Wondering if it's normal for a 4 year kid to suck down liquids as much as Gabe does. He'll want cup after cup of juice or milk or whatever constantly. I'll fill up a big sippy cup and he'll have it all gone in 2 minutes and want another. This will go on for as many cups as I give him. I am out and iowa has a law that upon return from the military the children are to be returned. Three years later I lost in district court and awaiting the answer from the Supreme Court. That law did nothing to protect my custodial rights and every judge has ignored it. You may post this if you wish, but in Iowa there is a law established in 2008 Iowa Code Section 598.41c. It states all parents returning from military service will upon return will have the order prior to deployment reinstated, which means if you had custody, without question or court interference you would have custody returned. This law to date has not been followed. I am three years in to a court battle trying to get my children returned and every judge has thrown this law out and left numerous parents without their children. Something happened at Kira's school yesterday that has me a little worried about our future generation of game changers. My daughter goes to a public school as I am of the belief that public schools are just as good as private if we put the energy into them. They are sometimes, more community based. But I do get to see the dark side of parenting and different home situations. It's quite a common occurrence to have under cover detectives giving tickets to parents, DUI (insane I know), speeding and outstanding warrants. Just a few I know of. When my Mother passed away 20 years ago today, it had been a dreary week with no sunlight. I had returned to Chicago to grab a few things, and I missed the moment of her passing. But the sun literally came out on that Friday of March 5th at 3:08pm and God opened up the sky to call his child home and take her suffering away from the cancer. When I saw the sun, I knew she was gone. You always see these movies where people are pouring their hearts out in the end. My Mom had stopped talking and was so focused on her next journey. It was so hard to be brave at 25 and watch my Mother die. She lived and touched many lives in her short time on Earth, and I still miss her 20 years later. Peace be with you friends.

A teacher in New York was teaching her class about bullying and gave them the following exercise to perform. She had the children take a piece of paper and told them to crumple it up, stamp on it and really mess it up but do not rip it. The children thought it was a fun exercise and tried their best to crumple it as much as possible. Then she had them unfold the paper gently, smooth it out. Then she made them look at how scarred and dirty it was. She then told the class to tell the paper theyâ€™re sorry for wrinkling it. No matter how hard the children tried they could not get the paper back in to it's former smoothness. She pointed out all the scars they left behind. And that those scars will never go away no matter how hard they tried to fix it. That is what happens when a child bullyâ€™s another child (adults to), they may say theyâ€™re sorry but the scars are there forever. Learning Disability As a child I had an awful time comprehending things I read. I struggled like *** to read and was way behind the kids in my class. He is healthy and has had his shots and was dewormed and microchipped upon adoption. Member rant: Rant- I can't stand when people who formula feed say that THEY are the ones being discriminated against because they chose to bottle feed over breast feed. 1st off it is very very rare that one cannot breast feed. Either way there are other options out there besides formula so to say "I had no choice but to give formula" is BS. Donor milk is an option and so is goat milk. Goat milk is much closer to breast milk than formula is. Oh and as far as the discrimination thing...breastfeeding moms have it way worse. At work I have to pump in a bathroom. Would a formula feeding mom be told to prepare her baby's food in a public bathroom? I don't think so. Jordon'S Story" 11 1/2 years ago we were blessed with a beautiful daughter who was a MIRACLE. Jordon faced many challenges in her first few hours but soon became very strong and ready to take on the world. In early March of 1997 Purity Knight and her roommate Lee Perez were the victims of a stalking incident. A neighbour, Johnny McPhail, spotted the stalker sometime before 11:00 PM in a tree in front of the apartment outside their windows. He reported seeing lights from the tree. Mr. McPhail went out to check and then pursued the suspect through the woods. The suspect was not caught. I certainly do NOT want to imagine life without Doug, even if it IS my new reality. I know it would be easier for me to not to have to deal with the pain and the hassle. I am dwelling in a very dark place right now, as I try to process grief. I will admit that at this point, I would not be sad if I did accidentally lose my life. I would not be disappointed if I found out I had a terminal illness (as long as it didn't hurt too much or inconvenience others.) Before this, I wanted to live long and be healthy so I could continue to enjoy the wonderful life I shared with Doug. I wanted to grow old with him. When walking (which helped me managed the stress), I often thought of throwing myself in front of an oncoming vehicle. But I decided against it, because I figured it would be awful and unfair for the person who hit me, it would be very messy, and I would probably end up paralyzed for life instead of dead. What are our priorities? Today, Cindy Ellis and I made our way to Liberia to start our work here. Upon arrival in Monrovia we learned that our luggage did not leave Billings with us due to a random selection of pieces being left behind to save weight.
