Klayman: If Anti-Obama 'Nonviolent Revolution' Fails, 'Surely Another Recourse Will Break Out' Over the weekend, Larry Klayman joined Ted Cruz and Sarah Palin at a Washington D.C. rally where he repeated his mantra that people should demand President Obama “get up, to put the Quran down, to get up off his knees, and to figuratively come up with his hands out” as part of an anti-Obama uprising. Klayman took to WorldNetDaily to warn that if his November 19 revolution “to peacefully remove this political establishment cancer” does not succeed, then “surely another recourse will break out.” “When the people are ignored and coerced into submission,” Klayman writes, “and our military heroes are held out to dry and sacrificed to a Muslim enemy by a ‘Muslim president’ and his Republican enablers, it is only a matter of time before the people and the military rise up to remove the shackles that have been placed on them by the government.” Simply put, the "Muslim in chief" coddles the Muslim ...
Sarah Palin to Cory Booker: 'Don’t be measuring the drapes' on Capitol Hill - Washington Times: via
Does Colin Powell have a "dark vein of intolerance" for Jewish people?  By his own standards, such as they are, when defaming John Sununu and Sarah Palin, it would seem he does.   Partial transcript from Meet the Press, Sunday, January 13, 2013 DAVID GREGORY: Well, you brought-- you brought up Israel. He-- [Hagel] referred to a Jewish lobby saying it intimidates a lot of people on Capitol Hill. What kind of thinking does that reflect? Can you understand pro-Israel senators being concerned by that comment? GEN. POWELL: They shouldn’t be that concerned. That term slips out from time to time. There was an article this week that the Israeli newspaper Haaretz has occasionally used the same thing. And so, Chuck should have said Israeli lobby, not Jewish lobby and perhaps he needs to write on a blackboard a hundred times it is the Israeli lobby. But there is an Israeli lobby. There are people who are very supportive of the State of Israel. I am very supportive of the State of Israel. So is Senator Hagel and ...
By Ben Cohen Watching the Republican Party attempt to assert power it doesn't have over the past few days has been bewildering and downright painful to watch. The opposition party is doing everything in its power to derail Obama's stimulus package, acting as if they are still running the show. The consequences of this behavior will lead them nowhere, and only irritate the public who are genuinely looking for substantive change. If the Republican Party wants to be taken seriously, they will have to rethink their strategy over the next few years and come up with some different ideas to the worn out garbage they served us under the Bush Administration. I've come up with a list of 10 rules the Republican Party must now stick to if they want to wield any influence on Capitol Hill: 1. You don't get to talk about economics. We've had 8 years of Republican rule and Republican economics, and it hasn't exactly turned out well. 2. Accept that the free market hasn't worked. Yes, I know it's hard, and this might take ...

Comedian Jon Stewart reported on his November 10, 2009 broadcast of The Daily Show that Fox News pundit Sean Hannity misrepresented video footage purportedly showing large crowds on a health-care protest orchestrated by Rep. Michele Bachmann. Stewart showed inconsistencies in alternating shots according to the color of the sky and tree leaves, showing that spliced in the shots was footage from Glenn Beck's much larger 9/12 rally which had occurred two months earlier. Hannity estimated 20,000 protesters were in attendance, the Washington Post estimated 10,000 and Luke Russert reported that three Capitol Hill police officers guessed "about 4,000."[106][107] Sean Hannity apologized to his viewers for the error during his November 11, 2009 broadcast.[108] On November 18, 2009, Fox News anchor Gregg Jarrett told viewers that a Sarah Palin book signing in Grand Rapids, Michigan had a massive turnout while showing footage of Palin with a large crowd. Jarrett noted that the former Republican vice-presidential can ...
