Cam's bunched in here with Jay Cutler, Kirk Cousins, Drew Brees, Colin Kaepernick, Sam Bradford and Andy Dalton.
Andy Dalton, Cam Newton, Colin Kaepernick, over Matthew Stafford!!! April fools day was a few month's back!!!
Jay Cutler, Ryan Tannehill, Alex Smith, Cam Newton, Andy Dalton, Colin Kaepernick. This is just the price now.
49ers should trade Colin Kaepernick to Bengals for Andy Dalton, that would be like trading an ear infection for a bad eye.
The young and better than Tannehill crowd: Cam Newton, Russell Wilson, Colin Kaepernick, Andrew Luck, Andy Dalton, RG3, Nick…
Andy Dalton & Colin Kaepernick were the 2 QBs drafted after Jake Locker & Christian Ponder in the 2011 NFL draft
Brian Hoyer's 97.5 QB rating is higher than Aaron Rodgers, Ben Roethlisberger, Colin Kaepernick and Andy Dalton.
Idk. Who should I start in a two QB league. Andy Dalton, Matthew Stafford or Colin Kaepernick.
A round before drafting Ryan Mallett in the 3R, NE took Ras-I Dowling two picks before Andy Dalton and Colin Kaepernick went back-to-back

My rankings of the young QB's in the League: You can tell I like guys who can go through their progressions and have a more solid grasp of fundamentals over guys who are uber athletic, for the most part. Kaepernick is a big question for me because he hasn't shown me that he can dissect an NFL defense at all. The only 3 that I would want QBing my team, as of today, are the first 3. I'm excited to see how Bridgewater fairs under heavy fire. He has the mind. I'm wondering if he has the arm. 1.Andrew Luck 2.Russell Wilson 3.Nick Foles 4.Colin Kaepernick 5.Andy Dalton 6.Mike Glennon 7.Teddy Bridgewater 8.Robert Griffin III 9.Cam Newton 10.Ryan Tannehill 11.EJ Manuel 12.Johnny Manziel 13.Jake Locker 14.Blake Bortles 15.Geno Smith
For those of you that still listen to and read draft projections, save yourself some time. As QB Blaine Gabbert was traded to the 49ers for a 6th round pick yesterday, I am hilariously reminded of when the self-proclaimed "Draft Expert" Todd Mcshay said that Gabbert would without a doubt be the best quarterback in his draft class. That quarterback class included Colin Kaepernick, Cam Newton, and Andy Dalton... All of which have started in playoff games... while the Jaguars are still picking in the top 5 perennially. People, stop listening to draft projections. Todd Mcshay and Mel Kiper know very little about football. When will the rest of America realize the point I've been trying to make for the past 7 years?
Players Gabbert was drafted ahead of in 2011 -- JJ Watt, Robert Quinn, Andy Dalton, Colin Kaepernick, Torrey Smith, Ra…

WHY FLACCO IS UNDERPAID Flacco signed his contract last year, earning an average of $20.1 million per season on a six-year deal. Of the $120 million, he is only guaranteed a reported $51 million. He touches the ball on virtually every single offensive play. Meanwhile, MLB pitcher Clayton Kershaw signed his $215 million contract last winter, earning $30 million per season over seven years. The money is fully guaranteed. He pitches every fifth day. NBA guard Kobe Bryant is making more than $30 million a season at the end of his career. The average NBA salary is $5 million, a figure La Canfora says Andy Dalton, Colin Kaepernick, Andrew Luck, Russell Wilson and Nick Foles "won't come close" to reaching this season.
Colin Kaepernick states his case as 2011 draft's top QB!! "Greatest on the road Colin Kaepernick, San Francisco 49ers Kaepernick seems agitated that he was selected in the second round of the 2011 NFL Draft, and took it upon himself to show the player picked No. 1 overall in that same draft who really is the actual top quarterback in that draft class. Kaepernick was the sixth quarterback taken in the 2011 draft, behind Newton and other notables such as Jake Locker, Blaine Gabbert, Christian Ponder and Andy Dalton. To say the 49ers got a gift in Kaepernick in the second round is a monumental understatement.
