Malcolm Jenkins and Brandon Boykin are the only two players I'd keep on this embarrassing secondary
not really Malcolm Jenkins is a beast and Cary Williams and Brandon Boykin are awesome. Nolan Carroll is a beast too.
the only good ones for them is Malcolm Jenkins at safety & Brandon Boykin at nickel
That's two weeks out of three Malcolm Jenkins drops a gifted interception.
Don't know about the rest of you, but I feel good about either Malcolm Jenkins or Brandon Boykin coming down with a big interception today.
Secondary would be Trae Waynes, Ifo Ekpre-Olomu, Devin McCourty, Malcolm Jenkins, and Brandon Boykin playing nickel.
and I'd take Malcolm Jenkins over Marcus Smith or Danny Watkins 1,000,000,000,000,000,000x out of 1,000,000,000,000,000,000
I've seen good games from Malcolm Jenkins, Cary Williams, and Brandon Boykin. I still haven't seen why Nate Allen and Fletcher in the NFL
Malcolm Jenkins, Brandon Boykin, and Cary Williams can stay. Nate Allen and Bradley Fletcher might as well retire.

The only good players on the Eagles secondary is Malcolm Jenkins and sometimes Brandon Boykin everybody else 👎
I like Malcolm Jenkins, it's Fletcher who's gonna get the boot this off season. Brandon Boykin needs to be at outside CB

Can we just cut the whole Eagles secondary, besides Malcolm Jenkins, and Brandon Boykin.
Honestly the only decent players in the secondary are Malcolm Jenkins and Brandon Boykin
Malcolm Jenkins looks like a mix of Darrelle Revis and Brandon Browner. Not his play style, his face.
Malcolm Jenkins and Dez Bryant just got into it pregame jawing at each other. Its on!!

Malcolm Jenkins must want to be the next Ryan Clark.
Nice Sunday read on Piscataway's Malcolm Jenkins, who had only one offer (Rutgers) before attending an Ohio St. camp:
Bleacher Report just lost ALL my respect. Seriously? Check out this article they wrote about the Eagles... ""The Philadelphia Eagles were one of the biggest stories of 2013. Not only were they one of the most aggressive teams in free agency, new head coach Chip Kelly's offense turned the league on its ear, racking up a fourth-best 27.6 points per game, per Pro Football Reference. This season, it's been the polar opposite. The Eagles' biggest free-agent move was to cut star receiver DeSean Jackson outright. They also let quarterback Michael Vick walk, allowing Nick Foles to take the starting job, and let both of last year's free-agent defensive backs go in favor of two others: safety Malcolm Jenkins and corner Nolan Carroll. After a very quiet free-agency period where the Eagles got worse overall, they kicked off the draft with a big reach for pass-rusher Marcus Smith. Second-round receiver Jordan Matthews is a perfect fit—but rookie wideouts rarely dominate, and the Eagles will be relying on him and reh ...
the only big move to a 29th ranked defense was Malcolm Jenkins and you think they have no holes lmfaooo
and Malcolm Jenkins is awful. You'll find that out soon.
Malcolm Jenkins came out as corner and turned into a bumass safety
*** Malcolm Jenkins is a bum and Sproles is starting to slow down foh
Why is everyone seeming to forget that we signed Nolan Carroll and Malcolm Jenkins? We drafted needs so far, and still have quite a few picks to work with in a VERY deep draft. Malcolm Jenkins thrives in a blitzing 3-4 defense, which we are. And Nolan Carroll was the best cornerback in the NFL at defending passes thrown his way last season, having the lowest completion percentage. Those are some game changers if you ask me. -Dean.
got Malcolm Jenkins, they need a secondary. Trent Cole, Fletcher Cox are good, and Brandon Boykin is the best CB.
Like to see better tackling and consistency in coverage. So, Malcolm Jenkins 2. Crap.
