Regina Shafer November 30, 1923 - January 9, 2013 Regina Shafer, age 89 of Winchester, passed away Wednesday at her residence. She was a homemaker. Preceding her in death were her parents, Ollie Prince and Eliza Carter Prince; husband, Paul T. Shafer; and brothers, John Stanley Prince and Gerald Prince.
