Each week, our stable of NBA experts will take a close look at the big issues in the NBA.We've reached the halfway point of the season, so the Starting Five decided to go into prediction mode... As things stand right now, who wins the Eastern Conference? Simon Legg - NBA Australia: Washington I'd like to start this by saying that it's January so there's no need for any backlash! It's simply a midseason check in. I understand that most of the Starting Five crew will look at Chicago, and why not? Tom Thibodeau finally has his most talented roster, Derrick Rose is back, Jimmy Butler continues to rise, but what about the team that causes them serious problems...? So, that brings me to the Wizards! We all know what happened in the playoffs, the Wizards dismantled the Bulls in five games. Marcin Gortat and Nene had their way with the Bulls' frontcourt, and that hasn't changed to begin this season, even with the addition of Pau Gasol. Plus, can you bank on Chicago being fit? They've played 42 games this seaso .. ...

The Chicago Bulls are a professional basketball team based in Chicago, Illinois, playing in the Central Division of the Eastern Conference in the National Basketball Association (NBA). The team was founded in 1966. They play their home games at the United Center. The team is well known for having one of the greatest dynasties in NBA and sports history during the 1990s, winning six championships in eight years with two three-peats. All six of those championship teams were led by Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, and coach Phil Jackson.
With a healthy Derrick Rose and the addition of Pau Gasol, where do you think the Chicago Bulls will end up in the Eastern Conference?
San Antonio (1) vs Miami (2) Miami’s 4th Consecutive Eastern Conference Championship (1st since Boston Celtics 1984-1987) San Antonio’s 6th Overall Western Conference Championship (2nd in the West only to Los Angeles [30]) First NBA Finals rematch since Chicago Bulls vs Utah Jazz (1997-1998) After a certain point, it is very difficult to measure or properly evaluate teams via statistics. When reaching the finals of any sports tournament (especially one decided by a best of 7 format), one can hardly remember one’s shooting percentage or number of turnovers unless it sets a record for the final round of competition. Instead, the true human factors are the key. The 2014 NBA Finals are no different. In the Miami Heat, we have the first true dynasty of the Social Media Era forming before our very eyes. With Indiana’s bewildering collapse, there are truly no contenders on the horizon in the Eastern Conference who can challenge Miami for their iced-out throne. Their only true threats have come from the W ...
Bulls-Wizards Preview already rough-and-tumble playoff series between the Washington Wizards and Chicago Bulls now has a full-blown fracas, an ejection and a Game 4 suspension for Nene. Recent Wizards Loops What everyone will be watching when these clubs meet Sunday, with Washington leading the Eastern Conference series 2-1, is just how physical the play will get - and whether things will escalate again. ''There's a lot of pushing and shoving and talking,'' Wizards coach Randy Wittman said Saturday, before the NBA announced Nene would sit out Game 4. ''We just have to be sure we're keeping our composure in that area. I don't want them stepping back at all from a physicality standpoint. Not at all. It just reaches that line, and we've got to know where that line is.'' Nene was tossed with about 8 1/2 minutes left in the fourth quarter of Chicago's Game 3 victory Friday night after wrapping both hands around the back of Jimmy Butler's head and neck as they stood so close their foreheads touched. Rod Thorn, ...
Blogs: The Chicago Bulls are now on The Top 3 Seed on The Eastern Conference, are They Better without Rose? are They Ready again for a Championship? After what seemed like an interminable, months long chase, the Chicago Bulls have finally caught up with the Toronto Raptors as the torturous 82-game regular season nearly comes to an end. A Bulls win over the sloppy Detroit Pistons on Friday night coupled with a Raptors' 108-100 loss to the New York Knicks in Toronto rearranged the overall standings in the Eastern Conference. At 47-32, the Bulls are now nestled in third place, dislodging the 46-33 Raptors, who staggered down to fourth. The upgrade is a mighty huge deal for the Bulls because a 3 seed puts them in a position to play either the Washington Wizards or the Charlotte Bobcats in opening round while a 4 seed means a date with the dangerous Brooklyn Nets, a team laden with veterans, on a tear and primed for a deep postseason run. The Bulls and Raptors each have 3 games left to play and they can easily ...