I guess he thinks Malcolm Jenkins is going to fix all the secondary problems then.
added malcolm Jenkins and some solid depth guys, our LB we drsfted is gonna be good too
I bet this kid Jean-Baptiste ends up a safety. He looks like the second coming of Malcolm Jenkins. But I have no problem with a cornerback there. That's the one need position on defense where you can't feel comfortable with what you have. If he gives you a physical press corner to go with Lewis and Champ Bailey, you're almost complete. Guess Johnathan Goodwin just got paid to come back to New Orleans, though.
chip does no wrong tho man. Y'all got Malcolm Jenkins 👍
LOVE this movie! Getting ready to hit the streets in a few days Malcolm Jenkins
Didn't really get that.. The hate on VJax has been unreal since getting caught by Malcolm Jenkins.
Do you think the Eagles are hoping for Malcolm Jenkins to step up this yr for them an are not focusing on the safety as much?
so far we really only got Malcolm Jenkins from the saint and we drafted Marcus Smith outta Louisville.
I knew Jimmie ward would be a early 2nd late 1st round pick. should of took him, him and Malcolm Jenkins would of been good I guess
yep... but nah, we got Malcolm Jenkins
I will have to do so...I'm hoping so.a pass rush will make even Malcolm Jenkins look half assed

Malcolm Jenkins is very undervalued guy can cover anyone in the league on the other side though

I wish the Saints would have got HA Ha myself ...I think we are sorely gonna miss Malcolm jenkins ..
Not exactly what I had in mind but still a great pick for my eagles I'm not mad but we let the top 3 WR's go in the Draft to replace djacks but at the same time I have faith in the Chip Kelly system with all the nick foles, lesean Mccoy, Jeremy MacLin, Brent celek, Riley cooper, demerious Johnson, and the newest addition Darren sproils of the world i have no choice but to have faith i know we can score on average of 35 points a game now it's time to work on that defense and getting that great pass rusher was a good play in my book with him trent cole, Michael kendricks, Connor boldwin, and damecko Ryans now we need a CB compliment carry williams and Bradley fletcher which both started off rocky in the beginning but turned it around and had ok seasons and nit to mention a healthy Kenny philips Pat Chung off the bench and Malcolm Jenkins starting FS how ever we still need some work but I'm loving the direction that Chip Kelly is taking this eagles team
I doubt it. Not after signing Malcolm Jenkins and re-signing Nate Allen. Also really high on Wolff.
Roby is first OSU DB to go in 1st round since Malcolm Jenkins in 2009. Becomes 13th Buckeye DB to go in 1st round.
It wasn't the sexy pick. It wasn't the guy people wanted. But with the 26th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft the Philadelphia Eagles selected Marcus Smith an Outside Linebacker from Louisville. A lot of Eagles fans had major hard-ons for safeties. "Clinton-Dix was a safety that can cover that the Eagles have been waiting for!" "Pryor and Bucannon give me flashbacks of Brian Dawkins!" Pryor was probably never going to be an Eagle. This goes back to the Eagles grabbing Malcolm Jenkins instead of guys like Ward or Byrd. The Eagles want interchangeable safeties. Ward and Pryor are in the box safeties. Byrd was a deep safety and that was about it. The Eagles want to be able to be creative with their safeties. They want versatile players. Clinton-Dix and Bucannon could have probably fit those needs but they are gone now. It is what it is guys. Howie Roseman said that if there was a real difference maker they would have gone up and gotten him. I personally didn't feel there was a difference maker near the Eagles pick. ...
earl Wolfe is early in and Malcolm Jenkins is way better than Allen. He will be a good band aid till we get a better solution
For the second year in a row the Saints got the guy I thought they would get and I am super excited. This has been an exceptional offseason! Ditch Malcolm Jenkins! Extend PT (most underrated RB in league so versatile!) Cut loose a ton of overpaid vets. Keep Jimmy! Pick up option on Cam Jordan. Get younger and faster at WR... We need to start retooling the O, but now we need to get OLB, CB, and Oline depth! Let's get it done! Feeling good!
Honestly I never even heard of this guy Marcus Smith. Yea we needed defense but a secondary was the main issue. Hopefully we can rely on Malcolm Jenkins. Imma just chuck it up and let this go into play.
Eagles fans also have Malcolm Jenkins. God bless.
