MARILYN MONROE FYI BELONGED TO THE SATANIC CHURCH ITS IN THE BIOGRAPHY OF ANTON LAVEY!!! Contact with Occult Hollywood Before becoming famous, Norma Jeane went by the name of Mona and worked as a stripper at a Burlesque house in Los Angeles. There, she came in contact with Anton LaVey, the man who would later found the highly influential Church of Satan. According to Springmeier, LaVey was an MK handler and Monroe became one of his “Kitten” slaves. “Marilyn Monroe was an orphan, and during her infancy the Illuminati/CIA programmed her to be a Monarch slave. Before becoming an actress, while she was still a stripper, she spent time with the founder of the Church of Satan Anton LaVey. Victims of LaVey have pointed him out as a mind-control programmer.” - Ibid. LaVey’s biography also mentions an “affair” with Monroe, which was probably more than that. “When the carnival season ended, LaVey would earn money by playing organ in Los Angeles area burlesque houses, and he relates that it was durin ...

Ladies. In 1944, the director of the Blue Book Modeling Agency, told modeling hopeful Norma Jean Baker, "You'd better learn secretarial work or else get married." Norma Jean, of course, never quit and became Marilyn Monroe.
Marilyn Monroe - In 1926 a girl was born in the charity ward at the Los Angeles County Hospital who would become one of the most celebrated and enduring icons of all time. Norma Jeane Mortenson’s, (Merilyn Monroe) childhood was volatile as she was passed from family members to family friends and frequently stayed in orphanages as a result of her mother’s mental health. To avoid another orphanage stay a family friend orchestrated a marriage proposal when she was sixteen years old. When her husband was sent to the Pacific with the merchant marine, Norma Jeane began working on an assembly line at an aeronautical plant. In 1945 a photographer took a snapshot of the stunning brunette while at the factory and within months she became a successful model securing dozens of magazine covers and a screen test with 20th Century Fox. Studio executives, directors and photographers immediately recognized her ability to capture and hold the attention of anyone on the opposite end of a camera lens. By the end of 1946 ...
"I keep looking deeper into Ultraviolence because I want to understand what Del Rey is trying to understand. I want to know why the culture around me keeps grasping at past emblems — why advertising for 40-year-old movies still decorates college dorm rooms, why I can make my iPhone look like a Polaroid, why 90,000 people sing along to roots rock at Bonnaroo. I want to know why we reuse these tropes uncritically, reaching for analog without asking what gives it power. Lana Del Rey looks at the imagery we keep and tries to find what’s missing in it. What do we avoid looking at when we buy pictures of Marilyn Monroe, not thinking of why Norma Jeane Mortenson died so young? Whose stories do we allow to remain subdued? Ultraviolence rages to fill the vacancies behind the icons, to imagine the sorrow and desperation and flat-out anger of the women still cast in men’s spotlights."
Goodby Norma Jean, from the young man in the 22nd row, who sees you as something more than sexual, more than just out Marilyn Monroe
Marilyn Monroe (Norma Jean Morrissey) would have been 88 today. Rest in peace and Happy Birthday.

88 years ago today one of America's (and the world's) greatest icons was born. Happy Birthday to one of my idols... Norma Jeane Mortenson, better know to us all as the fabulous Marilyn Monroe
Adding a little perspective to life. Had she lived, Marilyn Monroe (born June 1, 1926) would have been 88 years old today. On May 19, 1962, Marilyn sang her famous rendition of "Happy Birthday Mr. President." On that day she was 36 years old and President Kennedy was 45. Many think that, as an extension of the celebration, the two of them later shared cocktails. In any event, within three months of singing that song, she was dead. Interesting. Norma Jeane Mortenson--who will become better known around the world as the glamorous actress and sex symbol Marilyn Monroe--is born on this day in 1926, in Los Angeles, California. She was later given her mother’s name, and baptized Norma Jeane Baker. After a tumultuous childhood--both maternal grandparents and her mother were committed to mental institutions, and she lived with a string of foster families--Norma Jeane married one of her neighbors, James Dougherty, when she was 16. He later joined the Merchant Marines and was sent to the South Pacific during ...
Born this day, June 1, 1926, Marilyn Monroe (Norma Jeane Mortenson) starred in her last completed film (The Misfits) filmed in Northern Nevada and written by her noted author and husband Arthur Miller who in 1956 resided in Nevada and wrote a short story that became the screenplay for the film. Marilyn often spent time with friends Frank Sinatra and Peter Lawford at North Lake Tahoe. She would have been age 88.