March 19, 1995 -- One day after announcing "I'm back," and after 21 months of mini-retirement, Michael Jordan suits up for the Chicago Bulls at Market Square Arena in Indianapolis. The struggling Bulls are just 34-31 after a 3-game win streak, but suffer a 103-96 overtime loss to the Indiana Pacers in Jordan's return. The former 3-time NBA champion shoots 7-for-28 and scores 19 points to go with six rebounds and six assists. Over the final 17 games of the season, he will average 26.9 points per game, but the Bulls manage only a 3rd-place finish in the Central Division, and will lose in six games to the Orlando Magic in the Eastern Conference semi-finals.
Miami and Indiana, the 2 best Eastern Conference teams by a mile, have lost a combined 7 straight games, each being mired in season-long losing streak, while the winningest NBA team in 2014 is, um, the Chicago Bulls. COME AGAIN ?!! So incredulous I could laugh. Oh well, still 20 games to go to get the mojo back...

Cavs acquire Luol Deng in trade with Bulls... There's some shifting going on in the Eastern Conference, and when the Wizards face the Chicago Bulls on Monday at United Center they'll look different. Luol Deng, two-time All-Star forward who hadn't received the max extension he wanted from the Bulls in his 10th season, won't be there. "We have great respect for Luol Deng, as a player and a person. He has been an incredible contributor to our team on the court, and he has also done great things in the community," said Gar Forman, Bulls general manager in a statement. "On behalf of the entire Bulls organization, I want to thank Luol for his years in Chicago." Andrew Bynum, acquired from the Cleveland Cavaliers, is expected to be released, making him a free agent. The move helps the Bulls clear out room under the salary cap, as much as $15 million, because Bynum's contract isn't fully guaranteed. While Bynum loses money in the transaction he can find a home with a championship-caliber team such as Miami Heat, ...
(Sports Network) - If the Boston Celtics plan to take one more run at the top spot in the Eastern Conference, they will have to bring their A-game to the Windy City tonight against the Chicago Bulls. The Atlantic Division champion Celtics are three full games behind the Central kings, the Bulls, with just five games left in the regular season for both clubs. A loss tonight by Boston would all but eliminate the Cs in the race for the top seed. Its going to be like Game 1 of a playoff series between teams trying to get to the Finals, Celtics forward Jeff Green said. Weve just got to come out, focus on the defensive end, and be sure were ready to play. Playoffs is like the main course, Boston superstar Kevin Garnett added. This will definitely be the appetizer. In their last encounter on Tuesday the defending East champs dismantled long- time rival Philadelphia when Rajon Rondo finished with 16 points and 13 assists, as the Celtics used a dominant second half to beat the 76ers, 99-82, at TD Garden. Paul Pier ...
Here my Eastern Conference standings predictions for the 2013-2014 season. 1. Miami Heat- Lebron James. Chris Bosh. Dwayne Wade. Oh and they pretty much replaced Jwuan Howard and Mike Miller with Greg Oden and Michael Beasley. 2. Indiana Pacers- Another year for Paul George to improve. Can also say the same about Roy Hibbert. Danny Granger is back. Replaced Psycho T with a better back up PF, Luis Scola. Added CJ Watson, Chris Copeland. Stacked team. 3. Chicago Bulls- Derrick Rose is back. MVP Candidate, healthy Deng, Noah, and Hinrich. Had an underrated free agent signing with Mike Dunleavy Jr. They also have the 3rd best coach in the league. 4. Brooklyn Nets- Just look at their starting 5. They finished 4th in the East last year. And had Reggie Evans at PF. Now Kevin Garnett plays PF. Could be a top 3 team. But can Kidd coach them. And will it work. Probably the most stacked team in the NBA other then Miami. But Lakers did this last year and they finished 7th in the west. 5. New York Knicks- Carmelo Anth ...

Can Paul George, David West and the rest of the Indiana Pacers upset the favored Miami Heat? (AP photo) When everyone thought that the Eastern Conference will come down to Miami and New York in the Conference Finals, well here is Indiana spoiling the party. They see themselves as competitors in the Playoffs for a second consecutive season, but this time with much at stake – a spot in the NBA Finals. The Pacers won the season series 2-1. Together with New York, they were the only two teams that were able to beat Miami twice this season. The Pacers’ only loss came as they became among the Heat’s casualties in their historical 27-game winning streak. But they now face a newly improved Miami lineup. Let us take a closer look on these two teams heading into battle. Miami Heat As expected, the Heat were able to manhandle the Chicago Bulls by blowing them away in five games and winning 45 of their last 48 games. It was rough at the beginning and the Bulls eventually ran out of gas heading into the next gam ...