Earl Wolff will have a good year at safety and we got malcolm jenkins, cbs arent that bad
Ugh I forgot Malcolm Jenkins went to Philly too...
didn't you hear, we picked up Malcolm Jenkins and Darren Sproles from some muppets who can't manage their cap?
did u forget we picked up Malcolm Jenkins bro. We can get later on. Boykin is also more experienced next yr. Stay positive.
that boy gone Malcolm Jenkins can hold it down for now Ha-Ha would've been great tho. I think we draft Marqise Lee here
eh, Malcolm Jenkins is their free safety, they need an in the box safety like Deone Bucannon
I'm fine with Malcolm Jenkins for now but your right we do, better DBS right now anyway
At least we signed Malcolm Jenkins from the Saints to play safety next year
they picked up Malcolm Jenkins from NO, I figured they'd pass on him
Also means the are content with Earl Wolff and Malcolm Jenkins at S. Hope they have it right.
Ha Ha Clinton Dix & Malcolm Jenkins would be nice in Philly
*** I wanted Calvin Pryor as our safety to team with Malcolm Jenkins

I was so fired up about the Eagles coming out of last season. Never really been excited for an off season until this year and now here we are. Talks of getting rid of desean Jackson and evin mathis. 2 of the best 5 players on our team and 40% of the pro bowlers. Adressed nothing on our average at best defense. Don't try and sell me Malcolm Jenkins as an answer to our safety problems. And now the idea of mark buttfumble Sanchez wearing an eagles jersey makes me sick to my stomach. Way to put a bad taste in my mouth. Offense takes a step back defense stays the same 1 and done in the playoffs again. Way to go boys

yea I agree. Just want something that's not Malcolm "another missed tackle" Jenkins
your reaction is the same reaction I had to Malcolm Jenkins leaving the Saints yesterday. I understand.
how am I just finding out the Eagles signed Malcolm Jenkins?
Dear Saints front office, After unceremoniously breaking my heart by sending Darren Sproles, Lance Moore, and Malcolm Jenkins packing, I would really appreciate it if you signed Darrelle Revis. Please and thank you. With love,
you gonna be cursing Malcolm Jenkins
In the past 3 seasons Malcolm Jenkins has missed 45 tackles, more than 1 per game he has played.
I like the Malcolm Jenkins signing. I think eagles should look to add revis and that defense will be dirty
Malcolm Jenkins provides us with depth all over the secondary. He has experience in the slot, and has been used on the outside cb positions occasionally. He's the kind if guy you want during a no huddle when there's no time to substitute Boykin into the game, Jenkins can slide right into the slot and be consistent enough. There's no doubt there are guys better than he is. But for what? 5 mill a season? we got a guy without many flaws that won't make many mistakes. He was a reason the saints defeated Chip Kelly's no huddle in the playoffs. Not the only reason but he was one of the reasons. He had the answer on a lot of different plays. I think the best product we will get out of him is at free safety but He would have no problem playing strong safety! against the run, Nate Allen and Jenkins are pretty even. against the pass and tackling, it's not even close. Jenkins has him beat! If we can get Nate Allen to come back for the right price, with wolf in the mix our safety core shouldn't be anywhere near the . ...

I didn't know we lost Malcolm Jenkins!! Daym, well we now have the best safety duo tho in Vaccaro n Byrd!
The Philadelphia Eagles bolstered their secondary Tuesday, reaching a deal with former Saints safety Malcolm Jenkins. New Orleans already is searching for his replacement.
I'm glad the Saints made cuts.Malcolm Jenkins was sorry as *** ..he let Cam Newton run thru his legs (big as he is) and lost the most important game...Lance Moore only scored 2 touchdowns this year and played hurt and had butterfingers wen he did play, Darren Sproles couldnt even get thru a tackle this year and fumbled the most, and none of the 4 defensive players that were cut were playing because they were all coming from a true Saints fan, I'm not concerned because none of these were playmakers last year!!!
I am actually okay with Malcolm Jenkins in Philly now that I have thought about it. Welcome to Philly MJ
That money you saved on Malcolm Jenkins better get thrown to Revis eagles are looking to get Revis after we passed up on Jarius Byrd for Malcolm Jenkins good piece for less money I guess...we better have a great draft
i c eagle fanz iz mad bout our couple free agent pickups. 1st Malcolm Jenkins was da captain of da saints D, niggaz think we ain need help on D, got Maragoz from Seattle backup safety and special teams captain, we lost da playoff game cuz of special teams.. Solid pickups if u ask me
The Philadelphia Eagles have signed safety Malcolm Jenkins to a three year contract. Was Jenkins the Eagles' top choice at safety? Could they still target the position early ...
