My major concern now is I might be peaking too early. Which makes me think that I have to slow down. Maybe, I should take a break for a while if this is really the case. Mabilog, he said, has brought many projects in the city. I didn't argue with him. Instead, I gave him my views on the issue. What is development? Do we measure it in terms of the infrastructure projects that rise in the city? Or do we base our perception on the number of big investments that come here?
