More specifically Tech, which has been buoyed by the likes of IBM/GOOG/NFLX, is coming under pressure after the warning from Apple (AAPL) which is down -~11.39% and the QQQs are now down -~1.14%. So while Tech is digesting some mixed earnings, the other markets are holding and it will be interesting if this continues into the After Hours. As I mentioned yesterday, the bonds were exhibiting strength last week on the long-end of the curve, TLT -~.50%, but are now trading just off their lows of the day which is a positive for equities. 380) A follower is needing some advice- I'm in need of some advice...my bf of 7 years came to me a week ago and said that he was not happy with me anymore. He kicked me out that same night & didn't allow me to take my children to the hotel. 3 days later, he goes to work while his aunt cares for my children & I go & pick up the rest of my things in hopes to take my 2 children with me to FL. My baby (2yrs old) which is also his, isn't there. Apparently his aunt drove out of town. I waited for hours for them to come back, but like i knew, they weren't coming back anytime soon. So I leave, taking my son with me. Now he is playing a game, trying to keep her from me. In court for child support, they had granted me physical & legal custody of my daughter. Does that document even serve as a type of protection though its an out of state order? I feel lost & like, no one can help me in my situation. I just want to get my daughter back.

Well for a night where I was in plain clothes it sure has been eventful here in Woolloomooloo! In the past 2 hours I have supplied a subutamol puffer to police to assist a man who they OC sprayed. Treated a male who had a bottle smashed on his head. Treated bleeding sores and a bandaged a broken foot for a male that refuses to go to hospital. All this when we are not even uniformed or fully equipped! I met with a supervising Seargent from Kings Cross Police and gave him a run down on our program.

Jhaylen, who was diagnosed with a rare condition called "Arthrogryposis" (AMC) Arthrogryposis is defined as having multiple congenital joint contractures, hooked or crooked limbs, muscle weakness, limited range of motion in joint, and in some cases clubfeet. with this condition... We found out that I was pregnant with Jhay on July 22nd, 2011, and throughout my ent ire pregnancy, We never know anything would be wrong with Jhay when he was born.. His clubbed feet were never even mentioned by my OB GYN or Ultrasound tech. On March 13, 2012, Jhay was born by C- section due to him being in a breech position.He weighed 7lbs 15.4 ozs. When Jhay was born, His feet were stuck up by his head, and they stayed that way for quite some time, I was so happy and excited that my baby boy was here, I still didnt seem to notice anything was different about him.. We will be collecting Christmas items for the teenagers on the cancer floor at Egleston. They receive a lot of items for young children and the teenagers get very upset. Imagine being sick 24 hours a day, going through chemo, and not being able to go home for Christmas. For some this will be their last Christmas. Remember these children are in the bed most of the time and have no hair. If you would like to help please let us know. We would like to see businesses and schools get involved collecting donations.

Grandmother update: other than looking like someone tried to kill her..she has a closed head injury, a deep cut on her cheekbone that they closed up with dermabond, both wrists and thumbs have degeneration in them so they are weak, and they took xrzys but need to send them to someone to read tomorrow. So we will be waiting for a call tomorrow to see if there are any fractures in her face, neck, wrist and knee. The dr says to wake her up every 2 hours tonight and to alternate tylenol and motrin. She cannot take narcotics because she doesn't do well with them so that is what they told her to take to control her pain. Thank you all for the prayers. Keep praying that there are no fractures as she fractured her spine some years ago and had to have epidural injections for a couple of years. We are praying her weakened spine has not been affected by this.

I’m sitting on the edge of the bed. My ankle is still sore, but my knees are grateful for my taking the weight of their world off them. When I started this game, I’d wake up the next morning with sore knees, but I was able to walk off the tightness in a matter of a few hours; tonight I know my knees will hound me for a few days for the torment I’d put them through these last ten days. I emailed this observation to PFBC: John, With winter settling in, several of us who are die hard fisherman look for opportunities in places that have warmer water. I had fished the area from Marietta to Brunners Island for over 10 years from December up through ice on and have basically come to the conclusion that this are is void of game fish, especially smallmouth in any healthy population. I would rank it the worse section of river from Columbia, PA to Sunbury. While anecdotal, I have photos (attached some) from 5-7 years ago of beautiful smallmouth and other game fish caught from this area with no disease or deformations. Through 2008, 09 and 10 (09 and 10 I did not fish that are much due to hard early winters) the catch rate went from 15-30 a day in 5-7 hours of fishing to under 10. In 2011, I did not fish that area at all, mainly because the catch rate went so down it was not worth getting the boat out and the cost to go. Once in a while the children gets sick and the parents can not call in child sick for several days that the presence of aupairs are appreciated. Or maybe when the parents get sicks the aupair can help to deliver and collect the kids. Here's a story for you. Last night I had people over and we made chi tea. When we poured the tea into the pot I noticed that it had scorched on the bottom of my pot. I put in soak overnight as it was stuck on there pretty good. This morning I tried to clean it but it was like 12 hours in water and dishsoap had done nothing. I was mumbling about how I was going to clean this when my husband says "why don't you use some of your enzyme Norwex products?" So I thought "ya why don't I?" I sprayed some descaler on the bottom of the pot and let it sit for five minutes. Came back and it came right off. I just love these Norwex moments and the fact that the idea came from my husband!

So I work at restaurant and make about $8.80 a hour. I work really hard to spread that so the only government assistance I get is WIC and Medicaid. I work with other woman who have more kids so they receive more help which is whatever to me.But this one woman I work with is always making snide remarks because I'm 7 months pregnant and still working. I want as much as my maternity leave as I can get to spend with the new baby so I'm trying to hang on. The other day she was talking to someone about her oldest having sex and then pointed me out as I walked by and said "After all don't want her ending up like this one." Dude I almost blew up on her. I wanted to yell "You work 4 hours a day, have six kids, live off of every type of government assistance, hit every toy drive you can, have 'daddy daddies', and you wanna judge me!"
