Okay Nancy Mueller, here is my attempt at 15 authors. At first I thought 15 would be hard, but then I came up with more. Some have had only one book that has been significant, others all have been special to me. Here's how it works, according to The Rules: Fifteen authors (poets included) who've influenced you and who will always stick with you. List the first 15 you can recall in no more than 15 minutes. Tag at least 15 friends, including me, because I'm interested in seeing what authors my friends choose. (To do this, copy this intro, paste the intro into the "body" and start your list.) My List, in no particular order: Ann Patchett, Anya Seton, Diana Gabaldon, Margaret Atwood, Oscar Wilde, Jane Austen, Nevil Shute, Laura Ingalls Wilder, C.S. Lewis, Pete Hamill, Donna Tartt, Anna Quindlen, Mary Kerr, Annie Lamott, A.S. Byatt, John Krakauer and so many more... Okay gang, let me know some of your favorites Eliza Bailey, M P Lane Grzymala, Peggy Mullett Phelps, Wendy Wood Moltion, Andrew A. Jefferson, ...
Hi. Something kind of neat, I was given number 8. Here are 8 little known facts about me and if you want to play along hit "Like". :-) 1) When I was in middle school about of my friends and I wrote a spy novel. 2) When I was in high school I aspired to be a Broadway costume designer. 3) I hate peanut butter. 4) I was crazy enough to have baby in my 40's and gave birth to the lovely Callie six weeks before my 44th birthday. 5) I have read every book written by Madeline L'Engle, Diana Gabaldon and Kate Morton. 6) In college I stole pumpkins with Leigh Wheeler :) 7) I share a birthday with Charles Dickens and Laura Ingalls Wilder, which might explain my love of writing and fondness for all things Victorian. 8) Spent a crazy Halloween weekend during college with friends, ending with bras hanging from the side mirrors of my Festiva the entire drive up the NYS Turnpike.
