Had a potato soup, spaghetti, Frito Pie and pumpkin pie pot luck then went to my second Lady Bears Basketball game at Baylor University. And yes, they did win. I am so excited. Going to the Championship "Lady Bears" basketball game at Baylor University this afternoon with the ladies from the Overlook where I live. Can't wait. Hope they win!! OH...and I'll probably have a hot dog. :-)

Just finished watching the Lady Bears from Baylor University/Waco, Texas beat the crap out of the ladies of Notre Dame to win the 2012 NCAA Women's Basketball Championship in Denver, Colorado. Not only did they win, they went 40-0 and set a record. How about them "Lady Bears". Any Notre Dame fans out there, if there are, sorry.

Perfection in women's b-ball; Baylor wins the title: Baylor University has just won the NCAA women's Basketball Championship, defeating Notre Dame by a score of 80-61. Women's player of the year, Baylor's Brittany Griner, was nearly unstoppable, and finished the game with 26-points and 13-rebounds. The Lady Bears finish their season undefeated...the first team in NCAA history, men's or women's, to go 40-0.
