James! HE WAS THE 2012 Nba Finals MVP!

Remember that time the jilted owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers guaranteed -- in comic sans font -- that his team would win an NBA championship before Lebron James and the Miami Heat? Well, Dan Gilbert was wrong.
Well in Miami Heat. Did you know MVP Lebron James reached the finals on two previous occassions without winning it the NBA championship?. First with Cleveland Cavaliers in 2007 before losing to San Antonio Spurs then last season when they (Heat) were swept aside by Dallas Mavericks. I think he deserves it.
MIAMI (AP) Lebron James is the MVP of the Nba Finals. James finished with 26 points, 13 assists and 11 rebounds in Game 5 of the title series Thursday night, leading the Miami Heat to a 121-106 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder. Miami won the second title in franchise history, and James won for the first time in three finals appearances. James and the Cleveland Cavaliers were swept by the San Antonio Spurs in 2007, then he and the Heat fell in six games to the Dallas Mavericks last season.
Last year, the Dallas Mavericks taught the Miami Heat how to win. And they Won it this year. This year, the Miami Heat taught the Oklahoma City Thunder how to win. Next year.watch out for the Thunder.
Some of yall went from Dallas Mavericks fans to Miami Heat fans in one year..lol
Just got an email from NBA Store about Miami Heat champ gear...delete,no thanks...I still rock my Dallas Mavericks 2011 champs gear.
When's the last time you seen Miami Heat fans this happy? When they were Dallas Mavericks fans last year
Guarantee: Pat Riley will not do to the Miami Heat what Mark Cuban did to t/Dallas Mavericks - break up team after winning NBA Championship.
Congratulations to the Miami Heat on Winning the NBA Title. This is the Same Heat Team the the Dallas Mavericks beat in 6 Games to win the NBA Championship a Year Ago. All the Mavs did was Delay the inevitable by One Year. The James, Wade and Bosch Tandem is Awesome. Last Year People asked Lebron James if He had 4 Quarters and He gave only 3. James has his Ring Now. Has All 4 Quarters. This is what Miami was supposed to do to Dallas Last Year. But the Mavs didn't let it happen. Make Dirk and Co look even better now for beating a Physically Talented Team like this. The Thunder couldn't do it.
Back to back championship celebration in Triple A Arena. Tonight with Miami Heat and last year with Dallas Mavericks. :)
Shortly after Dallas Mavericks defeated Miami Heat in the 2011 Nba Finals Lebron James took to explain, “I let my teammates down. God says right now isn't the time. The great Man know when it is my time.” The 2012 Nba Finals, absolutely one of the most incredible finals ever ending w/ a number of record breaking points, percentages and statistics.
Dwyane Wade wrote a most fitting final chapter Tuesday with another scintillating performance in leading the Miami Heat to the first championship in franchise history, scoring 36 points in a 95-92 victory that wrapped up the series in six games.
It will be a very sad night in NBA history tonight if the Cry-ami cHeat win. A true Champion is build the right way...like the 2011 Dallas Mavericks! Player tampering (CHEATING) is how the Miami Heat was thrown together. If Lebron James wins his first ring I'm glad he will be doing it during a lock-out shortened season with a BIG asterisk next to it!! OKC!! Beat the Heat!!
This game was a wrap for the Miami Heat with six minutes left in the 4th quarter. Then Dirk Nowitzki and the Mavericks caught fire, going on a 22-5 run to sh...
Email Print The National Basketball Association finals are a battle of attrition and no team understands this better than the Miami Heat. All postseason long Miami has been motivated by the memory of last season's fourth quarter meltdown in game four against the Dallas Mavericks. The Heat dropped game four in Dallas, kicking off a three-game slide that cost them the 2011 title. Miami coach Erik Spoelstra says now that they are one victory away from a NBA title they can draw on last season's failures to help maintain their focus on winning a second franchise title. "What you see over the years and the history of playoff basketball are the teams that are resourceful, that find different ways to win," Spoelstra said at Wednesday's Miami practice. "You've just got to find a different way, because you're going to get knocked down on the canvas at some point. "I can't even count how many times we've been punched and hit the ground this playoff run and even the last two games where we've been down. But you've ju ...

True fan! Miami Heat, Miami Dolphins, Florida Panthers, Miami Marlins, Miami Hurricanes. ***If you're an OKC fan, and you weren't either a Seattle Supersonics fan before they relocated, and you're not from OKLAHOMA... you're probably a bandwagon Lebron James hater, or a Kobe fan that's never even been to LA, or a fan of the Dallas Mavericks that got swept, or your team probably didn't even make the playoffs. If you can't recognize what LBJ is doing, you CLEARLY don't know anything about basketball.***

Oklahoma City — A year ago, Lebron James hardly saved his best for last, wilting in the Nba Finals against the Dallas Mavericks. This time around, he enters the Nba Finals playing arguably his best ball of the season, as the Miami Heat prepare for Tuesday’s 9 p.m. series opener against...
Good morning fb fam, I have been kinda quiet lately so here iam. I want to say that I hope everyone had a great weekend and that you have a safe and productive week ahead. I want to also say congratulations the Miami Heat and OKC Thunder for reaching the finals. I want to see Miami win it but do not under any circumstances, sleep on OKC. I just hope that if OKC were to win, they don't go out next season like those fluke-assed Dallas Mavericks. I guess we shall see. Take care fb fam.
We went through the LA Lakers, the Dallas Mavericks, and the San Antonio Spurs to get here! One more series. We have to win FOUR MORE GAMES for the championship! I HOPE it's against the Miami Heat. We are tied in games vs. each other this season. But, it could be the Boston Celtics, who have NOT defeated us this year! Whoever we play, we will play as a FAMILY! THUNDER UP!

bro 2006 Nba Finals was Dallas Mavericks and Miami Heat! Neither of those teams were the clippers
Miami Heat is building a dynasty, a team that can win championships and not a championship like dallas mavericks and fade away.how can you be clean swept 4-0 in the first round of the play-offs when you are defending champions.OKC putting forward its credentials for a NBA Final appearance.
It shows you how fixed the NBA is the 2007 Miami Heat and the 2012 Dallas Mavericks they been to the finals twice which both times they faced each other and two players were left from both team and both time the team losing on their home field and got swept in the first round and there were both the last teams to accomplish this feat this really shows how the NBA is fixed this is the truth from true NBA fans Donald Fontaine and Landon Chong
