Obama says he feels sorry for the Palestinians. Just which Palestinians is he talking about? The Palestinians who, in 1948, fled their homes to neighboring countries when the Arab world attacked Israel and told the Palestinians they can return after Israel is destroyed? Or the Palestinians who lived in the West Bank under Jordanian (then Transjordan) occupation and annexation when Jordan attacked Israel in 1967 and lost both the war and the West Bank to Israel? Or the Palestinians who, while living in Jordan in the 1970s, envisioned Jordan becoming their Palestinian state and started a civil war where King Hussein ultimately killed thousands of Palestinians and forcibly removed many from of his country, making them refugees? Or the Palestinians who entered the Olympic Village in Munich, Germany, and murdered 11 Israeli athletes? Or the Palestinians who infiltrated a high school in Ma'alot, Israel, took 102 students hostage, injured 50 and murdered 22? Or the Palestinians who, among others, hijacked an Air ...
The State of Israel will argue tomorrow before the High Court of Justice that it does not discriminate against Palestinians in Area C, the West Bank, with regard to planning and construction. Last June we issued a report that relates how Israel ignores the needs of the local residents of Area C, prohibiting virtually all Palestinian construction and development there. Israel retains full control of land-related matters in Area C and views the area as meant above all to serve its own needs, such as the development of settlements, military training and commercial interests. Jordan Valley, | September 20, 2013 Israeli forces manhandle E.U. diplomats, seize West Bank aid Israeli soldiers manhandled European diplomats on Friday, September 20, 2013 and seized a truck full of tents and emergency aid they had been trying to deliver to Palestinians whose homes were demolished earlier this week. The diplomats said the Israel Defense Forces manhandled them and stopped them from bringing aid and supplies to Palestinians whose homes in the hamlet of Khirbet Makhoul were demolished on Monday. Meanwhile, the IDF said the attempt to erect the tents was a “provocation,” and that Palestinians attacked the soldiers at the scene. Khirbet Makhoul was home to about 120 people. The army razed their ramshackle houses, stables and a kindergarten on Monday after Israel’s High Court ruled that they did not have proper building permits. Despite losing their property, the inhabitants have refused to leave the land, where, they say, their families have lived for generations along with their flock ...

ON THE ONE HAND, WE HAVE THIS: In 2007, attorneys Michael Sfard and Shlomi Zecharya petitioned the High Court on behalf of the Israeli anti-settlement organization Peace Now, to implement the order. Since then, the state has changed its position several times, but in February 2011 Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu decided that these outposts, which are LOCATED ON PRIVATELY OWNED LANDS, would be demolished. ON THE OTHER HAND WE HAVE: a government and a state *** bent on preventing any kind of peace as they continue to steal and plunder. Anyone who thinks I don't know what I am talking about, do your research. It's all out there for people who want to know what's really going on in the occupied West Bank.

VIOLATIONS OF INTERNATIONAL LAW SodaStream is manufactured in the illegal Israeli settlement Ma’aleh Adumim on Palestine’s West Bank. Hundreds of Israeli security forces have raided and evicted an outpost set up by Palestinian activists in the occupied West Bank, despite an earlier injunction by Israel’s High Court preventing the government from such action.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered the security forces to evict the Palestinian outpost of Bab al-Shams in the E1 area of the West Bank, between Ma'aleh Adumim and Jerusalem. The government intends to request that the High Court cancel an injunction currently rendering the eviction impossible. Netanyahu has also ordered the IDF to close the routes leading up to the area and declare it a closed military zone in an attempt to stop Palestinians and activists from gathering at the scene.

30 Little Known Facts About Israel 1. Did you know that non-Jewish Israelis cannot buy or lease land in Israel? A Jew from any country in the world is guaranteed citizenship in Israel, while the Palestinians who have been there for centuries are oppressed and persecuted. 2. Did you know that instead of sewing an insignia on clothing to distinguish race (like the Germans did to the Jews before WW2), Palestinian license plates in Israel are color coded to distinguish Jews from non-Jews? 3. Did you know that East Jerusalem, the West Bank, Gaza, and the Golan Heights are all considered by the entire world community, including the United States and the United Nations, to be occupied territory and NOT part of the State of Israel? 4. Did you know that Israel allots 85% of the water resources for Jews, and the remaining 15% is divided among all Palestinians in the territories? For example in Hebron, 85% of the water is set aside for about 400 Jewish settlers, while the remaining 15% is distributed among Hebron's ...
