A beautiful morning to you all Arsenal supporters. We played like Champions last night, but Wenger must go. Podolski's goals are not for a man that sits on the bench. He scored on the match day that doesn't matter (We already qualified) Sanogo was just a lost fish in a dry pond getting skinnier and weaker by the minute, can't control the ball just falling all over the place. Rasta Ramsey the machine gun, rocked the Turkish delight. Aaron was delightful to watch , he worked hard, his tackles and timely passes together with the OX and was rewarded with a superb strike.By the way who is Niles and Zelalem sounds like rebelious teenager's names-well anyways they held thier own. Welcome little gunners. Hope they grow to become Patrick Viera. Arsene Wenger has inflicted more pain to Arsenal supporters more than Van Persie leaving Arsenal to go to Man U. As an ARSENAL supporter am tired of Wenger's rotation and substitute tactics that don't make sense in recent seasons, the lack of decision making when given a .. ...

SPORTS UPDATE WITH EMMAH ATAI: Arsenal's disappointing draw with rivals Tottenham has left fans with several burning questions they'd love to put to Arsene Wenger. First and foremost, in the light of Mathieu Flamini's critical error, does he regret the decision not to recruit a world-class holding midfielder? Secondly, why is he seemingly so reluctant to deploy Mesut Ozil in his preferred central role? And lastly, above and beyond all else, why was Alexis Sanchez not in the starting Eleven? Wayne Rooney will be suspended for three games following red card against West Ham at the weekend. Meantime, Robin Van Persie and Radamel Falcao must perform to compensate for the captain's absence. Falcao has yet to open his account but Van Persie is in form. Rooney is set to miss matches against Everton, West Brom and Chelsea. He is likely to return for the Manchester derby on November 2. Welbeck our reward for Man Utd taking Van Persie – Wenger The Arsenal boss believes his new striker can “improve his career” at the Emirates Stadium and hit back at criticism of his decision to travel to Rome for a charity match Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says Danny Welbeck was like a reward for Manchester United stealing away with Robin Van Persie two years ago. The Gunners completed a €20 million deal for the England forward late on deadline day after Radamel Falcao joined the Red Devils on a season- long loan. Welbeck’s sale has been criticised by the likes of Former United captain Gary Neville but Wenger says he jumped at the opportunity to bring the 23- year-old to North London. He told reporters: “We lost an important striker in Olivier Giroud and we’re short in numbers up front. Danny Welbeck is an ideal signing for us because he can play through the middle, which I think is his best position, and also on the flanks. “He brings a team attitude, which is very important to us, pace ...

Steve Bruce got Hull City into the top flight with the formation and stuck with it last season, Harry Redknapp is experimenting with it at QPR, while Louis van Gaal has introduced it to Manchester United and is in the process of getting new squad to follow his philosophy. ARSENAL With a wealth of options in midfield and a shortage in defence, Arsene Wenger would have a lot of unhappy players on the bench if he used a 3-5-2 for lengthy periods this season. The regular pairing of Per Mertesacker and Laurent Koscielny would be joined by Calum Chambers, who has impressed at centre-back during pre-season. Arsene Wenger claims Manchester United approached Arsenal FC for the services of Thomas Vermalean but insists he would rather sell him to a foreign club. Am sure he's avoiding the Van Persie blunder & is yet to learn more lessons now that Fabregas is in Chelsea to haunt him further. Meanwhile, Real Madrid custodian, Diego Lopez insists he's far better than Club Captain Casillas & therefore shouldn't have been pushed out ahead of him. This was after the club decided to let him go after acquiring the services of Kyler Navas.

1. Lionel Messi (Argentina & Barcelona) Clive Rose / Getty Images The triple World Player of the Year, Messi appears to get better with each passing season and is already Barcelona's record goalscorer. Although not an out-and-out striker, he operates in Barcelona's front three and in the 2011-12 campaign he set a new world record by scoring 73 times in a single season. Messi also dovetails beautifully with his Barca team-mates, and is a hard worker to boot. However, his indifferent form for Argentina means he has often borne the brunt of criticism from the fans and media. One senses there is a lot more to come from Messi in the national team. Ads 2. Robin Van Persie (Netherlands & Manchester United) Getty Images Sir Alex Ferguson swooped to sign the Dutch striker after his best ever club season. Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger will play Lukasz Fabianski in the FA Cup final against Hull City . The Poland goalkeeper intends to leave after the Wembley date. "The answer is exactly the same," Wenger said. "Honestly, I have always acted like that because it would basically mean the guys are not professional. "I have done that with Samir Nasri , with Robin Van Persie, with everyone when I knew they left or had a good chance to leave, I always played them. If they deserves to play, they play."
ANALYSING ARSENAL SEASON I was angry with Arsene Wenger and criticised him in the past, especially as my beloved team threw away 128 days (September 31 to December 31) of leading the rest of the Premier League away, because he did not buy quality striker both in the summer and January Transfer Window to challenge Giroud. But after analysing the just concluded season, I am in a position to reason better and apologise to “Professor” Arsene Wenger and give him kudos for the good job he did. In total, we conceded 41 goals, 17 of them came from 3 clubs ahead of us, in Man City-6, Liverpool-5, Chelsea-6 while three came from one club below us in Everton. We lost only one match at home, same as the champion and six away, the champion lost five away. If we had drawn with Man City, Liverpool, Chelsea and Everton, the table would have read Man City 84 points; Arsenal 84 points; Liverpool 82 points, Chelsea 80 points and Everton 70 points. With Striker of Van Persie, Suarez and others linked with Arsenal in the ...

