In case you wondered, Jean-Claude Juncker won yesterday's vote in the European Parliament 422:250. Before, he won in the European Council by 26:2. Now, a speedy European Commission composition takes off. JCJ will get his first Vice still this week (High Rep); his ambition is to have the entire College composed by the end of the month! Well, on paper. Then the EP will hear those people and we shall see if the process goes as smoothly only in September.
