I was going to write a full-length analysis of my choices like I did for the Emmys, but I found that doing so for this, I found myself repeating a lot of the same things I wrote back then. I also figured that my analysis of the film nominations would sound the same if I did a blog post for this, the Critics Choice Awards, and the Oscars. So what I've decided to do is only write full analysis blogs for the Emmys and the Oscars only; that way I don't run out of ideas to say. However, like my Emmy Award choices, for the Golden Globes, I picked two winners for each category: my main choice and my backup choice, because you never know how an awards show might try to surprise you. Remember, these are my personal choices to win, even if they're not the popular choice. Here are my Golden Globe picks for each category: Television: Best Performance By An Actor In A Television Series, Comedy Or Musical: Main vote: Jim Parsons—“The Big Bang Theory” Backup vote: Michael ...