FOOTBALL NOTES: 1. Sincere congratulations to Arsene Wenger on his 1,000th game in charge at Arsenal. Seeing his downcast face on the sidelines always leads to eruptions of mirth among watching football fans. I give him undiluted praise for his constant moaning and excuses, which always give us something to laugh at. For bringing us a smile you deserve respect, Arsene. We'll miss you when you finally quit. 2. Ironically, Manchester United manager David Moyes must be delighted that his top striker Robin Van Persie is injured. Moyes can use it as a (feeble) excuse for when United get thrashed by Bayern Munich in the Champions League quarter finals, something that would happen whether Van Persie is fit or not. I have to admit I am almost, almost that is, feeling sorry for him. United have been crawling on the ground half-dead all season but Bayern will supply the final bullet to put them out of their misery. 3. Personally, this weekend I cannot win. A draw might be best. I am talking about my hometown team C ...
Arsene Wenger is not interested in taking Robin Van Persie back to Arsenal. The Manchester United striker could be on the move this summer and has been heavily linked with a return to the Emirates. But it is understood that the Gunners boss has ruled it out even though agents are trying to push a deal. The Frenchman recently refused to comment on it publicly when quizzed which only heightened the speculation. Van Persie, 30, left the Emirates in 2012 after releasing a statement questioning the club's ambition and has become public enemy No1 among fans. The Dutchman won the Premier League title in his first season at Old Trafford but has struggled with injuries this term and several top clubs are now eyeing him for a summer move. Italian giants Juventus are as keen on Van Persie as they were when he left Arsenal but United outbid them after signing him for £24m. Red Devils boss David Moyes has denied any rift with his striker who would miss out on a £10m loyalty bonus if he was to leave this summer with ...

CaughtOffside understands that Arsenal manager Wenger is to launch a bid in the region of £18m for 30 year old marksman Van Persie who appears open to the prospect of a move back to the Emirates Stadium. Van Persie is one of a number of senior Man United stars who have questioned the ability of David Moyes to lead the Premier League title holders and the very real prospect of failure to secure a Champions League berth will further fuel speculation of a possible summer departure. In his first season at Man United Van Persie scored 30 goals in all competitions and was a key member of a side Sir Alex Ferguson led to a domestic title but 2013/14 has proven a real calamity and a move back to Ar ...

The rumours around Robin Van Persie’s departure next season has been put to rest by David Moyes. The manager spoke in the pre conference held today. He expects RVP to stay and also chose to support him in his position. Though some Manchester United fans feel that RVP is already 30 and he must be off loaded. If you say so. Ryan Giggs is 40. Will you plan to off load him? (Even if you get a reasonable bid from others. No one would want to off load him) Van Persie is doing brilliantly in the field. He has the best Match – Goal ratio in United and was also the top scorer of last season. He is very much needed for us and has a vast experience in Premier League. His form has definitely dipped following his injuries and the criticism he is facing from the fans. But if given support he will be back to his best and treat us with some exceptional display. The Team's morale is low and that has lead to poor results. They have no will to fight back. In such situations, we need to utilize the more experienced playe ...

'Le Professor' takes a cheeky dig at Mourinho on the eve of Chelsea’s 2007 League Cup final win over Arsenal, in which John Obi Mikel, Kolo Toure and Emmanuel Adebayor were sent of for their part in an ugly brawl. NOVEMBER 2007 Mourinho: "Unlike Arsenal, we sought success and tried to build it through a concept of the game using English players." The ‘Special one’ points the finger at Wenger and Arsenal’s policy in his book. APRIL 2008 Mourinho: "The English like statistics a lot. Do they know that Arsene Wenger has only 50 per cent of wins in the English league?" Seven months after leaving Chelsea by ‘mutual consent’ the Portuguese manager can’t help himself but to have another swipe at Wenger. NOVEMBER 2010 Wenger: "You never say it doesn’t cross your mind but when you see how it looks on television it is the best demonstration to think: “Never do that again”. "It looks, frankly, horrible. People who are saying Arsene Wenger is not a good manager, not the best, because he is unable to win any trophies in past 9 years, must be reminded that - After Emirates Stadium was built, Arsenal was under great debts and to pay off the debts the boards of directors decided to sell players(Adebayor, Van Persie, fabregas, Henry, Nasri, Toure, Clichy etc.). And every season Arsenal saw its major players leaving the club. And now since they are close to paying off the debts, no more players will be sold and Arsenal's deal with Puma will bring funds to the club. Wait and watch what this guy is capable of. Old Trafford star strongly linked with amazing Emirates Stadium return in a £15 move Man United striker Robin Van Persie has been linked with a truly shocking possible return to Arsenal with the Daily Mail claiming that Old Trafford boss David Moyes is planning a mass summer clear-out. 30 year old Dutch forward Van Persie is said to have been upset at seeing Sir Alex Ferguson retire at the end of last season and is now considering his future at Man United, with the veteran manager's presence at the Premier League side one of the main reasons he was willing to make the controversial switch from the Emirates Stadium in the first place. Van Persie is also said to be unsettled in his new surroundings and misses London and is none too impressed with Man United's new training regime and should Man United manage to tie Wayne Rooney down to a new long term contract they could be willing to sell the experienced marksman. Arsene Wenger is said to be ready to welcome Van Persie back, despite his age, and would be o ...

Manchester United: Title rivals will be nervous as momentum builds Manchester United did not make a complete case for normal service being resumed by beating Arsenal - but a glance at recent results and the Premier League table suggests the obituaries can stay locked in the drawer. The noise levels around Old Trafford, and the joy that greeted the final whistle, were an accurate measure of this game's significance to United and David Moyes. United needed three points to stop Arsenal extending their lead over them to difficult, if not quite impossible, proportions. Their still relatively new manager needed a victory in a game of such status after previous opportunities against Chelsea, Liverpool and -desperately and embarrassingly -Manchester City yielded only one point. And both duly arrived courtesy of Robin Van Persie's soaring 27th minute header from Wayne Rooney's corner. If the striker is, as Arsene Wenger suggests, still "an Arsenal man" then he has a funny way of showing it. Van Persie scored in bo ...
Arsene Wenger has vowed to bench "Arsenal boy" Van Persie after scoring OWN GOAL last night
Arsene Wenger Rules Out Selling Any More Arsenal Stars To Man United Gunners boss won't sell his stars to United. Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has insisted that he will never sell another one of his stars to Manchester United again, talkSPORT reports. The long suffering boss let star striker Robin Van Persie move to Old Trafford in the summer of 2012 and the Dutch ace immediately paid back his £24m fee by firing the Red Devils to the Premier League title. And furthermore, the 30-year-old then punished his former club more by notching the winner against them in Sunday's clash at Old Trafford. Wenger later claimed that he did not want to part with Van Persie but the fee on offer was just too good to turn down and Rene Meulensteen, then a coach at with United, helped push the deal through. And now Wenger has seen the error of his ways and has categorically told new United boss David Moyes that he can forget about getting his hands on anymore of his coveted stars in the near future. "It was a special circum ...
Three Things: Manchester United-Arsenal By John Brewin | November 10, 2013 11:38:33 AM PST MANCHESTER, England -- Three thoughts from Manchester United's 1-0 win over Arsenal at Old Trafford. 1. Developing partnership spells danger "Eight points clear, Robin," sang the Arsenal fans, their triumphalism premature. They have been in understandably good cheer of late, but the appearance of a former idol turned their disposition sour. And especially when Robin Van Persie climbed above Olivier Giroud, his Arsenal replacement, to head home a Wayne Rooney corner in the 27th minute. There was to be no obeying of the modern practice of not celebrating against your old club. Van Persie stretched his arms to their full span in a vindication further revealed by a primal roar. Respect cuts both ways. On Friday, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger had mischievously described his former captain as an Arsenal man. Here was his riposte. Like his teammates, determination was writ large on the Dutchman's features. The modern Manch ...
Robin Van Persiescored against his former club for the third game in a row as Manchester Unitededged Arsenal1-0 at Old Trafford on Sunday. It was no surprise that Van Persie was Arsenal's nemesis; the striker has now scored in the last five matches between the two teams and his 27th-minute header was responsible for deciding this encounter, inflicting a blow to the momentum Arsene Wenger's men have built up this term. Neither side were at their best during the much-anticipated fixture and, although Arsenal improved after the break, they lacked cutting edge with Wayne Rooney going closest to scoring in the second half when he shot just wide. One goal was enough for David Moyes' side, though, who are now unbeaten in nine matches. Arsenal however – who entered the match on the back of wins over Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund – failed to reinstate their five-point lead at the top of the Premier League. Van Persie headlined Manchester United's four changes from their goalless draw against Real Sociedad o ...