Chicago Bulls guard Derrick Rose was ruled out of their 94-91 loss in Game 5 of an Eastern Conference semifinal against the Miami Heat, meaning he officially missed the entire season after undergoing ACL surgery on May 12, 2012.
The Miami Heat hold off the Chicago Bulls to advance to their third straight NBA Eastern Conference Finals. LeBron James scored 23 points, Dwayne Wade added 18 and had a brilliant 45-second sequence that proved crucial, and the Heat clawed back from an 11-point second-half deficit to beat the Chicago Bulls 94-91 and close out their second-round series in five games. The Heat outscored Chicago 25-14 in the fourth quarter to escape and advance. And Miami moved on, now halfway home in its quest for a second straight National Basketball Association Champion title. Carlos Boozer finished with 26 points and 14 rebounds for the Bulls, who were without Derrick Rose for the 99th straight game. Nate Robinson scored 21 points, Jimmy Butler had 19, and Richard Hamilton 15 for the Bulls. The Heat will almost surely be big favorites against either Indiana or New York, though it's certain either opponent would enter a series against Miami with plenty of confidence. The Knicks went 3-1 against the Heat this season, outsc ...
Sports Fast-Break for 5-14-2013 FLOP YOU: JAMES, HEAT FLIP OFF BULLS 88-65 One day after Chicago Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau was fined $35,000 in part for complaining that LeBron James flopped after being pushed by Bulls center Nazr Mohammad in Game 3, James and the Miami Heat flicked the Bulls away as if they were nothing more that pesky gnats in Game 4 on Monday, crushing Chicago 88-65 to take a 3-1 lead in the series. James finished with 27 points, while Miami’s stifling defense held the Bulls to a franchise-low point total in the playoffs. The Heat can close out the Eastern Conference semifinal series at home in Game 5 tomorrow. ROARING BACK: GRIZZLIES GRAB 3-1 LEAD WITH 103-97 OT WIN That roar you’re hearing is not the sound of thunder, rather it’s the sound of a grizzly coming in for the kill. Eastern Conference: 1 Miami Heat VS 5: Chicago Bulls- Miami is going to steamroll to another NBA championship. Just wanted to get that out of the way. Chicago eeked past a good Brooklyn team. Now they face a great juggernaut. Prediction: Heat in 5. 2 New York Knicks VS 3: Indiana Pacers- Some people will probably call this a throwback to the 90's, when these teams met seemingly every year in the playoffs. It will be a good series, but the rivalry between these teams has simmered down over the years. Both teams started dominantly in the first round, only to be pushed to a sixth and decisive game. I think the Knicks have the edge on offense, and home court. Indiana has the edge on defense. Its going to be fun. Prediction: Knicks in 7. Western Conference: 1 OKC Thunder VS 5: Memphis Grizzlies- I said in the last round that as the playoffs moved along, the Thunder would miss having James Harden to come off the bench. Now they are also missing their star point guard Russel Westbrook. Memphis plays slow it down ...

Chicago Bulls Trade Rumors: Shooting guard trade off table? (Video) Chicago Bulls Trade Rumors as the NBA trade deadline approaches have been pretty frequent, but the team may not need to make a move after all. On Monday night (Jan. 28), Luol Deng returned to the starting lineup for the Bulls, putting the team very close to being at full strength for the first time this season. When starting point guard Derrick Rose comes back in February, this could be one of the teams to beat in the Eastern Conference. Rumors of the team needing to improve at guard have been pushed down by some impressive play by Jimmy Butler. Though Butler returns to the bench with the return of Deng and primarily plays small forward, he has been averaging in double-figures scoring over... ~SportsMan

Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett took over in overtime, as the Boston Celtics outlasted the Utah Jazz 110-107. The Celtics' veteran leaders combined for 11 of Boston's 13 points in the extra period, and that proved to be the difference. They were dominant offensively, getting good looks that they just couldn't miss. Utah used a 25-point fourth quarter to overcome a sizable deficit and force overtime, but from there, there was no stopping the Celtics. Boston was playing the final game of their five-game West Coast road trip and got to go home on a high note. Pierce led Boston with 26 points, including seven in overtime. The Celtics placed six players in double figures as well. Gordon Hayward provided the punch off the bench for Utah, getting 26 points of his own. The win pushes the Celtics to 30-27 on the season and to within 2.5 games of the Chicago Bulls and the No. 6 spot in the Eastern Conference. Utah falls to 31-26, but holds steady to their spot as the No. 7 seed in the West. Let's hit the Bleacher Rep ...
