They'd enjoyed too many late nights and they'd indulged in far too much of the champagne and other trappings of the good life. It was the grouse though.yeah.no worries about that mate. They'd also somehow managed to have kept the wheels turning with the proper and required attention to their careers and to their healthy exercise regimes. However with all of the excess joyful adventure and mad partying, the big galoot now found himself wit ...

Tony's Comic Book Pick Of The Day- The Incredible Hulk (1962) First Appearance Of The Hulk. In the debut, Lee chose gray for the Hulk because he wanted a color that did not suggest any particular ethnic group. Colorist Stan Goldberg, however, had problems with the gray coloring, resulting in different shades of gray, and even green, in the issue. After seeing the first published issue, Lee chose to change the skin color to green. Green was used in retellings of the origin, with even reprints of the original story being recolored for the next two decades, until The Incredible Hulk Vol. 2, (December 1984) reintroduced the gray Hulk in flashbacks set close to the origin story. Since then, reprints of the first issue have displayed the original gray coloring, with the fictional canon specifying that the Hulk's skin had initially been gray. [An exception is the early trade paperback, Origins of Marvel Comics, from 1974, which explains the difficulties in keeping the gray color consistent in a Stan Lee written ...
Whenever I think of my mother, the late Ms. Lucrecy Lane, first, I pause. Then I rejoice in the fact that I am the son of the only person I have ever known in my 54 years to this day, who I consider worthy of being called a hero to me. Oh, as a child of the sixties and that 70s generation, I had plenty of Marvel Comics heroes, such as The Incredible Hulk, The Mighty Thor and the original Avengers. I once owned all their original debut issues and many more. But they were superheroes no mortal could match. I have yet to see the Avengers movie, but like all the other Marvel flicks, I am sure my youngest son and I will check it out soon. Still, during the days of my childhood and teen years when I religiously awaited, bought, read and treasured every issue of The Fantastic Four, Spiderman and The Black Panther, none of these or others, such as The Rawhide Kid or The Two Gun Kid inspired in me any real expectation of becoming like them. Yes, I wanted to be as strong as the Hulk, immortal like Thor and as ...