Norma Jean .born on June 1st 1926 in Los Angeles "Life, I am of both your directions Existing more with the cold frost Strong as a cobweb in the wind Hanging downward the most Somehow remaining Those beaded rays have the colors I've seen in paintings--ah life They have cheated you Thinner than a cobwebs's thread Sheerer than any- But it did attach itself And held fast in strong winds And singed by the leaping hot fires Life-of which at singular times I am both of your directions- Somehow I remain hanging downward the most As both of your directions pull me. "NORMA JEAN /Marilyn Monroe
Can you guess who this baby is? On this date back in 1926, Norma Jeane Mortenson was born in the Los Angeles County Hospital and that would later be Marilyn Monroe to the world and who knew her at her birth her life would last only 36 years ending with suicide? She was the third child born to Gladys Pearl Baker and Monroe's birth certificate names the father as Martin Edward Mortensen with his residence stated as "unknown" as her upbringing was flawed. Marilyn’s mother (a Christian Scientist) was unstable and an alcoholic. “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it” Proverbs 22:6 Monroe’s life was filled with drugs and alcohol problems, often depressed and claiming inherited paranoid schizophrenia from her mother, having “voices in her head” she was prescribed barbiturates thinking that would help her. But this eventually grew into a larger problem including a dependence on drugs and alcohol not to mention multiple suicide attempts. She did succee ...

Marilyn Monroe, (1 June 1926 – 5 August 1962), born Norma Jeane Mortenson but baptized Norma Jeane Baker, was an American actress, singer and model. She was born in Los Angeles, California, U.S. After spending much of her childhood in foster homes, Monroe began a career as a model, which led to a film contract in 1947. Her early roles were minor, but her performances in The Asphalt Jungle and All About Eve (both 1950) were well received.
A sentiment was expressed that there's been an overload of Marilyn Monroe. As much as I love Norma Jean-I truly do-I'm a firm believer in stamping out overkill where it breeds. So, to prove that there were other talents in this decade, I'm gonna post a few. Norma Jean's special, let her remain so. Here's a great one. Best Actress Oscar for 1958, in 'I Want To Live', Susan Hayward...
I like this story of Marilyn Monroe wanted to prove a point of Charisma :) It was a sunny summer day in New York City, 1955. With a magazine editor and a photographer in tow, Marilyn walked down into Grand Central Terminal. Though it was the middle of a busy workday and the platform was packed with people, not a single person noticed her as she stood waiting for the subway. As the photographer’s camera clicked, she boarded the train and rode along quietly in a corner of the car. Nobody recognized her. Marilyn wanted to show that just by deciding to, she could be either glamorous Marilyn Monroe or plain Norma Jean Baker. On the subway, she was Norma Jean. But when she resurfaced onto the busy New York sidewalks, she decided to turn into Marilyn. She looked around and teasingly asked her photographer: “Do you want to see her?” There were no grand gestures— she just “fluffed up her hair, and struck a pose.” With this simple shift, she suddenly became magnetic. An aura of magic seemed to ripple ou ...