Wenger admits £24 million man is ‘an Arsenal player’ as stunning move on Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has fuelled talk that he could make a move for Manchester United star Robin Van Persie, by admitting he see’s him still as a Gunner. The Dutchman, who left the Emirates for United in 2012, has scored in his last four encounters between the sides – two for each team. Wenger signed Van Persie from Feyenoord in 2004 and said: ‘It’s still strange to see him at United. For me he is an Arsenal player
Must Read :P Interview of Arsene Wenger(parody account) We look forward now to United, we are up for it. It will be little bit strange not to face Ferguson, but I believe Moyes has great potential. Hopefully he will stay there many years. Might there be a small post-match pizza niggle in the tunnel if we win? I don't want to comment on speculation. Do I still have nightmares about losing 8-2 at Old Trafford? No. I did not see the incident. Will it be little bit un-com-fort-able to play against Robin Van Persie? I don't know Van Persie. Dortmund away was a match of top top quality. Giroud’s performance especially showed super technique, outstanding attitude and exceptional hair. I feel Dortmund dropped little bit physically in the second half and we took a small advantage. They applied maybe too much handbrake and suffered little bit sticky clutch, but we had petrol in the tank and our fan belt gave strong support once again. Can we win the group? I believe yes. We want to do well, we want to qualify. Fo ...
HOW RVP WAS SOLD TO MAN U... Sir Alex Ferguson, writing in his autobiography, reveals he rang Wenger directly to fend off interest from Juventus and Manchester City.Ferguson also admits that van Persie was desperate to leave Arsenal and join United. The Dutchman moved to Old Trafford in August last year in a decision that left Arsenal fans fuming and the Manchester United boss delighted. Van Persie scored 26 goals in his first league season as Manchester United romped to a 13th Premier League title under Ferguson. And writing in his new book - My Autobiography - Ferguson said it was the striker himself who was keen to have talks with the club. After finding out about Van Persie's interest, the then Manchester United boss spoke on the phone to Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger several times to seal the move. Ferguson wrote: "I warned Arsene we would never get to £25m. Arsene was incredulous. He could not believe that Manchester United wouldn't stretch to £25m for such a player. "I told him again: I wouldn't go ...

Wilfried Zaha had a big decision to make last January as both Manchester United and Arsenal were vying for the then Crystal Palace winger's services. Arsenal, the club who Zaha supported as a boy, were said to be leading the race to sign the starlet until Sir Alex Ferguson intervened to steal him away from Arsene Wenger's grasp. Zaha was by far the best player in the Championship at the time, helping the Eagles to seal a place in the Premier League. The 20-year-old, speaking shortly after his £15million move to Old Trafford, told The Sun: "It was always Arsenal, Arsenal, Arsenal, Arsenal in terms of where I could be going. "I am just anxious and excited. It will be something different. When I walk into that dressing room at United. I do not know what I will feel. I will keep my head down as I am there to play football. I learned something from every single one of them, yet the greatest thing about working under Sir Alex last season was the level of expertise.” Mate last time I checked wenger was the one who turned you from a failing youngster into a worldclass striker BUT apparently it SAF’s “expertise” that is the reason you have been playing so well and you only learned ‘something from wenger’ and your development was all SAF……
Just like a football match pals there is always a winner and a loser. If i can use the Champions League and Europa league analogy, teams compete for the Champions League slot and those that dont make it for the big league are not sent home or look down upon either but given another smaller league called Europa league since there is another season coming where they could also come back more stronger than the jst ended season. With this elections guys take them as a football match where Christiano Ronaldo scores against Man U regardless of him having played for that time previously and therefore in our case Hon. William Ruto has scored against us and he played for us last season, and just like Arsene Wenger we refused to renew his contract and he left us and now he is taking Golden Boot because of being top scorer(Van Persie) after scoring several goals into our own net. The next question now to the ordinary kenyan should be, how much was my baby's school fees balance? how do i move on with my normal life f ...
Arsene Wenger get 10% of the transfer fee when Arsenal sells a player. Don't know if it's true or not. Carlton Palmer just told that in C2K. That means, he got £3.5m from Fabregas, and £2.4m each from Nasri & Van Persie's transfer. WOW! - HK.
Having made their worst start to a league season in the Arsene Wenger era, Arsenal fans were understandably perturbed by their club’s form and the gaping hole left by the sale of Robin Van Persie. Olivier Giroud, considered the Dutchman’s replacement, took some time to adjust to English football and there was a fear that the Gunners would struggle without the 30-goal haul Van Persie managed last season – 22 strikes more than any other player in the Arsenal squad. But to compare Giroud to Van Persie, or contrast this season with last, is to overlook the new approach Wenger has decided to take. Rather than sign a like-for-like replacement, rather than continue to place all the goalscoring burden on one player, Wenger adapted his side and brought in three new faces to share that burden. Those three new recruits – Santi Cazorla (nine), Lukas Podolski (eight) and Giroud (nine) – have struck 26 times so far this season, at a strike rate of a goal a game. Van Persie actually struck less regularly, aver ...
Quick round up of the latest news: Arsene Wenger has admitted interest in signing David Villla in the Summer - whilst Lucas Biglia, Victor Wanyama and Chistian Eriksen has also been linked with us. Cesc Fabregas has also seemingly ruled out rejoining Arsenal, by stating his desire to retire at Barcelona and to win the Champions League with them, which in his eyes would be his biggest sporting achievement. Thierry Henry has also defended Arsenal Wenger and believes that he is the right man to bring us silverware. Bacary Sagna can shine at Centre Back, according to Arsene Wenger. Sagna also believes that Arsenal are better in attack without Van Persie. -Kai