Wha. I wanted Jon Gruden...not Jay! Jay picked Andy Dalton over Colin Kaepernick in the draft. Now we have this genius as headcoach. If they keep Jim Haslett too i might never watch football again...smh
Jay Gruden, the read option and Dalton vs. Kaepernick So if you want to believe the post-draft revisionist history—and I’m as highly suspicious of that as I am of pre-draft utterings by NFL personnel types—Mike Brown wanted to draft Colin Kaepernick to become the Bengals quarterback. Jay Gruden, who was then the Bengals’ first-year offensive coordinator, fresh out of the UFL, wanted Andy Dalton. Gruden believed that Dalton could start right away and with Carson Palmer threatening to retire (a threat he made good on until the Bengals traded him in midseason), he thought that was what the Bengals needed. He was down on Kaepernick for another reason. Nevada coach Chris Ault was a pioneer in the Pistol formation offense and Nevada won a lot of read option plays. “I also wasn’t really into the read-option stuff and it wasn’t really that popular at the time,” Gruden said earlier this week. That line has some Redskins fans flipping out over the possibility of Gruden becoming the Redskins’ head ...
Cincinnati Bengals owner Mike Brown wanted to go with Colin Kaepernick over Andy Dalton in the 2011 NFL Draft. How would his team look with Kaepernick behind center?
Colin Kaepernick was taken the pick after Andy Dalton in 2011 NFL draft... Just putting that out there.
Colin Kaepernick picked 1 selection after Andy Dalton. If only, if only.
Bengals owner Mike Brown said this week that during the 2011 NFL Draft, he wanted to take Colin Kaepernick. Brown was talked out of it and the Bengals took Andy Dalton instead.

Andrew Luck , Russell Wilson, Colin Kaepernick , and Cam Newton and Andy dalton are all young and in the playoffs.
Here are the picks for this weekend, boys and girls: Packers over 49ers: Home field and a huge advantage at the most important position, quarterback. Make no mistake about it, Colin Kaepernick is incredibly over-rated and a borderline liability against anything but an atrocious pass defense. Plus, I just feel like the Packers and Rodgers are flying high coming off an emotional win. Saints over Eagles: I know the Saints have struggled on the road, but I just feel like they are that much better than the Eagles. They have a stronger defense and this will be the first career playoff game for Foles, who is essentially a rookie. Drew Brees finds a way to win that game. Colts over Chiefs: I feel like these teams are pretty evenly matched, but the Colts have home field and when in doubt, go with the better quarterback. Alex Smith can't hold Andrew Luck's jock strap. Chargers over Bengals: This really just boils down to the fact that I plain don't trust Andy Dalton. If the Chargers can go into Denver and hold Peyt ...
Just amusing stuff for any fans, Blaine Gabbert was picked before Christian Ponder, Andy Dalton, and Colin Kaepernick.
last 13 second round QBs... TWO started week one of their rookie season... Geno Smith and Andy Dalton... FIVE are starters as of week 12 in 2013 Geno, Andy, Chad Henne, Kellen Clemens and Colin Kaepernick...THREE are no longer in the league Jimmy Clausen, Brian Brohm and John Beck. but for some reason the jets arent aloud to bench Geno Smith? even though he is the worst QB in the NFL and the jets are mathematically still in the playoff race. that makes no frakin sense... you arent aloud to bench a rookie QB? because it will ruin them? like it ruined Phil Simms, Troy Aikman, and Terry Bradshaw??? If Geno is half the QB he thinks he is getting benched will motivate him for next year and the future not destroy him and if it does destroy him there is no way in *** he could handle being the QB of a New York New Jersey team
Did you know that Russell Wilson has been sacked more times, but has a better passer rating than Tom Brady, Andy Dalton, Alex Smith, Cam Newton, Carson Palmer, Andrew Luck, Eli Manning, Tony Romo, Colin Kaepernick, RG3, Jay Cutler and Matt Stafford? :)
Just a reminder to Vikings fans you drafted Christian Ponder over Andy Dalton TJ Yates and Colin Kaepernick
Terrelle Pryor has posted a Total QBR above 55 in two of his three games this season, something Colin Kaepernick, Matt Schaub, Eli Manning and Andy Dalton can't say.
