Lamar Joseph Odom (born November 6, 1979) is an American professional basketball forward with the Dallas Mavericks of the NBA. Walter Ray Allen (born July 20, 1975) is an American professional basketball player who is currently playing for the Boston Celtics in the National Basketball Association. /5
Lamar Odom Ray Allen Steve Nash Jamal Crawford Jason Kidd Jason Terry Boston Celtics Brandon Roy Houston Rockets Grant Hill Miami Heat Dwight Howard Joe Johnson Jeremy Lin Matt Barnes Minnesota Timberwolves New York Rasheed Wallace Kevin Garnett
Gilbert Arenas, Andrew Bynum, Toney Douglas, Ray Allen and Lamar Odom are all free agents MAKE SOME MOVES OKC NEEDS IT!
There is a long list of NBA players retiring in the next 1-3 years that are hall of famers - Kobe, Duncan, KG, Nash, Ray Allen, Dirk, D. Fish, Jason Kidd, Grant Hill, Chauncey Billups, Ginobli, Pierce. Maybe not hall of famers but some honorable mentions - T. Mac, Vince Carter and Lamar Odom. I must be getting old because I remember when all of these players entered the league.
Players like Lamar Odom, Eric Bledsoe, Matt Barnes, Ray Allen, Shane Battier, and you can't forget about THE BIRD!!!
I can't believe all these trades and pick ups that happened during the off season in the NBA...for example..Brandon Roy coming out of retirement and going to the Timberwolves...Ray Allen going to the Heat...Lamar Odom to the LA Clippers...Grant Hill going to the LA Clippers...Rasheed Wallace going to my Knicks...Jason Terry going to the Celtics...and this was just to name a few...the NBA this year compared to last year are completely different leagues
The NBA makes no sense this year. Practically all the teams with top notch talent have re-tooled and added more talent. I don't understand how this new collective bargaining agreement from a year ago managed to allow the Heat to get Ray Allen and Rashard Lewis (one of the top 1,2 combo's in the league when they were in Seattle), L.A. to get Steve Nash and Dwight Howard, the other L.A. to get Lamar Odom, Jamal Crawford, Grant Hill, and (for some reason) Matt Barnes? What are you gana do with him when you already got Grant Hill and Curon Butler... and yes, they still have Chauncy Billups. And New York gets Jason Kidd and Raymond Felton?! The only teams that haven't fully re-tooled are Boston, S.A. and OKC... by knowing two out of those three teams, I bet S.A. and Boston re-tools at some point during the season... smh. This is crap.
Jeremy Lin to Houston Rockets, Lamar Odom to LA Clippers, Ray Allen to Miami Heat, Dwight Howard to LA Lakers
Clippers got a hungry Lamar Odom, Grant Hill, and Jamal Crawford. and Boston lost Ray Allen and got Jason Terry, Jared Sullinger,
,,for those who criticized Lamar Odom last year, all i can say is, "If you can't beat them, join them." -Ray Allen- -Miami Heat-
So looking back at my previous post on the Knicks I am happy the Front office made some moves. They got Kidd and Camby like I had hoped for but couldnt snag Ray Allen or Lamar Odom. Its ok as long as they resign Jefferies and pick up a decent 2 guard. Do we have enough pieces to make a play for OJ Mayo? I am thinking he is still in the cards and I know Memphis would want Novak since their 3 point shooting last year was among the leagues worst. Sign and trade with Novak as the centerpiece? We will find out soon enough
Player movements in the NBA: Ray Allen to Miami Heat, Jason Kidd to New York Knicks Joe Johnson to Brooklyn Nets, Steve Nash to Los Angeles Lakers, Jeremy Lin to Houston Rockets, Jason Terry to Boston Celtics, Brandon Roy to Minnesota Timberwolves and Lamar Odom to the Los Angeles Clippers..
I hope Ray Allen go to the heat and play like Lamar Odom did for the Mavs! BAD AF.
Who's the bigger baby? Lamar Odom or Ray Allen? Trick question: nobody cares about millionaire babies.
Omg, Ray Allen to the Heat, Jason Kidd to the Knicks, Lamar Odom & Jamal Crawford to the Clippers, Joe Johnson to the Nets, Steve Nash to the Lakers! Jason Terry most likely to Boston. Wow. Who's next?! I'm really ready for the season to start up for real!
Ray Allen goes to Miami. Steve Nash goes to LA. Lamar Odom goes back to LA, but with the Clippers. *** is goin on?
After the NBA Draft, I didn't think there will be a lot of drama but I actually expected some of them... but more news surprised me... a lot of free agents and trades. Lamar Odom back to Los Angeles but with the Clippers, Jamal Crawford to LA Clippers, Jason Terry to Boston, Joe Johnson traded to New Jersey, Michael Beasley to Phoenix, Steve Nash to LA Lakers, Jason Kidd to New York, several big names players stayed with their previous teams, the Dwight Howard Trade drama, and now Ray Allen to Miami. What or Who is happening next?! Antawn Jamison to Charlotte?! Let's hope so!!
here's a wild news from the NBA folks, Steve Nash - LA lakers, Jason JET Terry - Boston Celtics, Jeremy Lin - Houston Rockets, Jason Kidd - New York Knicks Lamar Odom - LA Clippers, Jamal Crawford - LA Clippers, Brandon Roy - Minnesota Timberwolves, and now Ray Allen is trying to make his way out of the Boston Celtics. and its either the Defending champs, Miami Heat, or the LA Clippers. wew! whatta wild NBA Free Agency Battle!
