To Meet Lebron James’ Agent In Cleveland Cavaliers The Lakers had hopes of pairing both James and Anthony along with Kobe Bryant, but in reality they only have the cap room to land one unless both agree to take major pay cuts, which is unlikely. The Lakers went all-out in their meeting with Anthony today, but the team is not stopping there and that is admirable. If the team could land James, it would immediately turn around the fortunes of the Lakers. James’ agent has already met with representatives from the Phoenix Suns, Cleveland Cavaliers, Dallas Mavericks, and Houston Rockets, and now the Lakers have added their name to the mix. -MAMBA
When James passes, the first thing people say is "Michael Jordan wouldn't pass." That's revisionist history at its best, as if Jordan did not give the ball up to Scottie Pippen in the final seconds of Game 6 of the 1993 Finals against the Phoenix Suns or pass to Steve Kerr for the winning shot in Game 6 of the 1997 Finals against the Utah Jazz. But if it's not the way James plays, he's criticized for how many championships he has or doesn't have. That's another silly point. James is 2-2 in Finals, including a 2007 Finals loss to the Spurs. You know who the key contributors were on that Cleveland Cavaliers team with James? Sasha Pavlovic, Drew Gooden, Zydrunas Ilgauskas, Larry Hughes, Anderson Varejao, Daniel Gibson, Eric Snow. It's amazing the Cavs even made it out of the first round.Larry Bird was 3-2 in the Finals and Magic Johnson was 5-4. Jerry West was 1-8, and he's the NBA's logo. Did those Finals losses take away from their legacy? Not at all. If it's not the way he plays or the number of champions ...

Lol ... Remember him? Shaquille O'Neal - former LA Lakers player who starred in select movies too - Steel (1997), Kazaam (1996), Blue Chips (1994). Shaquille O'Neal is regarded as one of the most dominant athletes and arguably the most gregarious personality in sports history. He wrote an autobiography (Shaq Talks Back), preserves an online presence for his fan base and produced a number of albums (Biological Didn't Bother, Shaq-Fu: Da Return, etc.), and starred in select movies (Steel (1997), Kazaam (1996), Blue Chips (1994)). He has played for 4 NBA teams: the Orlando Magic, the Los Angeles Lakers, the Miami Heat, the Phoenix Suns, and currently the Cleveland Cavaliers. O'Neal graduated from Louisiana State University and is the only current NBA player with an MBA (Master of Business Administration). Shaq is also one of the few NBA players in history to reach the NBA Finals with three different teams. His charisma on and off the court helped create a worldwide reputation as "Godfather of the NBA." As a ...
My nephew is at the Phoenix Suns vs the Cleveland Cavaliers game. Watching his favorite player Kyrie Irving live. Priceless to a kid who loves to play basketball. Enjoy the game nephew!
The post season is still achievable for the Cavaliers despite winning only 2 of their last 7 ball games. The NBA playoff standings for 2014 are not set in stone yet as some teams are closing in on the bottom spots. The Atlanta Hawks have gone on a dismal 1-9 run in the last 10 games, allowing the Cleveland Cavaliers and Detroit Pistons to close in on the 8th spot. The Charlotte Bobcats and Brooklyn Nets are not that far ahead either. So the Eastern Conference playoff positionings could easily change in the coming weeks. Meanwhile, in the Western Conference, an 2-8 showing in the last 10 games for the Denver Nuggets has likely knocked them out of playoff contention. The Minnesota Timberwolves and Memphis Grizzlies are eying the bottom slots, while the Phoenix Suns, Dallas Mavericks, and Golden State Warriors are looking to hold on.

After this year's Sixers team of youth and player development finishes the current lottery-bound season, they will enter the offseason with around $41 Million to go all HINKIE on Free Agency '14. Of course 'The Decision 2.0' looms, and the question remains...Where will Lebron James play next season?? My prediction is he stays lush in Miami, unless the Heat fail to win a 3rd championship, in which case they will try and resign Lebron as he tests Free Agency, and/or work on moving Chris Bosh. Which leaves the next question...Who can REALLY sign Lebron in 2014?? Good for us the Sixers are leading the pack.. 2014 Projected Cap Room 1) Sixers ($41 million) 2) Charlotte Bobcats ($34 million) 3) Cleveland Cavaliers ($32 million) 4) Dallas Mavericks ($37 million) 5) Detroit Pistons ($23 million) 6) Los Angeles Lakers ($30 million) 7} Orlando Magic ($36 million) 8) Phoenix Suns ($34 million) 9)Sacramento Kings ($32 million) 10) Utah Jazz ($55 million) So other than Miami, that leaves Lebron with a real possibility ...

Which of these teams that didn't make the playoffs last year make it this year? My Mock Draft: Let me know what you think! I will do analysis's for the first 5 teams and the Bulls pick. Cleveland Cavaliers: Alex Len. They need a center bad. Alex Len is much offensively progressed but can still rebound and block just like Noel. Len has more upside and has a bigger body to battle down low with other big in the league. Orlando Magic: Nerlens Noel. They need defense. Multiple reports have had them say that Noel will not get past the spot and i believe that. He has a good ceiling to be a great player in this league especially if he works on his offensive game. Charlotte Bobcats: Otto Porter. Charlotte needs a SF. Porter is the only great player in this draft in that position so they have no other choice. Washington Wizards: Victor Olidipo. The Wizards need a strong defensive minded player that can give them a offensive boost night in and night out. Victor Olidipo is exactly that. He also has a great work ethic and has a solid floor with a potentially very high ceiling. Phoenix Suns: Ben M ...

NBA career 2006 NBA Draft Following the 2005–06 NCAA season, Rondo announced he would forgo his final two seasons at Kentucky and enter the NBA draft. Rondo was drafted 21st overall by the Phoenix Suns in the 2006 NBA Draft. Phoenix then traded him to the Boston Celtics along with Brian Grant for the Cleveland Cavaliers' first-round draft pick in the 2007 NBA Draft and cash considerations. He was the first point guard to be chosen in the draft. In another draft-day deal, the Celtics acquired Sebastian Telfair from the Portland Trail Blazers, finally uniting the backcourt Rick Pitino had envisioned at Louisville. He was signed by the Boston Celtics on July 4, 2006.

Goran Dragic leads the Phoenix Suns to a victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers
LAST NIGHT'S GAME UPDATE: The Phoenix Suns were getting crush in the 2nd quarter and it look liked they would be blow out of there own building in Phoenix. The Suns never gave up hope about having a shot of winning this game even though they were in a 26-point deficit. The Suns had unbelievable defense and phenomenal offense and it came from PG Goran Dragic, C Marcin Gortat, and SG Shannon Brown, those 3 players were the reason they were able to make the 3rd biggest comeback in franchise history, the largest one at home. The Suns defense caused the Cavs to turnover the ball 21 times, it was because of those turnovers the Suns were able to make the comeback at home. One stat may surprise all of you about the Suns they are the team with the most block shots so far. With tough defense the Phoenix Suns(3-3) comeback from a 26-point deficit to stun and shock the Cleveland Cavaliers(2-4) 107-105 in a close one. The Suns were led in scoring by PG Goran Dragic who had 26 points with 9-16 shooting, 2 steals, 4 *** ...
I would put my money on the Phoenix Suns before the Cleveland Cavaliers any day!eFnZNX
