Just an's why the J.J. Redick Era has major potential: JJ is averaging 15 PPG on 50% shooting, Larry Sanders and Ersan Ilyasova have been playing great ball, Monta Ellis seems to have been woken up and is (finally) playing clutch ball (except for that Atlanta game, but we won't talk about that), and most importantly, the fans are showing up. It's a very small sample size, but in the 2 home games J.J. has been on the team for, BMOHBC crowds averaging over 17000 per game. If this team gets hot down the stretch, maybe.JUST MAYBE.the Bucks can become slightly relevant again.

Hawks rally, clip Bucks at buzzer The Atlanta Hawks rallied for another win on Saturday night against Milwaukee. Unlike Friday night against the Kings, though, they needed every second to secure the 103-102 victory. Al Horford put in the game-winning basket with just 5.9 seconds left after backing down Larry Sanders to get a good shot off. Horford finished with 23 points and 11 rebounds. Jeff Teague had 23 points and nine assists, while Devin Harris added 21 points. The game featured 18 lead changes, with Milwaukee taking a 102-101 lead on a Monta Ellis basket right before Horford's winner. Ellis, who almost became a Hawk earlier this week in exchange for Josh Smith, finished with 14 points and 10 assists for the Bucks. ~SportsMan
The Atlanta Hawks picked up a vital away win in Milwaukee earlier with a one point win that was 103-102. Al Horford had 23 points and 11 rebounds, and Jeff Teague scored 23 as well but had 9 assists. Devin Harris scored 19 and Josh Smith had a double double with 15 and 13 rebounds. For the Bucks, J.J. Redick played his first game scoring 16 points off the bench shooting 4-9 and 1-3 from beyond the arc. Larry Sanders scored 12 points and had an impressive 19 rebounds to chip in. Despite only being a one point loss, the poor production of backcourt players Monta Ellis and Brandon Jennings who only combined for 25 points could've been the reason for not getting the W.