Is it the end of the road for Arsene Wenger at Arsenal? 4 Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is under- pressure after the clubs exit from the Capitol One at Fourth tier Bradford City. With every passing season without a trophy more and more questions are asked about Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger and his grip on the club. It almost feels like déjà vu writing this article, because last season the same questions were being asked about whether Wenger could turn Arsenal’s season around. Bailed out Last season Arsenal were struggling badly, before Robin Van Persie hit top form and bailed the Gunners out. The Dutchman’s goals made sure that Wenger’s men finished in the top four, when it looked highly-unlikely. However, this season Arsenal don’t have the goals of the prolific Van Persie to fall-back on. It doesn’t look like they currently have anybody capable of being that white knight this season. That must really worry Wenger and Gunners fans. Legend Without doubt Arsene Wenger is a managerial legend. He is on ...
Arsene Wenger always knew he would shift the Premier League title battle in favour of Manchester United when he let Robin Van Persie leave Arsenal for Old Trafford. United manager Sir Alex Ferguson put in a personal call to Wenger as he aimed to push through a £24 million deal and beat bitter rivals Manchester City to the signature of the Dutchman. Wenger was in no doubt that whichever of the Manchester clubs landed the Arsenal skipper would be in the driving seat for the championship. "It was a very professional phone call (from Ferguson) and there was more than one. I will tell you the rest another day," said Wenger, whose side host City on Sunday. "You know when you sell Robin Van Persie to Manchester United, that (they lead the league) will be the case." He added: "Robin is one of the best strikers in the world and you know he will score goals for them." Wenger added: "If he went to City he would have been just another striker in a bunch of world-class players." Van Persie chalked up his 20th of the ...
NANI COULD BE ON HIS WAY TO ARSENAL Manchester United should've known that when they snared Robin Van Persie from Arsenal, it wasn't a gesture of goodwill from the Gunners. Arsene Wenger is reportedly using one of the summer's biggest deals as leverage in his attempt to sign United winger Nani, according to the Daily Mail. Arsenal have opened talks with the Red Devils and are hopeful of securing the Portugal international next month. United want at least £20 million for Nani, but Wenger hopes the swift negotiation process during Van Persie's departure from the Emirates should be repaid by Sir Alex Ferguson with a cheaper asking price. Unhappy camper Joleon Lescott is up for grabs in the Transfer Window at a bargain price. Manchester City recruited the defender from Everton for £24 million in 2010 and the Sun says they are ready to offload Lescott for just £8 million. The Toffees are keen to re-sign the England international, but his £90,000-a-week wages could be too much for them to take on. That wou ...
Arsene Wenger enters chase for Manchester United winger Nani Arsenal have taken the first significant step towards overhauling their attacking options during the January Transfer Window by making an inquiry to Manchester United about Nani. - The Portugal winger has not started a match in the Premier League since the end of September and, with his contract expiring in 2014, Arsenal hope to take advantage of his current situation. There is also a hope at Arsenal that talks for Nani, who would cost around £16 million, might be smoothed by how the two clubs found agreement this year for Robin Van Persie to join Manchester United. Arsène Wenger and Sir Alex Ferguson negotiated personally over Van Persie as the two most consistent and successful clubs in Premier League history completed a rare piece of transfer business. At this stage, Arsenal still hope to keep Theo Walcott as well as add new attacking options but the interest in recruiting Nani, an international winger of proven Premier League experience, s ...

One question that never ceases bothering my mind is; at what stage did Arsene Wenger start getting his choices players, in the transfer market, wrong? Players that bereft of idea, when it comes to off-ball moves! This is to say the least, unlike Arsena, when one remembers, the era of Bergkamp, Marc Overmars, Kanu, Anelka, Vieira, Henry, Robert Pires, Cesc Fabregas, Hleb etc. The telephatic understanding between Kanu and Anelka, Pries and Henry, Fabregas and Van Persie, is just too mouth-watering, to salivate about this present lack lustre Arsenal team.
Arsene Wenger blasts Andre Santos for swapping shirts with Van Persie.
A letter from an angry Arsenal fan. After five hours of close door meetings that started at 11pm last night and ended 4am midnight, the family of ADEWALE AJAYI is relieved to tell the world through this medium that from this day Sunday November 4, 2012, we quit forthwith as supporters, loyalists and fans of Arsenal Football club of England. We have watched with anger, anguish and dismay, the downward slide of a club we loved with passion, we have followed the trend of events as they span out weekly and we have come to the point where we can no longer bear the pains of defeats and shoulder the insults of failures Added to this, the club coach Arsene Wenger only recently came public to tell the world that fourth place finish is better than winning a trophy a decision that has not only left my family devastated but dejected. The defeat to Manchester United on Saturday, the lackluster performance of the players, the fact that Arsenal worst player on the day Andre Santos had the guts to collect Van Persie's je ...
Arsene Wenger is looking for answers from Arsenal's Brazilian defender Andre Santos after he swapped shirts at half-time in Saturday's game at Old Trafford with Manchester United striker Robin Van Persie. Santos was caught on TV taking Van Persie's top as he and the Former Arsenal striker walked towards the tunnel at the break and Wenger was left stunned when the Brazilian strolled into the dressing room with the shirt over his shoulder.