Malcolm Jenkins is it though? Besides that, special teams players are the extent of our signings. A little confused at this point...
So so far this off season the Eagles have; -signed guys to future contracts. Primarily Ifeanyi Momah (pretty sure i spelled that right) -cut a few loose strings (Patrick Chung etc) -they have retained part of their core in extending Jason Peters, and Jason Kelce, along with resigning Jeremy MacLin, Riley Cooper, and Cedric Thornton. -they have brought in an immediate contributor in Malcolm Jenkins who automatically makes this secondary better as safety was the glaring hole in the defense. -and they have bolstered the special teams by resigning Donnie Jones, and bringing in special teams aces in Bryan Braman and Chris Maragos (Braman is 6 foot 5 251 pounds). I LIKE WHAT THE BIRDS HAVE DONE!!! Maybe they can add another d lineman and maybe Sproles? It would be nice.. only time will tell! -Nick
Glad to hear that the Saints has signed Pierre Thomas to a two year extension! Just wish that Malcolm Jenkins, Darren Sproles, and Lance Moore was still apart of the team!
Jarius Bryd safety from Buffalo a New Orleans Saints now man we need a shut down corner compliment Lewis. but if they bring Malcolm Jenkins back hm he can play safety and corner so we might be alright...
In 2012 Pro Football Focus ranked Malcolm Jenkins as the worst safety in football. In 2013 he was ranked 2nd worst. Awesome
How can people TODAY think that Malcolm Jenkins was a good signing? Its another mediocre signing by the Eagles, who need quality players on Defense. A lot of people in the know are critical of his ability to make plays is there a red flag there? Tim McManus at 3:30, Bobby Herbert at 4:00 and Jayson Stark at 4:30!
I actually feel a little better listening to vent on this Malcolm Jenkins signing
Little Giant Ladders
The Eagles just signed Malcolm Jenkins I'm glad to see we are fixing or problem areas for a change

After discovering this highlight package on Reddit, I'm now really excited about the Eagles signing Chris Maragos. Between getting him and Malcolm Jenkins, we've been addressing our huge safety issue from last year. A Patrick Chung highlight package would just be him being burned deep repeatedly.
New Orleans Saints radio color analyst Hokie Gajan on now with Jon and Sean to talk about new Philadelphia Eagles safety Malcolm Jenkins.
Malcolm Jenkins is a far better cover safety than anyone the Eagles had on their roster last season.
The Eagles, according to a source, have agreed to terms with former Saints safety Malcolm Jenkins.
So the New Orleans Saints released Malcolm Jenkins and signed 3 time Pro Bowler Jarius Byrd. My question is where do we have room on our roster for a bowler? J/s lol
Options remain at safety for the Redskins There was a run on the safety position during the first hours of NFL free agency. Unfortunately the Redskins, who are in need of two starting caliber safeties, were not participants. They were interested in Jairus Byrd of the Bills but not for anything close to the $54 million over six years he got from the Saints. They were probably shopping more in the neighborhood of New Orleans’ Malcolm Jenkins, who signed with the Eagles (3 yr./$15.5 mil) and Mike Mitchell. The Redskins were know to be very interested in the former Panther who went to the Steelers for $25 million over five years. In all, eight of the top nine safeties in the rankings from our corporate cousins at Rotoworld signed contracts yesterday. Only former Dolphin Chris Clemons, ranked fifth, remains unsigned. So Clemons, who is solid in coverage but has only four interceptions in his five NFL seasons, is an option for the Redskins. So is Nate Allen, who has started 54 games in four seasons with the E ...
If Malcolm Jenkins is so good then why did the team he played for, let him go and sign another to take his spot for 3 times as much? Smh
Wait . Jarius Byrd was available .. Malcolm Jenkins was available .. Whitner ... Bethea ... and the Cowboys didn't get either one of those safeties knowing full *** well that that was their biggest problem on Defense and has been for awhile ? And y'all wonder why they lose. SMH .