Here is some useless information for everyone who believes in irony... Hugh Hefner owes his career/wealth to Marilyn Monroe. The very first issue of Playboy, released in 1955 featured photos of her, naked, which he bought from a photographer who sold them, next to nothing. 5years before Norma Jean became Marilyn Monroe!! Hef now owns the crypt next to her!!! If only I could get my hands on the original playboy, $6800 today, in 1955 it was valued at 50 cents!! This is why I love her, even in death she has the world at her feet󾠣󾠦󾠤

Today's letter is "M". PLEASE READ THESE RULES: Name an Actor, Actress or Personality, such as a TV game show or talk show host, living or dead. Real people, not characters. You can use a wrestler, but only his given name. Ex: Hulk Hogan can't be used, but Terry Bolea can be used. Their 1st name must begin with the letter of the day. NO SINGERS unless they were in a movie. The rules: NO REPEATS; Only 1 pick per person per day; If the person is obscure or not well known, provide how they're famous. I will keep score & give points for the correct pick. You will get 1 point each time you use the letter. I expect there to be a LOT of double & even some triple points given. That's okay, I've got a never ending supply. lol If I click "like" on your pick, that means I recorded the point(s). If not, I didn't. (I also give away bonus points for whatever reason I want.) Okay, Ready? My pick is Marilyn Monroe.
Marilyn Monroe never got anywhere by being Norma Jean.
As a woman I Homage Marylin Monroe ... I admire women like Marilyn Monroe. For recognition of their sensitivity and female talent. High sense of humor ... I'm a little Norma Jean!! I suppose today was the very first time I've listened/paid attention to the lyrics of "Candle in the Wind" by Elton John...not much of a music person, sorry. Had I been asked, I would have said the song was about no one in particular, then re-worked after the accident of Diana, Princess of Wales. But my great sadness, it is about Norma Jean Baker...aka Marilyn Monroe, as I'm sure 99.9% of you knew, but I was unaware of. Now I feel dumb. But not as dumb as she was. Now I don't like the song anymore. Blah. P.S. If you like Marilyn Monroe, you don't know anything about Norma Jean Baker. Kim Kardashian has more talent and a better overall human than Norma Jean was...

It's the birthday of Norma Jean Mortenson, born this day in Los Angeles, California in 1926. Her early life was rather unstable as she was moved around from living with her mother, several foster homes, orphanages and also with Grace McKee who was a friend of her mothers. It was McKee who began to groom the young Norma Jean for the movies dressing her up, having her practice smiling and told her she would be a movie star one day. After McKee married, Mortenson once again moved in with various relatives and orphanages. To avoid moving any more she married at 16 to James Dougherty. It was during World War II that Norma Jean was working at an aircraft factory in the manufacturing of parachutes. Some photographers showed up to take pictures of women working in the war effort and noticed Norma Jean Dougherty. They encouraged her to become a model and she began appearing on magazine covers. The photo shoots soon led to movie roles and a change of her hair to blonde, and a new iconic name, Marilyn Monroe. Monr . ...

10-19-2012: TY CB. I advise readers to read the lines at the bottom of the photograph of Marilyn Monroe (Norma Jean Baker). They sum it up for me. And, yes, I'm a straight man who has always had a fantasy love affair with this famous woman. One other thing. I've always thought she died under mysterious circumstances. If I'm not mistaken, she died while on a visit to the white house while Kennedy was president, and the rumors were always that Robert wanted to protect his brother, Jack, from the possibility of "scandal," and so, the rumor went, he got ahold of someone to do her in. I don't know obviously if that was the case. But it wouldn't surprise me a bit. From everything I've heard about her and read and seen on the PBS television program on her life, in some ways she was extraordinarily naive about white powerful American men and what they might be willing to do to protect their own butts. But, anyway, ty CB. She always struck me as a very sexy woman, and her photos still strike me that wa ...

Marilyn Monroe (Norma Jean) was the most troubled, vulnerable yet absolutely beautiful person. I wish there were more of her around instead of the sticks we see in the papers today. I Love you Marilyn, R.I.P
I may be the only one, but I think Marilyn Monroe was even more beautiful as sweet, Norma Jean.

