Will The Left Apologize? The New York Times reports that the Justice Department is now drafting a legal memo "recommending no civil rights charges" against former Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson. According to the Times, "The investigation by the FBI . . . found no evidence to support civil rights charges against the officer." So after months of investigations, with scores of FBI agents conducting hundreds of interviews, Obama's Justice Department has concluded that the Ferguson grand jury got it right after all. An entire left-wing movement was birthed by a lie. Ferguson was set ablaze and the nation traumatized over what the Justice Department concedes was a gross distortion. Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Eric Holder and others were quick to rush to judgment, blaming America. Speaking before the United Nations in September, Barack Obama suggested that America had "failed to live up to our ideals." Conflating the fight against ISIS with Ferguson, Obama said, "In a summer marked by instability in the M ...
A Loretta Lynch Justice Department will continue the policies of outgoing Attorney General Eric Holder, and with black activists, such as the Rev. Al Sharpton retaining influence over federal law-enforcement matters, a former Justice Department official said.
Let's cut to the heart of the matter. Our kids are dying in the streets. That is a fact! Take color out of it for one brief moment. Our government should be ashamed. We have been divided by the President, the justice department, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, the victims families and anybody in the public view that has an ax to grind with an agenda attached. Here is some advice, just stop. This is America! We should be WAY PAST THIS. While we die, one by one, the race baiters are cashing in. Politicians are taking sides and our country is slowly burning to the ground. If you don't want to clash with Police, STAY HOME. It's simple, it's basic common sense and it's humane. The government will tell us otherwise. They and the left want to control EVERYTHING! Can't you see it? It's as plain as the nose on your face! It's Christmas time, so why not sit down and shut up! I'm tired of listening to the mainstream media hand picking what and how they want to destroy what is left of our society just so they can get hig ...
*Oh Happy Day* New York (AP) — A chokehold used by a white police officer on a black New York City man during his arrest for selling untaxed, loose cigarettes last month caused his death, the medical examiner announced Friday, ruling it a homicide. Eric Garner, 43, whose videotaped confrontation with police has caused widespread outcry and calls by the Rev. Al Sharpton for federal prosecution, was killed by "the compression of his chest and prone positioning during physical restraint by police," said medical examiner spokeswoman Julie Bolcer. Asthma, heart disease and obesity were contributing factors, she said. Chokeholds are prohibited by the New York Police Department. The case is being investigated by prosecutors on Staten Island, though Attorney General Eric Holder has said the Justice Department is "closely monitoring" the investigation. The NYPD didn't immediately respond to a request for comment on the medical examiner's ruling. The officer who put Garner in the chokehold was stripped of his gun ...
Ohio woman votes 6 times for Obama. Al Sharpton praises at "Voting Rights" rally. Did this happen in
National Action Network... seems to have a hand with the Justice Department, Eric Holder, and Barack Obama. Why is Al Sharpton the go to Guy for race card playing? What kind of deal was made with the Civil Rights Leaders and the Department of Justice? Did he stop the FBI from filing hate crime charges against George Zimmerman?
Eric Holder's Justice Department wastes no time suing states over their voter ID laws -- to protect the franchise, he says. But a fraudster who repeatedly voted for President Obama? Why, she gets a pass. Consider the celebrity status bestowed upon Melowese Richardson, the Ohio poll worker who admitted she voted six times for President Obama in 2012. Typically, voting just twice for president is enough to draw a federal felony charge. Ms. Richardson was charged and convicted under state law in Ohio and sentenced to five years in prison last year. But after serving a mere eight months, a state judge dismissed her conviction and allowed her to plead "no contest" to four counts of illegal voting, reports J. Christian Adams for Breitbart. Recently, Richardson turned up at a "voting rights" rally in Cincinnati, where she was warmly received and embraced by Al Sharpton. (Of course.) But she's not on Justice's radar -- even though the feds routinely go after criminals previously subjected to state charges, such a ...