The Eagles cut Patrick Chung on Tuesday, right about the same time they locked up free agent Malcolm Jenkins. Just like that, Chip Kelly's team had improved its troublesome situation …

HELLO Malcolm's a great fit for the eagles!
That's right Malcolm Jenkins to Philly! One of the most under rated safeties signed for a mutually nice deal.
Hello!!! Malcolm jenkins and Chris Maragos. Welcome to phili!!!
But why all the Eagles columnists calling Malcolm Jenkins the worst safety in the league tho...
Goodbye wack *** Patrick Chung welcome to philly malcolm jenkins thank god our defense backs are getting upgraded !
Gm eagles fans we got Malcolm Jenkins now it's time to get demarcus ware followed by darelle Revis awww poor Cowboys fans lmao
I know a lot of people are excited about Malcolm Jenkins. Here's my general take: He's a dynamic playmaker who has yet to reach his full potential. My major concern is if the book has already been written on him, and he never reaches that potential. Last season, Jenkins missed 16 tackles out of 78 tackle opportunities. That's over 20% of his tackle opps. In 2012, it was more of the same, with Jenkins missing 20-of-100 tackle opps. For comparison, last season Pat Chung missed 11-of-63, which is still bad, but comes in at around 17.5%. Jenkins has also struggled in coverage over the past two seasons, though he is an upgrade on Chung in that department (who isn't?). Still, those who think Jenkins is a significant upgrade may sadly be mistaken. The Eagles fan in me really hopes I'm wrong, and Jenkins turns into that player people thought he'd be when he was selected 14th overall in 2009. But his performance over the last three seasons gives me a lot of concern. Thoughts?
My Eagles signing safety Malcolm Jenkins from New Orleans was a good move! We need a hard-hitting play maker in the secondary! They were horrible last year! I think the Denver Broncos need to grab DeMarcus Ware or Jared Allen, their pass rush needs to improve! It crazy how the Saints released mad key defensive players to clear mad cap space to sign Jairus Byrd from the Bills, but 28 million guaranteed? RIDICULOUS!
What do you think of the Malcolm Jenkins signing?
WIP: Kenny of the dirty thirty said the Eagles signing Malcolm Jenkins instead of Jarius Byrd is like a kid being promised a new car only to look in the driveway and instead of a Porsche there's a Chevy Cobalt.
Much love to Will Smith, Lance Moore, Johnathan Vilma, Jabari Greer, Roman Harper, Malcolm Jenkins, and Darren Sproles!! Thank you for the years boys, it's been a pleasure to watch. Good luck moving forward.
Bill Polian rates Nate Allen a C and Malcolm Jenkins a D among safeties. Jenkins is on a par with Kurt and Colt.
Saints sign Jarius Byrd whom many consider the best safety available in free agency. I lkked Malcolm Jenkins and happy he got a deal in Philly but Byrd is an upgrade. Five seasons played. Three pro bowls. Geaux Saints!
Malcolm Jenkins signed a three-year deal with the Eagles Tuesday that will pay him $8.5 million in guarantees. The Eagles top priority heading into free agency opening Tuesday was adding a safety and within two hours of the market opening, they got their man. General manager Howie Roseman struck qui...
I wanna thank Derrick Barnett n dem Saints for giving us Malcolm Jenkins... we needed a safety... Hope all that money y'all gave Byrd pay off... lol
Malcolm Jenkins (S) to Eagles: 3-year, $16.25m with $8.5m guaranteed Jenkins is a fine athlete who can play pretty much anywhere you’d want a safety to. The problem is that his production, in every facet of play, doesn’t come close to his measurables, which may make him good depth but not the kind of starter who sets your heart a flutter. He does offer some scheme flexibility, particularly in the transition from base to nickel packages, but he misses too many tackles (16 last year) and is out of position far too much for our liking. -PFF
Malcolm Jenkins wearin season hype nd hoopla ctfu but im wit it
The eagles have Malcolm Jenkins ^_^ are defense is look good for next year 🏈🏈🏈🏈
Malcolm Jenkins is no longer a Saint...he has officially signed with the Eagles What do y'all think about DAT???
