Carl Pistorius - Oscar Pistorius' brother - is acquitted on a charge of culpable homicide. A state witness & the investigating officer caved-in during cross-examination and conceded on crucial points of the version of the defence. NPA says they "gave it their all".well, it took 5 years to bring this matter to trial. The incident happened in 2008.the matter coincidentally came back in the spotlight after Oscar Pistorius had allegedly killed Reeva Steenkamp.