"Brian Hoyer outscore the likes of Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady, Matt Ryan, Robert Griffin III, Colin Kaepernick, Andrew Luck, Michael Vick, Andy Dalton and Eli Manning. Heck, Jake Locker and Geno Smith did that, too."
it's not that bad! I mean it's not like we skipped on Colin Kaepernick and Andy Dalton.
Andy Dalton, Alex Smith, Cam Newton, RGIII, Sam Bradford and Colin Kaepernick. Sorry for bringing logic to this discussion.
Titans picked Locker in 2011 draft, if they had a do-over, Andy Dalton would be the likely choice this time around.
Being a QB in this draft has to be rough. Wilson, Luck, and Griffin set the bar super high. Cam Newton, Andy Dalton, & Colin Kaepernick too.
2010 the Titans drafted Jake Locker with the 8thpick the Bengals got Andy Dalton with the 35th and 49ers got Colin Kaepernick with the 36th
Cincinnati Bengals' quarterback Andy Dalton has had an impressive first two seasons, but is he a franchise quarterback?
Ranking NFL QBs: 25. Andy Dalton, Cincinnati: Without A.J. Green, it’s doubtful anyone would know his name.
Some of the names include J.J. Watt, Christian Ponder, Andy Dalton, Colin Kaepernick, Torrey Smith and many more
Playoff QBs not drafted in Rd 1 by current team: Peyton Manning, Colin Kaepernick, Russell Wilson, Andy Dalton, Matt Schaub, Tom Brady.
Remember when the Vikings drafted Christian Ponder instead of Andy Dalton or Colin Kaepernick
It's crazy to think how players come straight into the NFL and produce results. Just goes to show how important picks are. Sitting here thinking, in just 2 yrs alone, the NFL has seen the likes of Anderew Luck, RGIII, Russel Wilson, JJ Watt, Colin Kaepernick, AJ Green, Julio Jones, Von Miller, Bruce Carter, Aldon Smith, Andy Dalton, Cam Newton, Demarco Murray, Torrey Smith, and Mikel Leshoure just to name a few. Wow
Greeny brought up a good question this morning: You're building an NFL franchise, which of the following QBs under the age of 25 would you build around? Andrew Luck, RG III, Russell Wilson, Cam Newton, Andy Dalton, or Colin Kaepernick?
Now that the first quarterback from the 2011 draft class has reached the Super Bowl.Question: If you were the Carolina Panthers two seasons ago and you were drafting 1st overall would you still take Cam Newton, or would you take Colin Kaepernick, or even Andy Dalton? And to all Vikings fans, Colin Kaepernick was taken with the 36th overall pick, and Andy Dalton was taken one pick earlier as the 35th how do you feel now about your team taking Christian Ponder 23 and 24 picks earlier in round 1?
In this playoffs, Fins passed on Matt Ryan & Joe Flacco in '08. Andy Dalton & Colin Kaepernick in '11. Russel Wilson in '12. 1/2 the QBs
Where does everyone rank the following quarterbacks (out of 32): Joe Flacco, Andy Dalton, Russell Wilson, Matt Schuab, Andrew Luck, and Colin Kaepernick?
Okay, this was brought up last night at work. Why? I don't know. I was asked if I could name 10 QBs that I think are better than Jay Cutler. I came up with 12. Here is how is worked out: Better than Cutler: Aaron Rodgers, Matthew Stafford, Ben Roethlisberger, Robert Griffin III, Tom Brady, Cam Newton, Matt Ryan, Drew Bress, Josh Freeman, Andrew Luck, Matt Schaub, and Peyton Manning. About the same: Joe Flacco, Andy Dalton, Eli Manning, Tony Romo, Colin Kaepernick, Russell Wilson, Philip Rivers Cutler is better than: Christian Ponder, Brandon Weeden, Nick Foles, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Ryan Tannehill, Mark Sanchez, Jake Locker, Chad Henne, Kevin Kolb, Matt Cassel, Carson Palmer and Sam Bradford Again, this is just my opinion. Let the debate begin.
How does it feel to be a vikings fan knowing they picked Christian Ponder over Andy Dalton and Colin Kaepernick. Hurts doesn't it?
