Rockefeller, etc.; the most secluded people in history were people such as Isaac Newton, Albert Einstein, Charles Darwin, Steven Hawking, etc.; and the most intelligent people in history were people such as Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, Aristotle, Plato, etc. where intelligence is not a measure of knowledge, but a measure of problem solving skills. If you are unsure of your major, I think this is a good criteria that helped me make my ultimate decision. On Tuesday, my wonderful son David was Diagnosed with Aspergers!! This really explains so much. He is so high functioning though.. Most people in his life especially teachers...meaning his 1st grade teacher have treated him like a mis behaved child..hyper etc. Etc. I Have 3 kids and as a mother, I know that there should not be such a hugh difference in them... And now I know the true true reason why he is so different, unique and such...I dare another person or teacher to give him, or me grief...I was at my witts end with it..now I am at the end.. I may not be as patient as I once was... So I am extra fragile. I am glad to now why my little man is not just hyper or likes to hear his self talk..lol I do however know why at 2 he held adult conversations...why he could play video games with a 40 year old... And why he is so awesome.. I am relieved and sad at the same time... But knowing that Bill Gates, Albert Einstein, pablo picaso, Mozart, were in his shoes makes me feel a ton better!