Man I hope the Saints don't trade Darrren Sproles. We just got rid of Malcolm Jenkins, which I dont Y the *** they would that. Jarius Byrd is a good addition but we could of kept jenkins to play with byrd. Just put Malcolm at CB or sumthn. He's the head hunter on the team an brings aggressivness to the Defense. I hope we get some 1st round picks an some decent players if they trade for Sproles.
So we lose Malcolm Jenkins to Philly, bounce back and score Jairus Byrd... can you say major upgrade? Vocarro and Byrd on that back end?? Oooo wee, you's fool Mickey Loomis!
Well Saints fans you can relax, Malcolm Jenkins has been replaced by Jarius Byrd. Upgrade wouldn't you say?
The Eagles moved quickly in their pursuit of a safety Tuesday when they agreed with Malcolm Jenkins on a three-year deal in the first hour of free agency. The Eagles also re-signed punter Donnie Jones and released safety Patrick Chung.
Malcolm jenkins, welcome to the Philadelphia Eagles.
VIDEO: What's Brewing, featuring the Eagles' addition of Malcolm Jenkins and the Flyers' controversial loss
Welcome to philly Malcolm let's sign Revis and Ware
So Malcolm Jenkins is an eagle gotta say didn't see the reasoning at first but he's a divers player that can also play corner and apparently play press at times... Yup I'll take him. We need more help though here's hoping we get more safeties and maybe, just maybe a certain DB from the bucs.
Malcolm Jenkins the birds new safety okay
We literally went from Roman Harper & Malcolm Jenkins to Vaccaro and Byrd. Come On Son
So the let Patrick Chung go and sign Malcolm Jenkins. Sounds good hopefully Malcolm can continue to play good because our secondary don't have a good track record with signing good players and have them deliver in recent years.
Think about this fans: Defensive backfield will be w/out Roman Harper, Malcolm Jenkins & Jabari Greer this year. L…
Yes we got Malcolm Jenkins to Replace Pat Chung oh yeah this defensive is just gonna keep getting better
im feeling pretty good about this Malcolm Jenkins character, still young and seems very versatile, was a 2 year captain for new orleans and is excited to play, im excited to watch him take control of this Philadelphia D!
What's next for the Birds? They need a lot more than Malcolm Jenkins...
Love the Eagles signing of Safety Malcolm Jenkins. Bonus pts for being a big The Walking Dead fan.
Hello FBF! Can someone PLEASE help? What's going on with my Dat Team? I what Malcolm Jenkins, Lance Moore,Pierre Thomas, Oh Pierre! I want my Team Back !!!
Malcolm Jenkins who? Roman Harper who? Kenny Vaccaro and Dairius Byrd will make us forget them really quick
So my Saints got Jarius Byrd I like that move but im still gon miss Malcolm Jenkins n Roman Harper at the safety spots
Today the Eagles sign Malcolm jenkins the safety way to go eagles...!!!
you know of anywhere we can watch tape on Malcolm Jenkins? Not that much on YouTube
Eagles sign former Saints safety Malcolm Jenkins to 3-year, $16.25 million deal. has more:
Derrick Wright..y cut malcolm jenkins too pay byrd? ??
OBSERVATIONS OF THE SAINTS: Saints land the top free agent safety by agreeing to terms with Jarius Byrd, formerly of the Buffalo Bills. Fat Tarzan's belly is bouncing with glee. Paired with Kenny Vaccaro, the Saints now have one of the best young safety tandems in the league after having one of the worst tandems in Roman Harper and no-tackling *** Malcolm Jenkins, who signed with Philadelphia today. And yall thought the Saints aint had no money, lol...
Does Malcolm Jenkins help address the secondary of the eagles
Nick Kayal on from 10-12, talking about a tough Flyers loss, NFL Free Agency, and much more! ESPN Saints beat reporter Mike Triplett will join the show at 11pm giving us his take on the newest Eagle Malcolm Jenkins.
Meet Black Singles 300x250
...Byrd race, leaving the former Bill free to sign for big money with the Saints, as a replacement for Malcolm Jenkins, who signed w/ PHI.
