David Axelrod & Richard Nixon

David M. Axelrod (born February 22, 1955) is an American political consultant based in Chicago, Illinois. Richard Milhous Nixon (January 9, 1913 – April 22, 1994) was the 37th President of the United States, serving from 1969 to 1974. The only president to resign the office, Nixon had previously served as a US representative and senator from California and as the 36th Vice President of the United States from 1953 to 1961. 2.7/5

Using the Department of Justice for political reason is an impeachable offense. Just ask Richard Nixon and John Mitchell. Breaking News Emails between senior officials at The Gallup Organization, show Senior Obama campaign adviser David Axelrod attempted to intimidate the polling firm when its poll results found Mitt Romney leading President Obama. According to Boyle, after Gallup declined to change its polling methodology, Obama’s Department of Justice hit it with an unrelated lawsuit:
David Axelrod called Mitt Romney “the most secretive candidate we've seen probably since Richard Nixon,” adding that the Romney campaign is trying to “turn the clock back 50 years” on transparency.
On Thursday, David Axelrod, senior adviser to President Barack Obama, took aim at Mitt Romney's offshore bank accounts. Romney's gotten flak over the issue before, but Axelrod doubled down on the criticism, deeming Romney most secretive candidate that we’ve seen, frankly, since Richard Nixon.
Senior Obama campaign strategist David Axelrod today accused Republican presidential rival Mitt Romney of being "the most secretive candidate that we've seen, frankly, since Richard Nixon."
Yesterday, David Axelrod said that Mitt Romney was as secretive as Richard Nixon. I am guessing that Romney was hiding his college transcripts, his law school transcripts, his Harvard Law review documents.
"LISTEN: David Axelrod compares Mitt Romney to Richard Nixon and Obama to Jimmy Carter.
I saw an interview this morning with David Axelrod, communications director for Obama's re-election campaign. Axelrod is running ads stating Romney is the most secretive candidate for President since Richard Nixon. This is hilarious considering Obama still will not release his passport showing what countries he traveled to as a college student, his college transcripts that might show he claimed dual citizenship, his claims of Executive Privilege with respect to the "fast & furious campaign". Man if this is not a case of the pot calling the kettle black.
