I was just watching Foghorn Leghorn on Hulu & man I hate these new voices. Can't you get a little closer to Mel Blanc quality?
.Well, Mel Blanc does the voice of Daffy Duck, Tasmanian Devil, and all those characters like Foghorn Leghorn.

As an aspiring Voice Actor I would be an ingrate if I didn't think of today as a Holiday. Because today, the Original Voice Actor, the Man of 1000 Voices, the Great, Mel Blanc would have been 106. Most people today wouldn't know him by his real name, but rather the names of, Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Tweedy Bird, Sylvester the Cat, Foghorn Leghorn, Marvin the Martian, and so many more. All of these were the same man. The first Voice Actor to ever receive on screen credit for his performances Mel Blanc is with out a doubt the Father of a profession I hope to one day call my own. Probably my favorite story about Blac is that, in 1961 he was in a horrible car wreck that ended up putting him in a coma. Unresponsive for weeks, the Doctors had tried everything they could to bring him out of it. When they had almost given up hope, the Doctor said to Mel one day "Bugs, hello Bugs, are you in there." To which the Comatose Blac responded "Yea Doc, what's up?" The doctors continued this until he made a full ...
Voice talent/actor Mel Blanc would have been 106 today! The man that brought us so many great voices: Bugs Bunny, Foghorn Leghorn, Barney Rubble, Daffy Duck... Here's to the "Man of a 1,000 voices"!
Today's either/or celebrates the life of the incomparable Mel Blanc. He voiced hundreds of unforgettable characters...so we ask...either Yosemite Sam, OR Foghorn Leghorn? Gary goes with that little guy with the big guns, Yosemite Sam. Cindy and Andrew both chose that laid back rooster, Foghorn Leghorn. What do YOU say?
The NBA announcers are all talking about Lebron's legacy... I can never hear the word legacy without imagining Mel Blanc's "Foghorn Leghorn" staring lasciviously at some plump little chicken named Delores. She is wearing a slinky gown with a slit and red pumps...And Foghorn says."Ah say, Ah say! What's this ah here leg ah see!!!"

A shaggy dog is the guard at a farm's chicken coop when a lip-smacking weasel comes along, intending to gain access to the chickens. And, never one to side with a canine, Foghorn Leghorn opts to help the weasel by trying to violently remove the guard dog.

A prize-fighting banty rooster, so slap-happy that he goes into a punching spree whenever he hears a bell, falls out of a truck and onto the farm where Foghorn Leghorn is in the midst of his usual sparring match with the barnyard dog.