New York, Feb. 25, 2013 – The Miami Heat’s LeBron James and the Los Angeles LakersKobe Bryant today were named Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Week, respectively, for games played Tuesday, Feb. 19 through Sunday, Feb. 24. James led the Heat to a 4-0 week, which included road wins over the Atlanta Hawks, Chicago Bulls and Philadelphia 76ers. He averaged 23.5 points (fifth in the conference), 9.3 assists (second in the conference), 2.25 steals (third in the conference) and 7.8 rebounds. James posted two double-doubles and a 16-point, 11-assist, 10-rebound triple-double on Feb. 23 at Philadelphia as the Heat became the first club in the East to reach 40 wins. At 40-14 (.741), Miami owns a six-game advantage over the next closest Eastern Conference team, the Indiana Pacers (35-21, .625). Bryant led the Lakers to a 3-0 week, which included wins over the Boston Celtics and Portland Trail Blazers. He finished second in the conference in scoring at 31.3 ppg, and added 7.7 rebounds and 6.0 as ...
Bulls-Wizards Preview As successful as their recent homestand was, the Chicago Bulls have been even better lately on the road. A visit to one of the Eastern Conference's worst teams would appear to give the Bulls a prime chance for another win away from home, but the Washington Wizards have proved difficult to beat at home lately. The Bulls will seek a sixth consecutive road victory and their season-high fourth in a row overall by denying the Wizards their longest win streak at the Verizon Center in five seasons Saturday night. Chicago (26-16) finished 3-1 in its homestand and earned a decisive 103-87 victory over Golden State in Friday's finale. Kirk Hinrich had a season-high 25 points and Nate Robinson scored 22 for the Bulls, whose lone blemish on the homestand was an overtime loss to Memphis last Saturday. In his fourth straight start in place of All-Star Luol Deng, Jimmy Butler recorded his first career double-double (16 points, 12 rebounds). Carlos Boozer and fellow All-Star Joakim Noah also pulled ...
Bulls chosen Tim Duncan was selected to his 14th All-Star Game, Spurs teammate Tony Parker is joining him, and the Chicago Bulls also had two reserves chosen Thursday for next month's game in Houston. Joakim Noah and Luol Deng were picked from the Bulls, who have stayed in the thick of the Eastern Conference playoff race despite the season-long absence of point guard Derrick Rose. Noah is one of five first-time All-Stars for the East, along with New York's Tyson Chandler, Indiana's Paul George, Cleveland's Kyrie Irving, and Philadelphia's Jrue Holiday. Miami's Chris Bosh, picked for his eighth All-Star team, rounded out the East squad. West forwards David Lee (Golden State), LaMarcus Aldridge (Portland) and Zach Randolph (Memphis) all were picked for the second time. Houston's James Harden was chosen for the first time and joins former Oklahoma City teammate Russell Westbrook, headed to his third straight All-Star Game. Duncan wasn't chosen last year for the first time in his career but has bounced back w ...
Below is my prediction as to how the Eastern Conference and the Western Conference will wind up come the end of the season, based on the 1st half on all teams. EAST: 1. Miami Heat 2. New York Knicks 3. Chicago Bulls 4. Brooklyn Nets 5. Indiana Pacers 6. Boston Celtics 7. Atlanta Hawks 8. Milwaukee Bucks Not a very surprising East. I have Boston turning it on just enough to slide into the Spot so they can avoid Miami until the Conference Finals (If they win the series with the Bulls.) Anyone else surprised at all with the way the Chicago Bulls have played? As of today, they are fourth in the East, 10 games ABOVE .500, without their All-Star Point Guard Derrick Rose, who should return sometime in late February from ACL Reconstruction Surgery. WEST: 1. Oklahoma City Thunder 2. San Antonio Spurs 3. Los Angeles Clippers 4. Memphis Grizzles 5. Denver Nuggets 6. Golden State Warriors 7. Houston Rockets 8. Portland Trailblazers Yes, I have the Lakers sitting this one out. I just don't see much happening at this p ...
