(June 2013) President Obama During the presidency of Barack Obama, several Republican politicians have commented that Obama may have committed impeachable offenses.[1] Rationales offered for impeachment have included allegedly unauthorized use of military force in the Libyan civil war, and the Administration's response to the 2012 Benghazi attack.[2] No Congressional Representative has drawn up a list of articles of impeachment and proposed them to the Judiciary Committee, as happened in the efforts to impeach George W. Bush. Contents [hide] 1 Suggestions of impeachment 1.1 2010: Darrell Issa 1.2 2011: Michael C. Burgess and Herman Cain 1.3 2012: Walter B. Budget Crisis and ObamaCare: A little history refresher is in order. From its inception, ObamaCare has been an extreme liberal Democrat initiative. As it wormed its way through Congress, both houses of Congress were controlled by Democrat majorities. When it came to a vote in the Senate, it passed by only one vote and that was cast by independent Arlen Specter. Republicans have consistently opposed a law that even its author, Dem. Senator Max Baucus, describes it as a "train wreck". Barack Obama, and his legislative lap dogs Representative Nancy Pelosi and Senator Harry Reid now try to divide Republicans by claiming this opposition is "TEA Party" only. It was and continues to be Republican opposition. The 11+ million words in regulations that implement ObamaCare are twice as many as the IRS code. You can see this as TRIPLING IRS AUTHORITY. Don't be misled by Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and Barack Obama: Republican opposition to ObamaCare is nothing new and represents consistent, conservative policy. Rockwall ...
Carmen De Stefano Here is 'The Undeniable Truth'; Obama had a fillibuster-proof Senate for a total of 72 days...Ted Kennedy got sick and was unable to fulfill his obligations, and then died; The Norm Coleman and Al Franken situation where Franken was not seated for several months due to lawsuits contesting the election by Coleman...Arlen Specter changed parties but was not instumental by his own personal choice, in cooperating with any proposed legislation during that period...Barack Obama still mistakenly believed, to his great discredit, that the Republican Party was going to operate as a governing "Loyal Oppostion"...I think he might have finally learned his lesson...

While Democrats continue to accuse Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney of being a felon until proven otherwise, it’s useful to remember an apparent felony that was allegedly committed by Barack Obama's White House in 2009: the attempted bribe of Democrat Joe Sestak. Sestak claimed the Obama administration offered him a job if he would stay out of the primary in Pennsylvania for the U.S. Senate seat then held by Arlen Specter.
Rick Santorum gave us Arlen Specter & Bob Casey and now he spends his days aiding Barack Obama. What a disgrace.
