May 12, 2012 Star Tribune|by Kevin Diaz WASHINGTON -- Republican leaders in the U.S. House are preparing to pass legislation as early as Tuesday that would finally grant some 2,700 Minnesota "Red Bulls" and other Minnesota National Guard troops the paid leave they were promised before they shipped out to the Middle East last year. The legislative maneuver was announced Friday by U.S. Rep. Barack Obama DOES INDEED intend for America to be one of many powers, deferential to a centralized global authority - at least to a major degree. Now, if you think such to be America's rightful destiny, then by all means, support these t ...
US military officials are crafting possible new strategies to 'protect the Syrian people' from the Assad regime, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said Thursday on Capitol Hill. NATO's Libya intervention may be a model.