Malcolm Jenkins to the Eagles... I can dig it
Malcolm Jenkins (6-foot, 204 pounds), Saints (5-2 odds of Eagles signing him). New Orleans, with second-year safety Kenny Vacarro and the rising Rafael Bush, isn't expected to retain the 26-year-old Jenkins. He can play both free and strong safety and has experience covering slot receivers. He has "zone awareness to anticipate routes with good range to get over the top in coverage," the NFC scout said. But he's "tight in the hips, which is why he was moved to safety. It limits his ability to transition in man coverage." He missed 16 tackles last season, per Pro Football Focus, but Jenkins "is tough and sticks his nose in on ballcarriers," said the AFC scout, who added that he's a "pro's pro and respected by his peers." So the Saints replaced Malcolm Jenkins with Jairus Byrd. Well now.
This much is certain: The Philadelphia Eagles are better off at safety now that, according to Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer, they've signed veteran Malcolm Jenkins to a three-year contract. But unless the Eagles plan on complementing that move with another major acquisition at safety,...
At the same time I feel like Jairus Byrd would be a good fit in New Orleans to replace Malcolm Jenkins
LMFAO Cowboys released demarcus ware and the Eagles sign Malcolm Jenkins
Malcolm Jenkins GONE.Byrd visit with Saints...If we can sign him that would be HUGE
Just in the New Orleans Saints have scheduled visit with top free agent Jarius Byrd Malcolm Jenkins has signed with the Philadelphia Eagles
Bill Polian just said Malcolm Jenkins is an upgrade over Eugene Chung….
Welcome back to the nest Donnie Jones, and welcome to the nest Malcolm Jenkins!!! Lets get the season started.:)
Malcolm Jenkins to the eagles and Pat Chung released bet
Malcolm Jenkins was rated -6.0 by Pro Football Focus last year. 0.0 is completely average, btw. Jenkins gave up the 2nd most yardage of any FS in the NFL last year (yardage after missed tackle + pass yards given up). He'll make 5.5 million a year in Philly. Jairus Byrd has 33 forced turnovers in 5 seasons, 12 picks in last 3 seasons (Harper/Jenkins combo had 6 combined in last 3 seasons), and was ranked as the 3rd best safety (not FS, all safeties) in the NFL last year by Pro Football Focus. He's looking for between 7-9 million a year.
Very happy the Saints let Malcolm Jenkins go (8 it's in 4 years). I wonder if demarcation ware wants to come to the NO and reunite with his best buddy Rob Ryan? thinking # I will settle with Jarius Byrd though (22 it's in 5 years)
Eagles signed Malcolm Jenkins, safety from the New Orleans Saints! Lets get tht D right!
Malcolm Jenkins had 3 great plays with the Saints last season... Interception against the BUCs (Week2) and a Sack Force Fumble against the Bears (Week5) and Sack against the Pats (Week6). Malcolm Jenkins will be missed!
Updating free agency from work: Karol's dansby n donate Whitner - browns.. Vintae davis - colts, McFadden n roger scaffold to the raiders, tj ward to broncos , Malcolm Jenkins to eagles, dexter mccluster to the titans, Tyson Jackson to falcons, Arthur jones to colts, anthoine Bethea to the 49ers n blain gabbert in a trade, Lamar Houston to bears, lival Joseph to Vikings , rashard Jennings to the giants..
Of all possible players we take Malcolm Jenkins... What a waste of free agency

Malcolm Jenkins safety from new Orleans now an eagle
Eagles might still be doing work on the safety front, even after signing Malcolm Jenkins. Stay tuned.
Malcolm Jenkins is better than Kurt
Eagles sign Malcolm Jenkins to a 3 year deal. Upgrade over Pat Chung
No one had the Eagles signing Malcolm Jenkins, Mike Missanelli?! Well, Jeff McLane did!
Per Adam Schefter: Eagles have signed S Malcolm Jenkins (formerly of the New Orleans Saints) to a 3-year, $16.25 million deal
. When I said "insert safety of your choice," I meant Byrd or Ward. . Malcolm Jenkins?