No doubt Arsene Wenger is the best manager epl ever had apart from Sir Alex. No one can ever doubt that (especially achieving a feat of finishing a whole season unbeaten)...but watching 'manutd vs arsenal' fixture nowadays is no better than a mere 'manutd vs QPR' 3 points expected fixture!Gone are the days of a world war-like battle between 'Roy Keane and Patrick Vieira' compared to 'Carrick and Ramsey' OR 'Cristiano Ronaldo and best ever epl left back Ashley Cole' compared to 'the irrepressible Antonio Valencia and the always ridiculous Andre Santos'. These alone shows Arsene Wenger has lost the plot, extremely ran out of ideas, and been completely left behind by his once fierce and great rival Sir Alex. Selling your best player (Van Persie) to your worst enemy (Man Utd) is the best way to move the club forward said "Ivan The Terrible" (Ivan Gazidis) when we are the most efficiently run club (financially) in Europe. Whatever the circumstance though, I'll always be an 'arsenal forever' fan but it must be ...
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has called on the club's supporters travelling to Old Trafford on Saturday to give Robin Van Persie a 'respectful' reception as he lines up against the Gunners for the first time since his contentious summer move to Manchester United."I hope he gets a respectful reception," said Wenger. "We campaign against discrimination of all varieties and it is the same when you disrespect players, Saturday is not about Van Persie. It is about us getting a result. Do u think RVP deserves respect in tomorrow's EPL game?
Arsene Wenger is urging Arsenal supportersto respect Robin Van Persie when theGunners take on the former Emirates idoltomorrow. Van Persie infuriated fans whenhe snubbed a new contract last summer infavour of a £22million move to ManchesterUnited. And the Dutch striker is alreadysteeling himself for an angry reception fromthe away end at Old Trafford tomorrow.Arsenal old boys Ashley Cole, Samir Nasri, GaelClichy and Emmanuel Adebayor all receiveddog’s abuse in recent years. But Van Persie can expect even worse afterpublicly questioning the club’s ambitionbefore joining their bitter rivals on a£200,000-a-week contract. No wonderWenger is appealing for calm as he tries tofigure out a way of stopping the man who hit37 goals for his team last season. Van Persie has netted nine goals for Unitedalready. But Arsenal have not exactly beenshort of firepower without him and TheoWalcott’s hat-trick in Tuesday’s stunning 7-5League Cup win at Reading has given Wengerplenty of food for thought.
Manchester United and Arsenal, who have scored and conceded a total of 41 goals between them in eight matches since October 20, promise a feast of football on Saturday as Robin Van Persie faces his ex-club for the first time. Arsenal will be desperate to stop their former talismanic striker, who scored 37 goals for the Gunners in all competitions last term before joining United in August where he has continued to find the net ahead of the Old Trafford clash. The Londoners, though, had no trouble without him on Tuesday when they sealed a remarkable 7-5 extra-time win at Reading in the League Cup after trailing 4-0 at one stage in an extraordinary match. Winger Theo Walcott scored a hat-trick and boss Arsene Wenger says he can play as a striker, a sticking point in contract negotiations, but a berth up front at United seems too soon. "I always said that he will be a striker, so we are on the same wavelength there," Wenger told reporters having struggled to replace Van Persie. "Secondly, I believe he knows w ...

Arsenal's lack of foresight to blame for trophyless years &Van Persie's departure, insists legend Adams The former Gunners captain has demanded the club start to safeguard thefuture of their star players if they are to end their current seven-year wait for silverware By Jak Penny Oct 30, 2012 3:10:00 PM Tony Adams Tony Adams believes Arsenal 's lack of foresight in securing Robin Van Persie ‘s future is key to why the Gunners have failed to secure silverware in over seven years. Arsenal have been bereft of a trophy since beating Manchester United on penalties in the 2005 FACup final, with Arsene Wenger stating at the club’s Annual General Meeting last week that he values Champions League qualification ahead of domestic cup success. And Adams, who captained the North Londoners to four league title triumphs, believes their failureto tie Van Persie down to a new contract prior to his move to United is indicative of the current trend at the Emirates Stadium - adding that he is worries more will follow sui ...

Last season Dutch strike star Van Persie notched up 37 goals in 48 games. But Wenger, whose team visit West Ham today, said: “It’s a good thing having more goalscorers. When Van Persie was injured it wasn’t just the fact we couldn’t score goals any more. “It was the psychological consequences on team morale. “Will Van Persie play on Saturday? Usmanov Says Arsenal Must Stop Being A Selling Club If They Want Win. The day after Arsenal released its latest financial results, major shareholder Alisher Usmanov has warned that the club’s trophy drought will continue if they keep selling their star players. ‘Nobody can convince fans that the club is doing fine if for the past three or four years the club has been selling its best players,’ Usmanov said. ‘It doesn’t matter who our extremely talented coach, Arsene Wenger, buys to plug these holes if we want to win trophies.’ Usmanov, whose Red and White Holdings vehicle holds just under 30% of the club, has criticised Arsenal’s board for selling leading players. But he has backed manager Arsene Wenger: ‘I’m an absolute fan of Arsene Wenger,’ Usmanov said. ‘I support him and I’m confident in him. We think he’s a hero. ‘Despite changes in the playing lineup, he keeps the variations of the same beautiful game.’ Usmanov recently criticised Arsenal’s board in an open letter fo ...

In a rather disturbing session Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger said he was about gathering a complete trophy-tasty team. The Gunners have lost Cesc Fabregas, Samir Nasri, Alex Song and Robin Van Persie in two years. And Wenger says if they had not left, silverware would have been in sight. He had the following to say… “I was close to building a team that would have had more than enough quality to win trophies,” Wenger said. “Fabregas, Adebayor, Van Persie and Nasri playing together would have been very successful, but we lost them all in a short period. “It’s has been so frustrating to see a young player come to Arsenal, make their Premier League debut with us, prove themselves to be top players and then go somewhere else. My judgement on them was proved to be right, but another team is getting the benefit. “The problem has been that there has been nothing we could have done to stop this. I don’t want to go back over the reasons why we have been forced to sell these players, but it has been ...

Roberto Mancini believes Arsenal are genuine contenders for the title and thinks they are benefiting from Robin Van Persie's departure. Arsenal visit the Etihad Stadium on Sunday in a meeting of two unbeaten sides who have taken eight points from their first four games. Arsene Wenger's team have won their last two league games, scoring eight goals, and Mancini feels the sale of their 30-goal top scorer Van Persie has reduced expectations at the Emirates Stadium. "Arsenal can compete for the title," Mancini said. "I don't know if they are better than last year but there is less pressure.

