Let's not forget her comment in the Alamogordo Daily News online: Susie Runkle Galea • District 7 Commissioner at Alamogordo City Commissioner District 7 I hope the Sheriff will act more responsibly to point out the jurisdictional right of the USFS. The current fence line is up only after ranchers destroyed the USFS fence in the recent past. The fence is up only temporarily to address conservation so there will be grass and water available long into the future. The fence will be willingly removed by the USFS in due time. For information sake Mr. Bryant is the county Attorney and Ms. Flores holds the seek that I am going to file for on March 11, 2014. Mr. Bryant and the firm he works forhave represented Otero County for at least 20 years or more. He was also the chairman of the Lincoln county Republican party. According to the article Flores sought advice from Bryant after her son was arrested for a DWI. Bryant reccommended Angie Schneider who later left the firm and because Flores had already paid the firm Bryant took over the case Dec. 10 2012. At the county commission meeting on Thursday Feb.13, 2014 Commissioner Rardin said because Bryant has a contract with the county he cannot represent people outside the county that would be challenging the county in any way. Rardin went on to say that Bryant had messed up. Durin ...
