The picture below was taken recently of Rep. Baltimore and the leading anti-gun legislators on “his” Judiciary Committee. The legislator on the far left is Rep. Mary Wolfe (D-Clinton). Wolfe, the ‘Ranking Member’ of the Democratic caucus in the Judiciary Committee has identified Constitutional Carry and Stand-Your-Ground legislation as the number one gun bills that she wants to kill! Remind your legislator that when he/she leaves Des Moines and comes back to the district looking for money, volunteer time, and your vote for their re-election campaign that you’re going to remember whether or not he/she supported this legislation when the opportunity came up. From my friend, D.a.: The veterans’ decision to ignore the closings quickly got the attention of Capitol Hill lawmakers. “I know that today we have Honor Flight veterans flying into Washington to come and enjoy the memorials here,” House majority leader Eric Cantor said at a press conference Tuesday. “I’m told that they are at the World War II memorial site, regardless of the barriers.” Cantor said those veterans — as “people who have served this country” — should “have the ability to enjoy that site.” The veterans appear to be from Iowa. Earlier on Tuesday, Fox 5 in DC reported that 150 World War II and Korean War veterans risking arrest at the memorial. One journalist at the site reported that Iowa Rep. Steve King, a Republican, played a role in helping the the veterans break into the memorial.
Assmblyman outdoes in condemning Iowa Rep. King on immigrant slur
Comprehending the Incomprehensible It is now apparent that not only did Boston Marathon bombers Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev abuse the United States’ asylum system, but that untold others hailing from countries with large populations of America-haters (many of them Muslims) have probably been doing likewise. The United States’ compassion for seekers of asylum from oppressive regimes has long been of benefit to the politically oppressed around the world. Now this, as well as other doorways of opportunity within our immigration and naturalization bureaucracy are routinely being exploited in order to gain access to Americans with the intention of doing us harm. The granting of asylum is one of the manners by which the federal government is allowing terrorist cells to develop here, according to Iowa Rep. Steve King, a member of the House Judiciary Committee. This week, my colleague Aaron Klein reported that Ilyas Akhmadov, a high-ranking Chechen separatist leader accused of terrorism by Russia, was gran ...

Akin's statements didn't surprise me, but the depth of his ignorance and the extent to which people with a lot more power than me... Sure, Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan, John Cornyn, Sean Hannity, and a host of "unnamed GOP officials" paid lip service to disapproving the sentiment, but then went ahead and ratified an official party platform that promotes a constitutional amendment that would outlaw abortions with no exception for rape or incest and wrote in an Official Bro Fist Bump for states who require women seeking abortions to receive a (penalty *** mandatory ultrasound before terminating their pregnancies.Must be her own fault because the female anatomy is full of 'scrubbing bubbles'. If you disagree with Iowa Rep. Steve King's positions on animal abuse, please help to get him voted out of office. "King is a longtime advocate for legalizing dogfighting, cockfighting, and other forms of animal torture. Most recently, he fought legislation that would make it illegal to bring a child to an animal fight. He has also set aside his love for states’ rights in order to forbid localities from enacting anti-animal torture standards." This man should not be deciding legislation the this country.