Arsenal Depot A depository for musings on Arsenal FC 16 Sep 2012 Leave a Comment Arsenal 6-1 Southampton: Firing On All Cylinders Often, the first match after an international break can throw up a disjointed team performance as players struggle to settle back into groove after exertions with their national sides. Yesterday though, Arsenal looked like a well-oiled machine, one lubricated by quality, spirit and determination. Despite the good run of form that secured third place last season, not since the 5-2 thrashing of the wannabe neighbours in February have the Gunners looked so fluent and potent in attack. Admittedly, Southampton’s defending wasn’t of the highest quality but you can only beat what’s in front of you and Arsenal were full value for both the three points and the emphatic scoreline. As expected, Arsene Wenger chose not to risk Abou Diaby and handed a start to Francis Coquelin in midfield alongside Mikel Arteta. Arsene Wenger insists that Bacary Sagna "loves" Arsenal and wants to stay at the club, despite the defender's recent criticism of the club's transfer policy.
Enough gibberish, Arsenal our favorite club has reportedly beaten off competition from other clubs to ‘sign’ world class coach Arsene Wenger. I kid you not, but I should put it well. So here goes. Ivan Gazidis and the board have been pleased with Wenger’s management over the last seven years and have decided to reward him with an improved contract. You can read all about what Gazidis had to say here Despite failing repeatedly on the sporting front for the entire duration and selling off our best players every summer each year he remains untouchable. I wish I had his kind of job. But when you have someone in charge of the club who helps you to suck the fans dry and then enrich your pockets in the process, it’s right and fair to give him a new contract. I had a theory earlier in the summer the reason why we keep losing our best players and can’t offer them the salary they deserve (e.g Van Persie, we all know his move was about money) is because the club heirachy believes no one is worth more than ...
The reaction to what appears to be a relatively minor injury shows what a divisive figure Van Persie has become. "I have had special coaches all in their own way. Van Marwijk, Wenger, van Basten, Ferguson. Piece by piece they are special.
Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger, has lashed out at the Italian giants, for trying to get Van Persie cheaply. The Turin club, eventually got another striker from the Emirates, Nicklas Bendtner. But Wenger says he was not impressed with their efforts to get the Dutchman. “Juventus can’t think about selling players for €70million and then buying new ones for a tenth of that amount,” he said. “That would be too easy, but that is not possible in today’s football. “Van Persie would have been a free agent in the summer of 2013, but we decided to sell after Manchester United made a great offer.

Theo Walcott: Arsenal Star Reportedly Reaches Short-Term Agreement with Club With the threat of a transfer looming without an agreement before Friday's deadline, Theo Walcott and Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger have agreed to a short-term deal for the 23-year-old striker to remain with the club, according to Jeremy Wilson of The Telegraph. Though Walcott and Wenger are yet to come to terms on a long-term agreement, the English footballer decided he would rather stick with the Gunners for this English Premier League season rather than get sold to a new club Although Walcott has told Wenger that he is not currently prepared to accept the offer of a five-year £75,000-a-week contract, he did inform the Arsenal manager that he wants to remain at the club and hold further discussions about his future. Arsenal legend Ian Wright believes that Arsene Wenger should sign Jermaine Defoe from fierce rivals Tottenham Hotspur as recently-departed striker Robin Van Persie’s replacement. In his column for The Sun, Wright wrote: “ TWO games and no goals show where Arsenal’s problems lie and there are few better finishers around than Jermain Defoe. I’m sure Lukas Podolski and Olivier Giroud will get goals for the Gunners once they have picked up the pace of the Premier League. But Arsenal cannot afford another dodgy start to a campaign after playing catch-up for all of last season. “So if I was Arsene Wenger, I would make an audacious bid for Defoe, whose face doesn’t seem to fit at Spurs and who looks up for a move. Defoe would be the perfect replacement for Robin Van Persie, the penalty box predator to finish off all those half-chances which are currently going begging .

Wowowow.Nuri Sahin is set to join Arsenal on a season-long loan from Real Madrid in the next 24 hours. The Turkish midfielder found his first team appearances at the Bernabeu limited last season and it seemed this campaign would besimilar. Can he fill the void that Song's departure to Barcelona left? And should Arsene Wenger now turn his attention to bringing in a replacement for Robin Van Persie?
Jack Wilshere replaced Van Persie as Arsenal's No.10 - and Arsene Wenger is ready to put more faith in the youngster!

Alex Ferguson threatens to sue Arsene Wenger if he dos'nt hand over the Manual for Van Persie
Arsene Wenger is brilliant.. He sold the USERNAME(Van Persie) to Manchester United and the PASSWORD (Alex Song)to Barcelona.
Ferguson questions Wenger (Picture of the Day) During Friday’s press-conference, Alex Ferguson sensationally joked that Arsene Wenger “could run a poker school in Govan” after capturing Robin Van Persie for a price which took a lot of negotiating. But after Manchester United’s season opener at Everton where the much-hyped Van Persie failed to rescue them from defeat at Goodison Park, Ferguson is not joking anymore…. For more of this call kappa

