Mark Allen came from 4-2 down to beat Judd Trump 6-4, while Mark Selby saw off Graeme Dott 6-2 at the UK Championship
Everyone is walking to his or her seat per half hour, some people r drinking or talking, even though more than 8 guys are working in the centre of the stage. I would like to believe this is a magic show rather than the UK snooker Championship. Anyway, 30pounds to watch Neil Robertson, Mark Selby, Stephen M, John H, Judd Trump, Mark Williams, Alan McManus and Jimmy White, that is not bad. Anyway, won't be York to enjoy this magic show anymore. Good luck to my essay and exam. Also, go on Judd!

MASTERS PREVIEW This tournament holds special memories for me as my fav player and snooker icon Paul Hunter won this tournament 3 times in 4 years b4 his tragic demise and each time I had my whack on and took right few grand out the bookie satchels ! This year the draw looks incred lop sided and this has handed the ace in pack Judd Trump a great opportunity to add to his 2011 uk title . Trump will be eager to put last months uk defeat behind him and the draw has been very kind to him with Barry Hawkins first up then a quarter final with either of the dogged Dott or Maguire . His likely semi final foe will be 2 time champion and world number 1 Mark Selby and tho he clinched his first UK title last month in third gear he'd have been delighted to see Trumps early exit and may well find the ace in pack to hot to handle this time round . The top half of draw is far trickier . First up for defending champ Neil Robertson is recent ptc winner and former champ Ding and this is a match worthy of a final let alon .. ...

Mark Selby again on top just after 5 weeks short duration world no 1 Judd Trump
Mark Selby lifted the williamhill.com UK Championship trophy after a final that was as spectacularly unpredictable as the tournament that came before it. As soon as he defeated Mark Davis in the semis, Selby, who started the tournament at 11/1 with the sponsors, was installed as 4/6 favourite for the match although by the start of play, his odds had drifted to 4/5 (Murphy had been well backed at 11/10). Selby was the fifth favourite of the tournament after Judd Trump, John Higgins, Neil Robertson and Murphy himself had all topped the betting at some stage throughout the nine days. “The final was full of spectacular snooker reflecting all that we have seen over the last nine days and we at williamhill.com are already looking forward to next year’s event,” said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly. “Selby was a worthy winner this week and having proved that he is over his injuries he now has to be considered a serious contender in The Crucible next year.” Selby has been cut from 9/1 to 8/1 to win the ...