Malcolm Jenkins and Donnie Jones signed and Pat Chung out
I'll be pretty happy if eagles come away with a combination of mike neal, rob Jackson, Malcolm Jenkins, Corey graham, and Wesley woodyard.
Trindon Holliday and Malcolm Jenkins if we can't land Byrd
I'm thinking eagles bring in mike Mitchell and Malcolm Jenkins and possibly bring back Allen if his price is right
Upon receiving the news of Gregg Williams’ hiring as the Rams’ new defensive coordinator, it would be fair to say Rams players gave an enthusiastic response. Head Coach Jeff Fisher said the positive texts came in droves from players when the move was announced, a sentiment that was supported by Rams linebacker James Laurinaitis the day of Williams’ hiring. Laurinaitis sought out teammate Jo-Lonn Dunbar, among others, to get a greater perspective on what playing under Williams would be like. Rave reviews were universal. “Everybody I’ve talked to, from Jo-Lonn to one of my best friends in college, Malcolm Jenkins in New Orleans, have said that by far, he’s the most fun coach they’ve played for,” Laurinaitis said. If Williams’ history of utilizing safeties and linebackers in an aggressive defensive scheme serves as any indication of what is to come, the hiring of the veteran coach could point to an enhanced role for at least a pair of second-year Rams. TOP 5 DEFENSE!
I'm hearing Saints could cut Moore, Harper, Smith, Pierre Thomas. They could trade Sproles, Malcolm Jenkins just too make room for Graham's contract. I honestly don't think graham is worth all this trouble. 2009 Graham didn't start we were 2nd in nfl in offense. I say trade him if he can't take a sensible contract. Sounds nuts but they could land tons of picks, free up lots if cap room, and have money to bring in free agents on that bad offensive line. Js
Guys how could you miss FS Malcolm Jenkins??? Can't tag both him & Jimmy Graham!!!
Some FA safeties I like of course other than Jarius Byrd and TJ Ward are Malcolm Jenkins, Chris Clemons, Kendrick Lewis, and Major Wright
OBSERVATIONS FROM THE GAME: 1. The Saints came into this game with a defense that was missing Victor Butler, Kenyon Coleman, Kenny Vaccaro, Jabari Greer, Patrick Robinson, Jonathon Vilma, and Parys Haralson. They were either a projected starter or a key reserve. With that said the Saints defense did their jobs today. 2. The offense played against a defense designed to beat them. Against a defense like that, you cannot have turnovers, nor leave points on the field. That fumble by Mark Ingram swung the game in Seattle's favor. 3. I'm not even mad at Colston. 4. Kihry Robinson will be your starting RB in 2014. Hopefully he will play behind a line that will be rebuilt. Terron Armstead is a keeper. Replace Brian De la Puente with a quicker, more powerful center. Maybe a right tackle. 5. I'd keep Roman Harper and let Malcolm Jenkins go. Harper has lots of value playing closer to the LOS, while Jenkins can't cover or tackle. While he is not as bad as Josh Bullocks was, he's not much better. 6. We could also use ...
This is what you do when your team *** Start planning for next year. Redskins have a ton of cap space opening up due to some big free agent contracts expiring and the end of the uncapped year penalty ($18 mil). If we can land 2-3 of the following on this list along with re-signing the Skins on this list, I'll be happy. WR Kenny Britt, Titans WR Hakeem Nicks, Giants WR Golden Tate, Seahawks C Alex Mack, Browns G Jon Asamoah, Chiefs T Roger Saffold, Rams DT Paul Soliai, Dolphins ILB Brandon Spikes, Patriots ILB Perry Riley, Redskins OLB Brian Orakpo, Redskins CB Vontae Davis, Colts CB DeAngelo Hall, Redskins CB Chris Harris, Broncos CB Sam Shields, Packers CB Aqib Talib, Patriots FS Malcolm Jenkins, Saints FS Antoine Bethea, Colts FS Jairus Byrd, Bills FS Chris Clemons, Dolphins SS T.J. Ward, Browns P Pat McAfee, Colts P Zoltan Mesko, Bengals
Dear Lord, can you instill the talents of Toi Cook, Sammy Knight, & Willie Roaf into the bodies of Malcolm Jenkins, Roman Harper, and Terron Armstead for the next four games... Please