Having lost Robin Van Persie to Manchester United and with Alex Song edging closer to a move to Barcelona, Arsene Wenger will look to use the £40million Arsenal will receive in transfer fees on new players, with Real Madrid midfielder Nuri Sahin and Toulouse defender Cheikh M’Bengue are on the Frenchman’s radar.
Arsene Wenger! Ur a very big FOOL!!! We r still tryna recover from the loss of Van Persie, and den u still went ahead 2 sell Alex Song. Ur an *** !! Its now obvious dat ur not even afta trophies! U and ur stupid board members are onli concerned about the money! UR FADA!!!
I don't understand the ideology of Arsenal FC. They keep losing the best players. Nasri, Van Persie, Alex Song etc. Now, Arsene Wenger said he's not sure if Theo Walcott would sign a new deal. These makes no sense. Arsenal FC must be sleeping.
Robin Van Persie said he had listened to "the little boy inside him" when deciding to join Manchester United. Van Persie signed a four-year contract with the Old Trafford outfit on Friday and is now in contention to face Everton on Monday. Once the 29-year-old had made it clear he wanted to leave Arsenal, Juventus and Premier League champions Manchester City were also in the hunt but Van Persie did not want to go anywhere but United. He said: "In these situations, when you have to make a hard decision in your life, I always listen to that little boy inside me. What does he want? That boy was screaming for Manchester United." He added: "Everyone knows me by now. I love football. I am quite principled in that perspective. It is always difficult to find the perfect match but I do feel this is the perfect match for me. "Manchester United breathes football. If you look at all the players from Manchester United, the stadium and manager, my choice was made very soon." It helped force through the transfer Sir Ale ...
To all the Arsenal fans, don't give up on The Gunners even though R.Van Persie has left and join MU. In my opinion, the gunners are still strong and Arsene Wenger was still a good manager. Thierry Henry served in Arsenal 9 years (1999 to 2007) , where RVP as the youngster followed his path in 2004. RVP has also served 8 years (2004 till 2012). When you play as a team, you learn from the team. I believe the gunners have learned a lot from this 2 great player. Player such as Theo Walcott, Gervinho, Giroud, Podolski and many more are still the good player. RVP was bought in by Arsene Wenger in 2004 ($2.8mil) and after 8 years when the team has improved so well, RVP trasfered to MU ($24mil). Arsenal has nothing to lose, Arsenal is building young talent.
I've about had it with Arsene Wenger at Arsenal. In the past 2 years, they've sold off Fabragas, Sami Nasri, Gael Clichy, Van Persie, and Alex Song. And yet, disappointments Chamach, Arshavin, and Rosicky are still around! Are you kidding me!? Keep your star players and win a *** trophy already!!!
I sold Van Persie so that i cover the fee for Oliver Giroud and Lucas Podolski.I still have business to do,I will sell Song to cover for Santi Carzola.and to make my boss happy n keep my job,i will sell Walcott next.dont worry fans, i can still deliver you a 4th place in the EPL n a knock out stage in the Champions League. Yours faithfully, Arsene Wenger £24m

I still can't understand why Arsene Wenger would do such a thing? I don't mind he selling Van Persie (such a good player), but why to Manure? Why not to PSG, Juventus, or even Berekum Chelsea or WasaMan Utd in Ghana? If u have his phone number pls let me have it so I can tell him my peace of mind directly.
Woke up this morning with thoughts of Arsenal Football Club on my mind. No doubt, the Premier League bug has beaten me. With hours to the start of the 2012/2013 season, i cnt help but wonder the astronomical decline of 'one of the oldest clubs in the world'. 8years without trophies, a feeder team of repute, and a boutique that sold her captains in Viera, Thiery, Fabregas, RVP.. How hv the mighty fallen? Van Persie's sale to United says it all. Its a song of 'once contenders, now pretenders' Arsene Wenger, God is watching u.
h the departure of Robin Van Persie to Manchester United, it looks like Arsenal are on the verge of losing another key man as Barcelona line-up a move for midfielder Alex Song. According to the Evening Standard, Barcelona’s vice president Josep Maria Bartomeu was in London for the last few days to hold formal talks over a potential deal to bring Song to the Camp Nou. Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has publicly stated he will not allow a sale to happen – but it is rumoured that, although happy at the Emirates, Song will not sign an extension to his current contract, whic
Arsene Wenger admits Arsenal would rather have sold Robin Van Persie to a foreign side, like Paris St Germain, than strengthen Manchester United's ranks. The Gunners have reluctantly agreed a deal with their Premier League rivals after Van Persie made it clear that he would not be penning an extension to a contract which has only 12 months left to run.

Manchester - Manchester United said on Wednesday they had agreed a deal to sign Dutch striker Robin Van Persie from English Premier League rivals Arsenal. "Manchester United is pleased to announce it has reached agreement with Arsenal Football Club for the transfer of Robin Van Persie," said a club statement. Arsene Wenger is now holding talks with David Rudisha, he says he is da only 1 who can rplc R. Van Persie.
Oh what have you done Robin Van Persie? Was it really necessary? Was it? van Persie's transfer is nothing but an insult to Wenger. Don't get me wrong, I am a big fan of Arsene Wenger. But this sale is testament to the fact that much is in the control of the players these days. As a result, it negates the brilliance of a manager. I feel sorry for Wenger more than anyone else. Take a bow, Sir. In times of adversity, you have been the only standing pillar at Arsenal Football Club. Now, your club needs you again. Robin Van Persie, as a Liverpool fan, I only hope your career gets worse than that of Owen Hargreaves now.
It has been a 16-year rivalry, a sporting lifetime of enmity that turned into an unlikely entente cordiale, but the most telling victory of all has occurred off the field. By agreeing to sign Robin Van Persie from Arsenal, Sir Alex Ferguson has inflicted one of Arsene Wenger's most humiliating defeats. In its own way, it is as damaging as the 8-2 thrashing at Old Trafford last August. Sir Alex Ferguson, Arsene Wenger PA PhotosSir Alex Ferguson has been responsible for several of Arsene Wenger's darkest days Van Persie played that day, missing a penalty but scoring a goal in a game that seemed to crystallise the identities of the two clubs: Arsenal had promise, but United performed. Perhaps it made the Dutchman's decision clearer. As his contract ticked down, he eventually announced he would not sign another. But while his parting gift came in the form of an astonishing eight months of sustained success in the penalty box, his 30 goals propelling Arsenal back into the Champions League, his departure will d ...

Van Persie to wear Arsenal captain's armband against FC Cologne Robin Van Persie is set to retain the Arsenal captaincy for tomorrow's friendly against FC Cologne. The Daily Star says boss Arsene Wenger has continued to treat the Dutchman as his captain, consulting with him regularly since his return to training. The Gunners are still holding out hope that Van Persie will do a Wayne Rooney-style U-turn and pledge his future to the club again. It had been widely assumed Wenger would give the armband to Belgium star Thomas Vermaelen tomorrow. But with main suitors Manchester United, Manchester City and Juventus dragging their feet over meeting Arsenal’s valuation for the striker, Wenger has kept faith in Van Persie. It will be a great mistake 4 Arsene Wenger to sell van persie to man-u because i know Alex Ferguson will not sell any of his players to a arrival team. To me Arsenal have now become a training and recruitment ground for other teams.
Arsene Wenger appears set to change a habit of a lifetime as he continues his club’s spending spree in pursuit of an end to a silverware drought that has lasted seven long seasons. The hope is that by bringing in further new talents Robin Van Persie may change his mind and sign a new contract and if indeed the North London does manage to bag this trio then the Gunners may well have a squad that can once again challenge for major honours. The Daily Mirror believe that Arsenal’s £20m signing of Santi Cazorla will be announced next week and moves to bring in Nuri Sahin from Real Madrid on loan are also well advanced. A move to bring in Dutch right back Gregory van der Wiel would be sensible given the injury problems Wenger has had in the full-back area of his squad. Last term Arsenal saw Carl Jenkinson, Kieran Gibbs and Andre Santos all spend time out injured however Bacary Sagna was more in the wars than most, suffering two broken legs during the campaign.
Why didn't Kenny Dalglish hold on to Torres like Arsene Wenger held onto Van Persie? -_-

