Shocking Poll numbers for Christie: NBC Poll: Hillary Pulls Way Ahead After Christie Scandal NBC News/Marist, 1/12-1/14 Clinton: 50 Christie: 37 Hillary Clinton has pulled way ahead of Chris Christie following the Bridgegate scandal that has hit the New Jersey governor hard over the last two weeks, according to a new NBC News/Marist poll. After trailing Christie in the last three polls of the year, the former First Lady has broken open a 13 percent lead over the Republican frontrunner. Yesterday, we found that Chris Christie has not lost any steam in the race for the Republican nomination despite being embroiled in a scandal for the last two weeks. That's not surprising since we have seen that the bridge scandal has not affected Christie's standing among Republicans very much. It has, however, turned off... Read More... BREAKING NEWS MARIST POLL HILLARY 50% VS CHRISITE 37% as Tony and Doreen predicted on The Progressive
One month ago, the Marist Poll had a head to head election between Hillary and Christie at 48% for Hillary and 45% for Christie. The latest poll shows Hillary at 50% and Christie at 37%. The amazing thing is the drop is by independents who haven't even heard of the Ft. Lee GWB traffic jam and conservatives who don't want anyone who brags about working with Democrats in a Bipartisan way. Evidently, they didn't like his "State of the State" speech, which touted all his bi partisan accomplishment. Rush sure didn't like it! Only 2years and 10 months to the next election.Do you think there might be a few changes in both party candidates.Dud?

Buried our new poll on the New York City mayoral race is a puzzling contradiction I thought I’d share with you. If you watched my six o’clock newscast, you know the main story in our latest Wall Street Journal/NBC 4 New York/Marist Poll released tonight at 6pm: A month ago Joe Lhota was so far behind he had nowhere to go but up. But he managed to go down. September’s poll showed Lhota 43 percentage points behind De Blasio. Today’s poll has him 44 points behind. Ouch! But the pollsters asked questions we didn’t include in our broadcast. We learned that the voters are evenly split on the direction of the city. 46% feel it’s moving in the right direction and 46% think it’s traveling in the wrong direction. However—and this is the oddity I alluded to—when asked if the city should continue the Bloomberg Era policies, 66% of those same voters said they want the city to move in a different direction, and only 29% said stay the course. It seems a significant slice of the electorate is hap ...

Go Ohio Dems . WE ARE IN YOUR CORNER !!! From Slate: Today’s Good News for Obama: Romney may have pulled even in Florida and Virginia, but Obama still maintains a comfortable 6-point lead in Ohio, according to the NBC News/WSJ/Marist Poll released today. An added bonus: a federal appeals court last week reinstated early voting in Ohio for all voters. One in five Ohio voters has already voted, and 63 percent of early voters supported Obama. If Obama can hang on to a solid lead in any battleground state, the Buckeye State would be the one to have. As politicos frequently like to note, no Republican has ever lost Ohio and still won the presidential election. And right now the FiveThirtyEight forecast estimates a 40.4 percent probability that Ohio will provide the decisive electoral vote.
I found a polling company that polls with Gary Johnson with his name as opposed to Other because strange snowmen from the north of Westros is always a good way to describe third party candidates. It was odd to read Gravis Marketing's polls for that reason plus my desire to find my old Gravis Joystick kept getting to me. Also in the largest likely voter sample taking that I've seen, Romeny leads in Virgina by five points as oppose to the NBC/Wall Street Journal/Marist Poll where it is the exact opposite. Both polls were conducted at the same time basically.