Mid-Season Reviews: At the technical mid-point of the season, I think it’s time to have a look back at the first half of the season and pick out the best teams, the most surprising and the worst teams. Also, at this time I see who is on my MVP ladder at this stage of the season and which of the rookies have performed the best this season. Eastern Conference: Best Team- Miami Heat (Record: 26-12) The Heat have been playing beautifully of late, despite a few slip ups against lower teams such as Washington. LeBron James has once again led this team beautifully, adding mightily on the offensive and the defensive sides of the floor. With also some solid contributions from Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh as well as from the bench, the Heat are beautifully poised to go deep into the Playoffs and have a chance to defend their NBA title. The Surprise Packet- Chicago Bulls (Record: 24-16) Yes, the Bulls are playing without Derrick Rose and yes they were all but written off pre-season, but the Chicago Bulls are 8 games ...
For much of the NBA history, especially the 1990s, the Eastern Conference always ended up as NBA Champions. Only in 1994, 1995 and 1999 seasons the Western Conference ruled the NBA. The 1990s NBA was dominated by Michael Jordan led Chicago Bulls for 6 of 10 years. The only other Eastern Conference that ruled the NBA was the Bad Boys of Detroit Pistons in 1990, part of their back to back championship run. The Michael Jordan led Chicago Bulls had two Three-Peats during the 1990s (1991-1993; 1996-1998) during the same span. Houston Rockets won two consecutive NBA titles (1994 and 1995) and San Antonio Spurs during the worst lockout shortened season that was marred by Michael Jordan's second retirement right at my birthday, January 13, 1999. Therefore, despite only 4 teams won the NBA title during the 1990s, however the 1990s NBA was the fiercest, most physical, most challenging and most intense competition the NBA has ever seen and ever will see. In the sport of basketball in general, the 1990s saw the most ...
Chicago Bulls: "If Rose can make a full recovery, the Bulls are serious contenders for the Eastern Conference crown." (Source: Chad Ford)
Carmelo came back into the Knicks lineup after missing two games against Eastern Conference rivals, the reigning Miami Heat and the Chicago Bulls. The Knicks destroyed the reigning champs by a 20 point deficit, and lost a game full of turnovers and bad shooting to the Bulls. Melo played 39 minutes in tonight's win against Denver, and dropped 34 points while going 10 for 24 from the field. Melo also wrapped in 6 rebounds and 2 steals in his first game back from receiving five stitches in one of his fingers, which he suffered while diving to save a ball in a game against the Charlotte Bobcats. Chandler collected another double-double, while also adding to a great rebounding week, coming off of an 18 rebound performance in Chicago. JR Smith collected 15 points and 9 rebounds in tonight's win against the Denver Nuggets. The New York Knicks took a three and a half game lead on the Brooklyn Nets in the Eastern Atlantic Conference. New York will next face the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday.
After blowing a 27-point lead and falling 93-92 to the Milwaukee Bucks in their most recent game, the Chicago Bulls must step-up their game if they are to have any chance of contending in the Eastern Conference...
Last year’s Chicago Bulls finished with the best record in the Eastern Conference behind the league’s best defense (98.9 points against per 100 possessions). That dominant defense, designed by defensive mastermind Tom Thibodeau and anchored by Joakim Noah, as well as one of the NBA’s best bench unit...

Chicago Bulls: in the Eastern Conference Playoffs. Just expect Rose to be back to where he was before: Dominant.
The Derrick Rose injury from the 2012 NBA Playoffs may force fantasy basketball owners to decide if he is worth holding on to in keeper leagues this fall. On Friday (September 21), ESPN posted a report that updated his injury situation and nothing about it sounded very positive. Rose, who has been trying to recover from ACL surgery, is targeting March of 2013 as his time to return to a NBA court. The decision might be out of his hands, though, especially if Bulls owner Jerry Reinsdorf doesn't feel that Rose is ready yet. Either way, the Bulls are going to have a tough time staying among the elite teams in the Eastern Conference next season. Even in a best case scenario, Rose is going to miss most of the fantasy basketball regular season. That hurts his draft value quite substantially and makes him a risk to hold on to in keeper leagues. Keeping a player that would go immediately to the bench is extremely risky in fantasy basketball, especially if it means sacrificing a first-round pick to make it possible ...
