May Allah & Sahih Muslim
Peace be upon him is a phrase that practising Muslims often say after saying (or hearing) the name of one of the Prophets of Islam. Sahih Muslim (Arabic: صحيح مسلم, ṣaḥīḥ Muslim, full title Al-Musnadu Al-Sahihu bi Naklil Adli) is one of the Six major collections (Al-Kutub Al-Sittah) of the hadith in Sunni Islam./5

Valima Anas bin Malik (radi Allahu anhu) reported that Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) saw the trace of yellowness on Abdur-Rehman bin Auf (radi Allahu anhu) and asked: “What is this?” Thereupon, he said: “Rasul Allah, I have married a woman for a datestone weight of gold.” He responded: “May Allah bless you! Hold a wedding feast, even if only with a sheep.” [Sahih Muslim] After a simple ceremony of Nikah, the only celebration in an Islamic wedding is that of a Valima. The Valima is a meal hosted by the groom.
HADITH OF THE DAY :( Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji'un. May Allah s.w.t. protect them all & remove their suffering. Wa'il reported: I was sitting with 'Abdullah and Abu Musa that they reported Allah's Messenger s.a.w. having said: Prior to the Last Hour, there would be a time when knowledge would be taken away, and ignorance would take its place and there would be bloodshed on a large scale. There are seven people whom Allah will give protection with His Shade on Yawm al-Qiyamah: 1. A just ruler 2. Youth who grew up with the worship of Allah 3. A person whose heart is attached to the mosques 4. Two persons who love and meet each other and depart from each other for the sake of Allah 5. A man, whom a beautiful woman of high rank, seduces (for illicit relation), but he rejects and says, “I fear Allah.” 6. A person who gives charity and conceals it (to such an extent) that the right hand does not know what the left has given 7. Narrated by Jabir ibn Abdullah(R.A): ''I asked Allah's Messenger (pbuh) about the sudden glance (that is cast) on the face (of a non-Mahram). He commanded me that I should turn away my eyes.'' (Sahih Muslim 5372) In a hadith, the Prophet (pbuh) said: "And the eyes commit zina (adultery). Their zina is gazing." He (pbuh) commanded Ali (R.A) and said: "Ali! Do not look once after another, for the first look is for you (since it happens accidentally) while the second is against you." Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) says in the Quran: "Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and be modest. That is purer for them. Lo! Allah is Aware of what they do. And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and be modest." (An-Nur: 30-31) May Allah help us lower our gaze and be modest. May Allah forgive us all and guide us all to the siratal mustaqeem (the straight path). Ameen

When he dies, attend his funeral. " [Sahih Muslim]
Abu Yahya Suhaib bin Sinan (May Allah be plesed with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) said: “How wonderful is the case of a believer; there is good for him in everything and this applies only to a believer. If prosperity befalls him, he expresses gratitude to Allah and that is good for him; and if adversity befalls him, he endures it patiently and that is good for him.” Sahih Muslim
''BEWARE MY SISTERS IN ISLAM, AVOID WEARING MODERN WAYS OF HIJAB'S KEEP IT NICE, SIMPLE AND WELL COVERED.'' Many Muslimahs are taking this trend and forgetting that it is wrong for them to wear the Hijab in the camel hump style. The bigger you do the hump the more you look like an alien! Muslimahs that wear the camel hump style are cursed. Nowadays, the latest fashion in south africa n arab countries, a grip with artficial flowers is placed high on the head beneath the head scarf and draped thereafter.thishuge hump on the head resembles a camel hump.that's wat this hadith speaks about. The Prophet Salla Allahu alayhi wasallam also stated "There will be in the last of my Ummah, scantily dressed women, the hair on the top of their heads like a camel's hump. Curse them, for verily they are cursed." [At-Tabarani and Sahih Muslim] Abu Hurairah relates that the Prophet salla Allahu alayhi wasallam said, "There are two categories among the inhabitants of *** whom I have not encountered. The first are people who . ...

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) narrated: At the time of the Fajr prayer, the Messenger of Allah (Peace and Blessings be upon him) asked Bilal, "Tell me of the best deed you did after embracing Islam, for I heard your footsteps in front of me in Paradise." Bilal replied, "I did not do anything worth mentioning except that whenever I performed Wudu during the day or night, I prayed after that as much as was written for me." ~ Sahih Muslim and Al-Bukhari ~
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (RA) as saying Six are the rights of a Muslim over another Muslim. It was said to him Allah's Messenger, what are these? Thereupon he said When you meet him, offer him greetings; when he invites you to a feast accept it, when he seeks your council give him, and when he sneezes and says "All praise is due to Allah," you say Yarhamuk Allah (may Allah show mercy to you); and when he falls ill visit him; and when he dies follow his bier. CONCERNING IMAN BY WHICH A PERSON WOULD ENTER HEAVEN Sahih Muslim, Book 001, Number 0011: It is narrated on the authority of Abu Ayyub Ansari that once during the journey of the Holy Prophet (may peace of Allah be upon him) a bedouin appeared before him and caught hold of the nosestring of his she-camel and then said, Messenger of Allah (or Muhammad), inform me about that which takes me near to Paradise and draws me away from the Fire (of *** . He (the narrator) said: The Prophet (may peace be upon him) stopped for a while and cast a glance upon his companions and then said: He was afforded a good opportunity (or he had been guided well). He (the Holy Prophet) addressing the bedouin said: (Repeat) whatever you have uttered. He (the bedouin) repeated that. Abu Hurairah (RA) narrates that Rasulullah (peace be upon him) happened to pass by a heap of grain and inserted his hand into it; his fingers were moistened by the wet grain. At this, he asked the owner of the grain: What is this? The man replied: O Rasulullah! It is due to rain. Rasulullah (peace be upon him) said: Why didn't you put the damp (wet) grain on top of the heap, so people could see it? He who deceives people does not belong to me (my Ummah). Source: Sahih Muslim. We should always remember that deception is one of the qualities of Shaitan. Others may not see us when we are deceiving them but Allah is there watching us. A true believer knowing that he has to stand in front of Allah will avoid such activities.
