LINDIWE LEAVES DA South Africans can't read politics. They always make wild speculations. Lindiwe was offered a very rare opportunity to study Masters in Public Administration at one of the most prestigious institution in the world Harvard University. It is a one year program. Only a fool or shortsighted would reject that offer. Le nna I would grab that opportunity. Most of the world famous leaders studied there. "Harvard Law School has produced a large number of luminaries in law and politics including current President Barack Obama as well as 2012 Presidential candidate Mitt Romney. World leaders counted among its graduates include the current President of the Republic of China (Taiwan), Ma Ying-jeou, and former Vice President Annette Lu; former Chief Justice of the Republic of the Philippines, Renato Corona; Chief Justice of Singapore Sundaresh Menon; former President of the World Bank Group, Robert Zoellick; current United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Navanethem Pillay; and the former P ...
"He was born in Mexico. He didnt have a college degree. He became head of a car company and became governor. I mean, it would have never entered my mind to be in politics. This guy--how could you go from his beginnings and think: I can run for governor, I can run for president... For me, I started where he ended up, all right? I started off with money and education and Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School. For me, it was moving that far. [Shows distance between fingers] For him, it was moving like that. [Shows distance between his two arms]" --- Mitt Romney
Tom Joad wrote: I dropped in on Mitt Romney's page for no apparent reason and met a lot of his supporters who seem - more than disappointed. Take, for example, Wanda Hittner's comments about the First Lady: "You own it...now live with it...hope she is house broken" Hi there, Wanda Hittner! FLOTUS (First Lady of the United States) is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Law School, where lavatories are ...
Why Mitt Romney is Unlikable!? A lot is being said in the media about Mitt Romney not being "likable" or that he Doesn't "relate well" to people. Frankly, we struggled to understand why. So after much research, we have come up with a Top Ten List to explain this "un-likability." Top Ten Reasons To Dislike Mitt Romney: 1. Drop-dead, collar-ad handsome with gracious, statesmanlike aura. Looks like every central casting's choice for Commander-in-Chief. 2. Been married to ONE woman his entire life, and has been faithful to her, Including standing with her during life-threatening bouts with Breast Cancer and currently Multiple Sclerosis. 3. No scandals or skeletons in his closet. (How boring is that?) 4. Can't speak in a fake, southern, "black preacher voice" when ethnically necessary. 5. Highly intelligent. Graduated *** laude from both Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School...and by the way, his academic records are NOT sealed. He went to Harvard Business and Law at the same time! 6. Doesn't smoke .. ...
America Decides; meet the next First Ladies Tuesday, 06 November 2012 19:47 As the incumbent President of the United States of America and candidate of the Democratic Party, Barack Obama battles the Republican Party’s candidate, Mitt Romney to remain in power; this report gives background information of their spouses, who would eventually become the First Lady. Michelle Obama Michelle Obama, wife to President Obama, is known for her toned arms and penchant for sleeveless dresses, but the First Lady is much more than a national style icon. She has overtaken her husband in the approval ratings, scoring 69 percent against his 50 percent, giving her the unofficial title of most popular woman in America. Mrs Obama is the President’s most important political weapon, although as she once told ABC News:“I rarely step foot in The West Wing.” Her appearances on the campaign trail have kept donations and votes steadily creeping in but, as she repeatedly says, her first priority is to her teenage daughters, M ...

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - A big bus emblazoned with the words, "Patients Over Politics" rolled into town during Carolina Fest, and came to a stop a block or so from the site where Democrats had gathered for their national convention. Aboard were medical doctors from 17 states wearing their white smocks. They had just journeyed here from Tampa and the Republican National Convention. They are members of Doctors for America, a 6,000 member organization in all 50 states. They are defending the Affordable Care Act, often called "Obamacare," that Republican Presidential nominee Mitt Romney promises to repeal if elected. The doctors were greeted as heroes at a half-day forum here sponsored by Families USA and the Service Employees International Union at the NASCAR Museum that adjoins the Convention Center. Dr. Vivek Murthy, founder of the doctors' group, told the near-capacity crowd in the vast museum lobby that they had gathered "not just to celebrate what we have done. We're not there yet." The national debate on heal ...
A former businessman and governor, Mitt Romney's 2012 White House bid is his second attempt to win the Oval Office. During the 2008 election cycle, Romney lost the Republican nomination to Arizona Sen. John McCain. But after that loss, Romney maintained an active national political organization. In June 2011, he formally launched his 2012 campaign. Romney, who is Mormon, graduated from Brigham Young University in 1971 and then earned dual degrees from Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School. He helped found Bain Capital, an investment firm that bought and sold companies after turning them around. Romney also helped organize and run the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. Romney is wealthy, with assets for him and his wife, Ann, worth an estimated $190 million to $250 million, according to 2011 documents released by his campaign. A separate financial disclosure form filed with the Federal Election Commission around the same time stated that Romney's assets could be worth as much as $264 million. ...
We are in desperate need of a president who understands the complexities of a multi trillion dollar economy which is in serious trouble right now. There are only two choices, President Obama or Governor Mitt Romney. Now Mr. Obama said on Jay Leno a couple nights ago that he is unable to help his daughter with math beyond the seventh grade. On the other hand Mitt Romney graduated from Harvard Business School in the top five percent of his class while also attending Harvard Law School and graduating in the top third of that class. I believe I will put my trust in Mitt Romney to turn this economic disaster around which Mr. Obama just seems to be making worse. I hope you will do the same.
