And the surf heights are expected to be 2-4 ft with 5 ft sets. Another "Nowcast"report shows 2-3 ft surf at present everywhere. Also the surf did not back down this evening in Oceanside Ca, hopefully the surf was still up at your beach at dusk. Great time shooting that commercial for Budo Videos down in Costa Mesa (got a sweet shirt and hat out of it too!), then had a great meeting with a manager in Manhattan Beach, then a really fun audition for a nice pilot oh in Culver, then completed the tour in Hollywood, getting some valuable perspective on this dream of mine I was blessed to live out today! And I even got to watch a movie with the honey buns. God is good and I'm undeserving of such grace! Now tomorrow I'm shooting a sketch with friends! So excited!

Saved a dog from getting hit in Manhattan Beach today. As soon as people saw me trying to slow down traffic and call the dog, 4 other cars pulled over and got out to help. We got the pooch safely and no one was hurt. Thanks for being animal lovers Manhattan Beach!

With its umbels of tiny yellow flowers and dark green or bronze wispy leaves and subtle hint of licorice flavor, fennel is one of my most favorite vegetables. Sometimes called anise I love to add fennel to salads.
