it is not like Gal Gadot or Christian Bale or Henry Cavill or Tom Holland have particularly exceptional acting skills.
New reports reveal that Christian Bale is in talks for Danny Boyle's Steve Jobs biopic, while Gal Gadot and Pedro Pascal are circling riles in Ben-Hur.
I am now quite convinced that in 2024, we will have gigantic three hour epic DC CRISIS film starring Stephen Amell, Katie Cassidy, Brandon Routh, Grant Gustin, Matt Ryan, Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Mamoa, Ray Fisher, Dwayne Johnson, Tom Welling, Justin Hartley, Ryan Reynolds, Christian Bale, Keanu Reeves, Michael Keaton, Adam West, Linda Carter, and Dean Cain, as well as the main cast members of any other DC shows that pop up between now and then, and will be made complete with posthumous cameos from Christopher Reeve and George Reeves.
I'm so disappointed in the casting choices for Batman vs Superman. As well as the story. I was delighted that Gal Gadot will be playing Wonder Woman, as she was in the Israeli Army, so she'll definitely be bringing the appropriate energy to the role, as well as bulking up as Christian Bale had to for the 20th Batman movie. I don't really like Ben Affleck as an actor. And casting Jesse Eisenberg to me is a big fail. Lex Luthor being a young entrepreneur was already done on Smallville. Jeremy Irons isn't old enough to be Alfred, and now they've basically given Wonder Woman a Cameo Appearance, establishing that the Amazons were the descendants of the Kryptonians. Of course this gives into: where would women be without men? I'm very disappointed in you DC as I have been for years ever since you created the New 52. To me, the DC Animated Universe (founded by Bruce Timm and Paul Dini) will be the only DC universe I will ever truly embrace. Sigh.
Superman stood for "Truth, Justice, and the American Way" and yet was played by the Englishmen, Henry Cavill in "Man of Steel". Batman in the Christopher Nolan Batman trilogy was played by Welsh actor, Christian Bale. Now, Wonder Woman, the heroin known for sporting a red, white, and blue costume will be played by the Israeli actress, Gal Gadot. So, let's get Matthew Mcconaughey to go to England and portray Captain Britain and have Vin Diesel portray James Bond, and then have Carrot Top be the next Doctor Who.
Gal Gadot is too thin? Did you see Christopher Reeve, Brandon Routh and Christian Bale when they were cast? EVERYONE works out playing hero!