When Barack Obama was 16 … Mitt Romney joined Bain & Company and began amassing his fortune. When Obama graduated from Columbia University, with a degree in political science and international relations … Mitt was CEO of Bain & Company, growing his wealth in leaps and bounds. When Obama worked with a public interest research group in New York … Mitt founded Bain Capital adding millions to his personal riches. When Obama was in Chicago working with churches, schools, communities and governments: setting up job training & college prep tutoring programs, tenants' rights organizations, and working as a consultant/instructor for a community organizing institute … Mitt was still at Bain Capital increasing his already staggering personal treasure, while shipping US jobs overseas. While Obama was at Harvard Law School, and the first African American as editor of the “Harvard Law Review” … Mitt was still at Bain Capital making more millions. When Obama returned to Chicago after graduating with a J.D. ...
Have anyone seen Mitt Romney's binders that's full of women for employment? How out of touch is Mitt Romney with woman’s equality issues? I know Mitt Romney enrolled in Stanford University and Harvard Law School but he was not at the top of his class. Why is Mitt Romney clearly running away from the Bush legacy?
Mitt Romney went to Harvard Business and Law School in the 80s. Harvard Law School went co-ed in 1948, completely by 1949. During Romney’s entire time in business and Law School, he didn’t meet any competent, qualified women classmates that he thought might be viable for connections later on? No Harvard alumna?
I'd forgotten this fact until reminded today: Mitt Romney went to Harvard Law and Harvard Business School, wait for it. At the same time!
What I'm going to say is long, so bear with me... Obama 2016 is a movie I haven't seen, but based on the advertisements it doesn't look as if it speaks good of the president in any way and if I'm correct about that then I'm not interested. All it would be then is a biased movie made by a group of hateful white folks who don't like the very thought that their president is a black man. And a well educated one at that. Obama made history at Harvard Law School when he became the first black president of the Harvard Law Review. After he graduated Obama was offered a high paying job in Corporate America potentially making millions a year, but he refused those offers and went to work in the poor neighborhoods of Chicago to help the poor and less fortunate and represent those who have been falsely accused and could not afford an attorney, but he gets no respect or recognition for making that decision. Mitt Romney, however, has never done anything for average people like you and me and he's proud of it. Mitt Romne ...

Mitt Romney was in more of an attack mode on President Barack Obama, and he is very aggressive, but in the wrong way. Like Barack said, "Where is his back-up plan? Talking quick and slick will not get my vote, I want facts, evidence! So what, Mitt Romney earned a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University and, in 1975, a joint Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Harvard University. Barack Obama attended three colleges. First he attended Occidental College in Los Angeles, CA then after 2 years he transferred to and graduated from Columbia University in New York City. Then to obtain his Law Degree he attended Harvard Law School and graduated magna *** laude. Way to go Obama. God bless you Mr. President!
Republicans vs Democrats: The 2012 Election Who are the contenders? In the Democrat’s corner is Barak Obama. Even without taking into consideration President Obama’s ineffective measures to improve the economy during his tenure in Office, let’s evaluate his qualifications in the field of economics. In 1979, Obama enrolled at Occidental College. In 1981, he transferred to Columbia University where he majored in political science with a specialty in international relations. Thereafter, he worked for one year with the Business International Corporation where he interviewed business experts, researched trends in foreign exchange, and followed market developments. Subsequently thereto, he worked in one form or another with community activist organizations. In 1988, he entered Harvard Law School, and graduated in 1991. From there he embarked upon a career as a civil rights attorney, continued with activist organizations, and became a professor at the University of Chicago Law School. As we all know ...
From an email that was forwarded to me by a friend: First Lady Michelle Obama’s pitch to voters last night relied on the premise that she and her husband understand what it is to struggle to make ends meet. She spoke movingly about their early years--about how a young Barack Obama drove a car that was “rusted out" and found his furniture “in a dumpster,” how they both came from families that had to “scrape by.” Her fairy tale--however well-delivered--was one great, big, colorful lie. Both Michelle Robinson and Barack Obama began their adult lives with a leg up on the rest of America. They attended elite schools: Michelle went to Whitney Young, the public magnet school for Chicago’s upper class, while Barack attended Punahou, the private prep school for the top stratum of Hawaiian society. They were accepted to Ivy League schools despite undistinguished credentials, and both attended Harvard Law School. “[B]elieve it or not, when we were first married, our combined monthly student loan bill ...
I am sick and tired of the media saying that Americans feel that they are out-of-touch with Mitt Romney compared to Obama. Excuse me, but I didn't live in Hawaii growing up, going to a prestigious private school, someone paying for me to attend Harvard, doing cocaine and other drugs, passing the bar only to be forced to give up my right to practice law or face criminal charges, become a community organizer through associations with Chicago criminals, becoming a state senator and having homosexual experiences. Oh, and attending a left wing church that calls for the damning of America. Do I respect Mitt Romney? He attended Harvard Law School and Business School at the same time while being married and having children. He and a few friends made an extremely successful business from nothing but their hard work and intellects. He became a successful governor of Massachusetts. He quit his business to run the beleaguered Winter Olympics and made it successful. He has never drank alchohol, smoked cigarettes, done ...