Steve Nash on the Lakers, Brandon Roy with the TWolves, Jeremy Lin with the Rockets, Ray Allen might be coming to the Heat, Lamar Odom on Lob City!! NBA this yr will be very interesting...
So the NBA has turned my world upside down my Ray Allen is a heat, Steve Nash a laker, Jason Kidd a knick, Jermey Lin a Rocket, Joe Johnson & Jamal Crawford a net, Lamar Odom a clipper what is a girl to do!
Ray Allen to the Clippers I can deal with. Blake Griffin, Chris Paul, Lamar Odom, DeAndre Jordan, Caron Butler, Eric Bledsoe - that's a nice team, capable of competing in the West with Jesus Shuttlesworth at SG. But Miami? I can't handle the idea of Ray Allen as a member of the Heat. He is one of my favorite players who has played for all three of my favorite teams (Milwaukee Bucks, Seattle SuperSonics and Boston Celtics). DO NOT GO TO MIAMI, RAY! For the love of God! Stay in Boston or go to the Clippers.
Lamar Odom to the Clippers, Ray Allen to the Heat, Rondo to the Thunder, Westbrook to the Celtics, what's goin on?
Its looking like Lamar Odom will become a Clipper again, but they need to trade away Mo Williams for the deal to be under the cap. Lakers are showing interest. Ray Allen looks like he will sign with Heat
DANG DANG DANG! It's official, 1. Deron Williams will be on free agent. 2. Detroit Piston to trade Ben Gordon (12.5 PPG, 44.2 FFG, 42.9% 3PM) and 2013 lottery-protected draft pick to the Charlotte Bobcats for Corey Maggette ( 15 points PPG, 37.3% FFG) 3. LA Clippers and Dallas Mavericks in discussion over Lamar Odom trade. 4. LA Lakers looking to trade Pau Gasol, but no offers, no takers PS: I'm really anticipating if Steven Nash and Ray Allen will make their moves to Miami Heats?
Steve Nash, Ray Allen, Lamar Odom, Stoudemire . . Miami Trade Rumors , I don't have a problem with any of those coming to Miami ^.^
if ray allen goes to the heat AND Lamar Odom then the NBA will lose probly like 80% of its viewers.
It's gonna get REAL ugly for the NBA if the Heat draft Fab Melo & sign Ray Allen & Lamar Odom. REALLY REALLY ugly
So i looked it up, players interested in playing for the heat Next Year are Steve Nash, Jason Terry, Lamar Odom, and Ray Allen...
The HEAT need to sign 1. Steve Nash. 2. Ray Allen. 3. Lamar Odom. 4. Greg Oden & draft Sullinger if he's there in the 20s
The Knicks want Jason Terry, OJ Mayo, or Ray Allen. Kobe was D. Fisher & Lamar Odom back. Steve Nash is considering the Raptors.
Ray Allen and Lamar Odom to the knicks.
Boston Celtics' Kevin Garnett blocked Lamar Odom's shot attempt and the ball went to Ray Allen. Then Odom got frustrated and kind of tackled him to the groun...
They are also looking at Ray Allen . And Tyreke Evans . Oh and best believe Lamar Odom is back this year .
Look out for Lamar Odom, DFisher & Ray Allen to come to the Free Agency will be exciting this year
To all the people who still think LeBron only won cause his team has 3 all-stars on it: You do realize every championship team has multiple all-star usually. Last year Mavs had Dirk, Tyson Chandler (2x DPoY), Jason "Jet" Terry (6th man of the year), Shawn Marion (former All-Star) and Jason Kidd (10x All-Star). The Lakers had Kobe, Pau, Derek Fisher, and Lamar Odom (before he went crazy). Celtics had KG, Pierce, Ray Allen, and Rondo. The last Heat team had Shaq, Wade, Alonzo Morning, and Gary Payton. Spurs had Duncan, Parker, and Mano. The early 2000's Lakers had Shaq and Kobe. The early 2000's Pistons team had Ben Wallace, Billups, Rip Hamilton, and Rasheed Wallace. Bulls had Jordan, Pippen, and Rodman. The Houston Rockets had Hakeem and Clyde Drexler plus multiple excellent role players. The "Showtime" Lakers had Magic and Abdul-Jabar and Worthy. Celtics of the 80's had Bird, McHale, Parish and Walton. My point is every champion of the past 30 years (and I'm sure before that as well) has had multiple all ...
If my Lakers can get 2 of the 3: Ray Allen, Brandon Roy, Lamar Odom. Then we'll finally be a contender after 2 early exits in the playoffs
So I had a Dream Last Night that the Celtics Resigned Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen but the best Part of the Dream was they Loaded up the Bench because in it we signed Lamar Odom, Grant Hill and Jason Kidd More Oldster NBA Players I know but if this dream I had comes true I Smell Banner 18 this time Next Year
To all true heat fans, you guys should know that we are the same team that was DOWN 2-1 to the Pacers, but then won 3 straight. We are the same team that came back from down 17 against the Nets, but still won. If you are a true Heat fan you have no doubt in your mind the Heat will win. If you think Lebron is going down this easily you must be out of your mind. And if they do happen to lose this year, guess what, we have the same exact team Next Year while the Celtics will be broken up, Rose will be injured, Lakers will trade a key player, and Dwight won't be on the Celtics while our Miami Heat will be fully intact, healthy, and with new players such as Lamar Odom, Greg Oden, and Ray Allen! Miami Heat 2011-2012 NBA CHAMPIONS!