Wouldn't it be something if we ended up with 2 rookie QB's in the superbowl? (Russell Wilson (Seahawks) or Robert Griffin III (Redskins) vs. Andrew Luck (Colts)... Did you know that 6 of the 12 playoff teams have starting QB's with less than 2 years NFL experience? (Luck, RG III, and Wilson are all rookies) (Colin Kaepernick (49ers), Christian Ponder (Vikings), and Andy Dalton (Bengals) are 2nd year starters) 2012 is the year of the Quarterback!!!
Dear Kara Marie, I take the words back that I said about the Texans... my ginger failed me today (Andy Dalton)
6 of the 12 teams that made the NFL playoff's have QB's with 2 years or less experience: Robert Griffin lll, Redskins; Andrew Luck, Colts; Christian Ponder, Vikings; Russell Wilson, Seahawks; Andy Dalton, Bengals; and Colin Kaepernick, 49ers. Unprecedented and exciting news for the future of professional football.
Half of the NFL playoff teams have rookie or 2nd year QBs: RG3, Andrew Luck, Russ Wilson, Colin Kaepernick, Andy Dalton, & Christian Ponder
what's the alternative? Russell Wilson, Andy Dalton, Colin Kaepernick? All players the 'Boys passed on. Only time will tell.
You know what's crazy these quarterbacks are in the playoffs (the number is the number of playoff games they have played) Robert Griffin 0 Russell Wilson 0 Andrew Luck 0 Colin Kaepernick 0 Christian Ponder 0 Matt Schaub 0 Andy Dalton 1 These quarterbacks aren't in Eli Manning 2 Super Bowl Titles Ben Roethlisberger 2 Super Bowl Titles Drew Brees 1 Super Bowl Title
There has been a huge youth movement in the past couple NFL seasons. Here are the current starting QBs with 3 seasons or less in NFL experience (not including this season), thier age will be in parenthesis Robert Griffin III (22) Russell Wilson (24) Andy Dalton (25) Cam Newton (23) Josh Freeman (24) currently in his 4th season Sam Bradford (25) Matt Stafford (24) currently in his 4th season Christian Ponder (24) Nick Foles (23) Blaine Gabbert (23) he was starting until getting hurt Jake Locker (24) Ryan Tannehill (24) Andrew Luck (23) Brandon Weeden (29) Mark Sanchez (26) currently in his 4th season, was starter until getting benched the previous week Greg McElroy (24) new Jets starter Colin Kaepernick (25) Ryan Lindley (23)

Which NFL quarterback's leadership potential could having him & his team hoisting the Lambardi trophy at the conclusion of SuperBowl XLVII Sunday, February 3, 2013, at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans: Matt Ryan, Alex Smith or Colin Kaepernick, Jay Cutler, Eli Manning, Aaron Rogers, Josh Freeman, Russell Wilson or Matt Flynn, Tom Brady, Joe Flacco, Ben Roethlisberger, Andy Dalton, Matt Schaub, Andrew Luck or Payton Manning.
Players drafted after Christian Ponder in the 2011 draft: Andy Dalton, Colin Kaepernick, Ricky Stanzi
Re: Colin Kaepernick. He and Andy Dalton, the two second-rounders in Top Six in Thirty Six of 2011, might end up as best of that QB class.
KC Chiefs fun fact: Jon Baldwin was selected 9 spots ahead of Andy Dalton and 10 spots ahead of Colin Kaepernick in the 2011 NFL draft.
Colin Kaepernick was on the board when the took Aaron Williams in the second round of the 2011 draft. So was Andy Dalton.
And it's worth noting that the Buffalo Bills circled the wagons by taking Aaron Williams over both Andy Dalton and Colin Kaepernick.
In 2011 with the 35th pick in the NFL Draft, the Buffalo Bills selected DB Aaron Williams... The next two picks, QB's Andy Dalton and Colin Kaepernick.
Cam Newton, Andy Dalton, Jake Locker, Christian Ponder, Robert Griffin III, Andrew Luck, Russell Wilson, Brandon Weedon, Ryan Tannehill, and now Colin Kaepernick--10 QB's in their 1st or 2nd year that all look promising--at least more than the Jags sophomore, Blaine Gabbert. At least Nick Foles looked terrible for the Eagles, or it would be 11.
Andy Dalton, Russell Wilson, Greg McElroy, Christian Ponder, Kirk Cousins, Colin Kaepernick and on and on.