ZIMMERMAN'S FATE AND THE (HOPED FOR) LOOMING RACE RIOTS July 3, 2013 By Arnold Ahlert The murder case against George Zimmerman is rapidly unraveling, due in large part to the compelling testimony of key prosecution witnesses. Ordinarily, there is nothing unusual about compelling testimony changing the course of a trial, but in this case it is witnesses presented by the prosecution that are bolstering the case for the defendant. Thus, with each passing day it is becoming more apparent that the real reason for bringing this case to trial was to assuage the media-driven concerns of the racial grievance industry, led by chief race pimp arsonists Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson. Shamefully aiding and abetting them is the racially polarized Justice Department led by Attorney General Eric Holder. We begin with the witnesses. Billed as the state’s “star witness,” 19-year-old Rachel Jeantel, the last person to talk to Trayvon Martin before his death, proved to be a major embarrassment. If there is a racial el ...

Al Sharpton expressed his disappointment with the Court on MSNBC. Sharpton said that...
REV. SHARPTON & NAN CALL UPON New York City MAYORAL CANDIDATES TO CALL FOR FEDERAL OVERSIGHT OF THE NYPD New York, NY (June 13, 2013)--Rev. Al Sharpton and National Action Network (NAN) salute the United States Department of Justice for giving a federal judge the authority to impose an outside monitor if she finds the NYPD has violated the law. "Where there exist a pattern or practice of police misconduct, a court has broad discretion to enter injunctive relief aimed at remedying that conduct," the Justice Department filing argues. "A court-appointed monitor in this case would help the court ensure that, if any pattern or practice is found to exist, it is effectively and substantially remedied," the Justice Department filing says. (The Wall Street Journal 6/13/2013). National Action Network has always demanded federal monitoring of the New York Police Department due to patterns and practices of police activity that violates the civil liberties of many of its residents, particularly its’ Black and Hispa ...
Well it's about time. But you know that she's gonna flip the script and blame the POTUS, Barack Obama, Eric Holder, U S Attorney General, the Justice Department, the IRS, the CIA, the ACLU, the Democratic Governors, the Democratic House of Representatives, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Al Sharpton, Charlie Rangel, Maxine Waters, Big Bird, Elmo, Kermit the Frog, Dora the Explorer, Sponge Bob, and Michael J. Jackson. You get where I'm going with this. Maybe she shoulda, woulda, coulda sat her Bhind down and stopped interfering with Health Care Reform. Hoping Mitch McConnel, John Boehner, Eric Cantor, and the other members of the Good Old Boys Party, RECOGNIZE, Barack Obama was re-elected to serve FOUR MORE YEARS like it or not. Jack Azzzs.
Attorney General Eric Holder is off the hook. The U.S. Justice Department's inspector general released a report Wednesday following a 19-month investigation into the Operation Fast and Furious scandal. It found no evidence that the department's top leaders, including Holder, kne …
In Bogalosa, LA a uniformed soldier was refused service by the Muslim owners because as the owner said "We don't serve your kind here." Where are Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, the ACLU but most importantly where is the U.S. Justice Department? Hmmm... I wonder what religion our President really is?
If you are interested this morning, go & have a look at the evidence released yesterday in the Trayvon Martin-George Zimmerman case. Most of it was, if taken objectively, to be expected. It appears there is much crow to be eaten by media types & race batters like Al Sharpton & Jesse Jackson. Oh & can we finally get an honest US Justice Department that will prosecute the Black Panthers? Point is, after a little more than an hr of reading, & listening to audio, I saw or heard nothing that amounts to murder or even manslaughter. Good luck getting Zimmerman convicted on that evidence. I'm no lawyer & I didn't sleep at a Holiday Inn Express, but I know there is some serious regrouping going on in the 'Trayvon Martin: Innocent Baby-Face Young Teen' camp.
Attorney General Eric Holder praised left-wing activist Rev. Al Sharpton at the opening of the National Action Network (NAN) convention on Wednesday, and also stressed that the Justice Department is conducting a thorough investigation of the fatal Trayvon Martin shooting that “will examine the facts...
It's official. Attorney General Eric Holder addressing the 14th National Action Network (NAN) convention has aligned himself with black radicals, race baiters, vigilante justice and the necessity of mob rule. The NAN was founded by Rev. Al Sharpton.