Derrick Rose has been the fire that has kept the Chicago Bulls as the leaders in the Eastern Conference. With a convincing 101-84 win over the Charlotte Bobcats, the Bulls have clinched a playoff spot and hold a one and a half game lead over the Boston Celtics.
Prediction time...comment if you disagree: D. Rose and the Chicago Bulls will make a surging comeback in the Eastern Conference this upcoming season but the defending champion Miami Heat will knock them out in the Eastern Conference Finals behind Lebron's newly found low post dominance in rout to facing the Western Conference super power of the newly formed Los Angeles Lakers!
Desperately looking to fill the void until Derrick Rose returns, the Chicago Bulls have signed free agent guard Nate Robinson. Robinson returns to the Eastern Conference after brief stints with the Oklahoma City Thunder and Golden State Warriors.
The Heat lost the opening game 88–80 and got off to a 9–8 start. Much of the speculation was that Spoelstra could lose his job and that Heat president Pat Riley would return as coach.[16] However after a "players only" meeting the team began to gel as they pulled together a 12-game win streak (10 of them by double-digits) and limited the opposition under 100 points in all those games. On January 27, 2011, via fan voting, Dwyane Wade (guard) was selected to be starters for the Eastern Conference at the All-Star Game. A few days later, forward Chris Bosh was selected as a reserve, The Heat finished with a 58–24 record, third best in team history and a second overall seed, behind the Chicago Bulls who had the NBA's best record. In the NBA Playoffs, Miami defeated the Philadelphia 76ers in the First round, Boston Celtics in the Conference Semifinals, and Bulls in the Conference Finals, all in 5 games respectively. The Heat then reached the 2011 NBA Finals for the first time since 2006 in a rematch again ...
Dwight Howard of the Orlando Magic and Derrick Rose of the Chicago Bulls top the Eastern Conference, while Kobe Bryant of the Los Angeles Lakers and Kevin Durant of the Oklahoma City Thunder lead the Western Conference after the second returns of 2012 NBA All-Star Balloting. Howard, who leads the NBA in rebounding (15.6 rpg), is the overall leader with 1,161,797 votes. The 2012 NBA All-Star Game will be played at Amway Center in Orlando on Sunday, Feb. 26, 2012. Celtics-Heat Preview MIAMI (AP) -- In 2010, Boston ousted Dwyane Wade in the first round and LeBron James in the second round. A year later, Wade and James were teammates and turned the tables, sending the Celtics into the offseason. Here comes the tiebreaker. Celtics-Heat, one more time -- with a berth in the NBA finals as the reward. For the fifth time in seven years, it'll be Boston or Miami winning the Eastern Conference championship. Game 1 of that title series is Monday night in Miami, with the Heat saying it almost seemed predestined that they would be seeing the Celtics again, and Boston's perspective being that the team in green is exactly where it expected to be as well. "Inevitable. It's the matchup the game of basketball wants," Wade said Sunday afternoon. "Obviously, with the Chicago Bulls being out, this is the biggest matchup the Eastern Conference can have. So we accept the challenge and we look forward to the series."
Doc Rivers Gets 50th Playoff Victory-The Boston Celtics advanced to the Eastern Conference semi-finals with a 83-80 victory Thursday over Atlanta Hawks beind Kevin Garnett's 28 points and 14 rebounds. Boston will rekindle old rivalry when it hosts the Philadelphia 76'ers in best-of-seven series starting Saturday night. Philly with a 79-78 victory over the Chicago Bulls gave coach Doug Collins his first playoff win since 1989.
My Vision: If the Sixers get pass Chicago Bulls. How do you spell Eastern Conference Finals. Heat vs Sixers!
Chicago Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau said injured center Joakim Noah will not play in Sunday's Game 4 against the Philadelphia 76ers, with Omer Asik starting instead as the Bulls try to tie the Eastern Conference series at 2-2."Next man up," Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau said. I really do feel for Derrick Rose and the fans of the Chicago Bulls. We all know that for the second year in a row, the title from the Eastern Conference had to go through the House that Mike Built. The Miami Heat (my chosen team for this year and last) will still face difficulties from Boston and (gulp) Indiana in making it to the Championship Series. Sorry Kara Smith
