Mamelodi Sundowns continued the good run in preseason matches played in Swaziland, as the Chloorkop side beat Manzini Sundowns and Manzini Wanderers in two successive matches played on Wednesday afternoon as they wound down their pre-season camp. In the first match Sundowns faced Manzini Wanderers. The Brazillians cruised to a comfortable 5-0 win, with burly striker, Nyasha Mushekwi scoring a hat-trick. New Ghanaian recruit Emmanuel Baffour found the net for the first time in The Brazilian colours. Richard Henyekane also scored. The second match was not smooth-sailing for the visiting side, however. Their opponents, Swazi namesakes Manzini Sundowns, showed them no respect and gave as much as they took from their South African counterparts. Johan Neeskens’ side were tested but nonetheless managed to walk away 2-1 victors.