If not for nollywood Segun Arinze's eyes will be used for goal line technology. If not for music Goldie would have been a house maid/cook. If not for nollywood Aki and Pawpaw would be some where hawking orange and pawpaw. If not for Arsene Wenger's policy,Arsenal might have won a trophy and Van persie won't be leaving. If not for Banky's W head hats would have been cheaper. If not for boko haram maidugiri would be a nice place to live. If not for Eve we will still be walking around naked. Keep the ball rolling.
Oh, what a wonderful move for Arsenal! Arsenal officially signed Santi Cazorla for 18 million pounds with four-year congract and brought Nuri Sahin on a season-long loan deal. It seemed that Arsene Wenger and Arsenal showed their wills and intentions to fight for the trophies. Also, addition of Cazorla and Sahin indicts a change in Robin Van Persie's behavior as well. I hope further addition of Cazorla and Sahin to lead Van Persie to sign the extension contract and guide Arsenal to the trophies.
It has taken Arsene Wenger so long to make good signings (I don't know why); the likes of Santi Carzola, Podolski and even Sahin should keep Van Persie at the club except he's looking for other things!
Van Persie should not make any excuses: first he is gets all excited about the news of transferring to Juventus, which had been claimed up by an agent of the club. Then, the next thing you know, he's reconsidering such an option because of all the news of his targeted Club Manager's match-fixing scandal and suddenly, he has a rethink of things. And all this is happening when Arsenal is bringing in yet another signing and probably a fourth next week. A word of advice, van the man: you need to make up your mind:leave for Juventus or go to Manchester Utd cos Arsene Wenger already knows you don't wanna stay. Big players like Thierry Henry, Cesc Fabregas have gone and yet Arsenal still hangs within the top 4-tier rankings. So make up your mind.Or simply apologise to Arsenal fans.
Arsene Wenger has been a busy man this summer. Following the signings of Lukas Podolski and Olivier Giroud, he is now closing in on Santi Cazorla while a loan deal for Nuri Sahin also seems to be on the the cards. Santi Cazorla is set to fly in for a medical and complete his move to Arsenal this week. His signing should probably go a long way in helping WE Arsenal fans cope with Van Persie possible departure!
More rumours about Arsenal’s van Persie. It is all becoming a bit confusing , with Arsene Wenger saying there have been no fresh bids, Alex Ferguson admitting a bid, and Roberto Mancinisaying that Robin Van Persie is “an Arsenal Player.” Today’s stories will probably just confuse us further, but there might be some truth in them so here goes. The Mirror and the Daily Mail both have reports on the potential transfer of van Persie to Man City and Man United respectively, but both stories have a common thread, MONEY. The story in the Daily Mail suggests that our Dutch striker would prefer a move to United over City, assuming that Juventus have backed out of the race. This may be true, with City already overloaded with Prima Donna front men. Apparently, van Persie is insisting on getting the same wages as the top paid player at the club. Rooney is that man, on around £200,000 per week. He got that salary by threatening to leave, sound familiar anyone? The question is, whether United would be willing ...
Putting statistics to one side, Van Persie has struggled to remain dignified in his attempts to leave the Emirates. Publicly denouncing the ambitions of the club, thus undermining Arsene Wenger, his statement looked even more hollow given that Arsenal had already strengthened with the signings of Lukas Podolski and Olivier Giroud. His words earlier this month, which were released on his personal website, also reduced his transfer fee significantly as Manchester City, United and Juventus will all bid in the knowledge that Arsenal will want to cash in on a player who will leave the club for nothing next summer. There's no loyalty repaid in a team and manager who have waited seven years for him to shine. Yet during those years when, at some stage or other, he was sidelined through injury, Van Persie seemed content with the club's ambitions; there were no public cries of concern from the striker then. The subject of money, which the Dutchman denied was any influence in his decision, is tiptoed around when pla ...

Arsene Wenger hints that Santi Cazorla could be joining Van Persie at Arsenal - says the Spaniard is a 'very good' player!
Arsenal ready to spend £40m Arsene Wenger is ready to take his spending for the summer to over £40million for the summer — whether Robin Van Persie stays or leaves the club. Arsenal are now confident of landing £16million Malaga winger Santi Corzola and will make a bid in the next 48 hours. Cazorla, 27, who played for Spain twice at Euro 2012, is keen to join the Gunners and would become the club’s third signing of the summer. Lukas Podolski arrived from Cologne for £11m and Montpellier striker Olivier Giroud joined for £12.8m. But before watching his team score two late goals to win their first tour of the Far East 2-1 against a Malaysia XI, Arsenal chief executive Ivan Gazidis told Wenger he could continue to chase more targets over the next two weeks.

Why Arsenal must dump Van Persie and take the £40M-plus on offer by Chris Beattie Just sell, Arsenal. Just sell and get rid. Robin Van Persie's statement last week, confirming he was rejecting their new contract, was designed to inflict maximum damage. It was released on the same day as the club was officially announcing deals for Lukas Podolski and Olivier Giroud. It was a crass, nasty act, which displayed no recognition of the support granted him over the years. Van Persie's injury record has been long and frustrating. But you never heard from Arsene Wenger questioning his fitness, or from the board about the millions they were paying him as he recovered from the latest setback. Instead, they stood by the Dutchman and at 29, eight years on from arriving at the club from Feyenoord, he fulfilled that faith by carrying off last season's Player of the Year Double. Now, when most level-headed Gooners would accept him seeking that final, big pay-day elsewhere, Van Persie chose to make it personal, attacking ...

Wenger's taste of his own medicine Arsene Wenger has an economics degree from the University of Strasbourg, so let's keep this simple. Let's put what is happening at Arsenal in terms he will understand. No? How about creative destructionist theory, then? Still nothing? All right, Le Professeur can skip this part.