Marilyn Monroe sounds better than Norma Jean Mortenson thats why they made her change her name .
Tonight's quote comes from one of the most world renown sex symbols of all time, famed actress Norma Jean Mortenson, better known under the name "Marilyn Monroe": "It's often just enough to be with someone. I don't need to touch them. Not even talk. A feeling passes between you both. You're not alone."
I just liked "Norma Jean - Marilyn Monroe reincarnation in her bath session about LOVE, LIFE, SEX, LUAGHTER." on Vimeo:
“I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go, things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they're right, you believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.” ― Marilyn Monroe This girl is my idol. Why? Cause she was able to create a character that the whole nation fell in love with. She was able to play her character as Marilyn Monroe, who was nothing like Norma Jean Baker, and she could switch it on and off momentarily. She wasnt stupid, and proved the tabloids wrong. She was genuinely a good person, and even with all of her issues she was still able to become one of the most famous person in the world. She was and still is an inspiration to everybody. She came from one of the worst backgrounds and was still able to achieve fame and success. SL.

Marilyn Monroe Blond bombshell found dead in Los Angeles home Probably the most celebrated of all actresses, Marilyn Monroe was born Norma Jean Mortenson on June 1, 1926, in Los Angeles General Hospital. Thirty-six years later, on August 5, 1962, her housekeeper found her dead body, nude and lying face down on her bed, apparently the victim of an overdose of sedatives. She made only 30 films in her lifetime, but her legendary status and mysticism will remain with film history forever. Abandoned by her father, she grew up in poverty with her mentally-ill mother who had a series of relationships, further confusing her daughter as to who it was who fathered her. In 1942, at the age of 16, Norma Jean married 21-year-old aircraft plant worker James Dougherty. The marriage only lasted four years, and they divorced in 1946. By this time Marilyn began to model swimsuits and bleached her hair blond. Bit parts in the movies followed but movie fans remembered her ditzy but very sexy blonde performance. In 1951, Mari ...
Goodbye, Norma Jean. This is the 50th anniversary of the death of Marilyn Monroe.
Wow. My profile says I haven't posted a comment for 395 days, so I better post something I feel is worth noting. Fifty years ago tonight, an American icon whom we all heard of, Marilyn Monroe, was found dead from a drug overdose, alone. The door to her bedroom was locked, and showed little signs of joy like having photos or other personal treasures. She wanted to be so much more than a sex symbol, but sadly she could not shake the depression that accompanied her from the foster child known as Norma Jean who she once was, to the glamour and glitter of Hollywood stardom and fame as Marilyn Monroe that we all know her as now. From this tragedy may we all learn the value of a precious gift called life.

People who idolize the life of Marilyn Monroe are either ignorant or incredibly naive. If anything, we should pity Norma Jean who became a hapless victim of the fantastic, hydra-headed monster that is Hollywood.
How do we Spell 'Marilyn Monroe'? Even She Couldn't Tell! According to sources, Marilyn Monroe had to ask a photographer how to spell her own name when signing an autograph. The easiest explanation is that this is not her real name, but an artistic pseudonym. Norma Jeane Dougherty was taken in by 20th Century Fox, but her name so didn't sound like a star’s name. Atleast that is what the producers though. This is why they came up with 'Marilyn Monroe'. This is final result after many proposed variations starting from 'Carole Lind' to 'Jean Norman'. Finally, director Ben Lyon decided to use 'Marilyn' as the name of Mrs. Miller- a 1920s stage actress whohe strongly cherished. The surname came as the young starlet took her mother's maiden name. As Lyon and the other staffat 20th Century Fox decided it sounded great and catchy, the old Norma Jean became Marilyn Monroe- the star
Marilyn Monroe wasn't even her real name. Did you know her name is Norma jean? Again, totally cool. I dig it. But did you know all of this.
